First, not all bloggers are meant to have a blog, I know bloggers on many tech sites who make more money than starting their own blogs. On the contrary, if such bloggers are to start their own blog, although they might be good and knowledgeable, but their voice would die below millions of Alexa rankings.

The challenge is not creating a blog, it is growing it. And believe me sir, it far more easier to work and learn from a working system than starting it brand new. The guy that owns Xiaomitoday started as a young blogger with Gizmochina, and after gathering enough knowledge, he pulled out to create Xiaomitoday.

Personally if it happens again I would recommend you remove the SSL certificate provided by your host provider and go with another one available with wordpress.

You can secure your website using a pluggin. It will change to "https" . Such search for Really simple SSL and install it. Your site will be secure easily.

After doing this don't forget to effect necessary changes in your search console and analytics if you had earlier register the site because changing to SSL means your site is now seen as a new website.

Never install Really Simple SSL plugin on a WordPress site which does not have an SSL certificate installed by default. Instead of that, make use of cloudflare flexible SSL, and it equivalent wordpress plugin

It simple: go to cloudflare and sign up for a free account, then add your site. Cloudflare will redistribute your content into multiple zones and locations. That will reduce the load on your server, reduce the paint time and will equally increase your site speed, all of which are important for SERP ranking.
