Hi. I have a doubt regarding my points in the Education factor. I'm not quite sure which is my category in education between these two:
- University degree at the Master’s level or equal OR University level entry-to-practice professional degree (occupation must be in NOC 2011 Skill Level A) (23 points)
- Canadian post-secondary degree or diploma for a program of three years or longer, or equal (21 points)

In my country my title states Engineer, I studied for 5 five years at a national university. My code in the NOC list is 2174 Computer Programmer, and my WES assessed credential for Canada is Bachelor’s degree (4 years).

I have read the information in CIC website (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/factor-education.asp), but I don't understand completely the 23 points category.

Hi everyone. I'm gathering the required documents to apply under the FSWP. My occupation has already reached its cap this year, so my question is: when a cap is reached CIC just stops receiving applications in that occupation, or what they do is receive and pile applications in a queue for next year - beginning in may 2014? I mean, can I send my application, lets say, on May 1, 2014, and be among the first applicants next year?
