Politics / The Blood Is On Your Head by mrgold2: 6:29pm On Jun 17, 2012
IF GOODLUCK KNEW AND PRETENDS NOT TO KNOW THEN THE BLOOD OF THE INNOCENT SOULS IS ON HIS HEAD, The president of the country has been saddled with powers and responsibities to protect the lives and properties in the country. Recently Boko Haram has sucked more blood than any one could have imagined and worst of it is that we do not know when this evil will come to an end. The president has assured nigerians several times that they are on top of situation and that Boko Haram would soon end but this Boko haram issue seems to be sponsored by to politicials yet we spend too much time running after the boys, and talking about these sponsors, is the government (federal, state, religious, local and royal leaders) telling us that they don't know them? Well if they knew and pretends not to then the blood of these innocent people we lose everyday in the hands of Boko Haram REST ON THEIR HEADS. This include citizens who know one or two things about Boko Haram and prefers to hide and conceal the information then the BLOOD ALSO REST ON YOUR HEAD.

TV/Movies / Re: Nigerian Films Are Now Becoming What You Can't Watch With Your Family These Days by mrgold2: 9:34pm On Apr 02, 2012
Nollywood use to sell because of it's creativity, while ghollywood lack creativity and depends on sex scenes to sell their movies, ghollywood use to depend on nollywood to promote their movies because nollywood was way far ahead of ghollywood but to my suprise nollywood allowed lowly rated ghollywood to influence them so badly that today nollywood cannot sell without sex scenes, my opinion is that if they want to do porn, they should go ahead and do porn and i would gladly patronize them but if not they should just concentrate on our old creative and educative movies.
Jobs/Vacancies / Re: The Injustice By HALOGEN SECURITIES In Warri. by mrgold2: 9:20pm On Apr 02, 2012
@234 i didn't receive any appointment letter from them, but i summitted my data with them, they even requested for two guarantors, which i also provided, but my pains is that they used us without considering the time and resources we all wasted and for some of us that lost their little job. @samguru actually i share your ideal i want to start my own business but the capital isn't there maybe i'll go for a loan. Jobs/Vacancies / The Injustice By HALOGEN SECURITIES In Warri. by mrgold2: 2:55pm On Apr 02, 2012
I want to bring to the notice of everybody the act of wickedness and injustice that HALOGEN SECURIES gave a set of people. The rate of unemployment in nigeria has gotten to another level whereby graduates are now being treated like animals, it is only in nigeria that recruiments are done with money especially in public sectors, i know how much i spent on AIRFORCE and ARMY recruitments last year, even the POLICE, (though they form was free, but summit the form at the designated office involves lot of money), and the question is the unemployment in nigeria the best avenue for this government to generate revenue?, i have equally travelled distances to severe job test and interviews but at the end of the day nothing was given to me(no transport, feeding or accommodation allowances, worse still can't get the job) but all those was a little bearable compared to what HALOGEN SECURITY COMPANY did to not just me but about 200 other people. Sometime last month i got a message from a friend about a job with HALOGEN SECURITY in warri, i went for the interview and was invited for a four weeks in warri at Nnpc junior club arena, i and other aspirants numbering about 200 went for the training since they did not make provision for accommotion, those of us coming from far had to lodge in hotels for the period of the training, we spent thousands everyday, and at the end of the whole training HALOGEN SECURITY COMPANY dumped us after monies spent on hotel accommodation, feeding, transportation for weeks without any sort of consideration/compensation and to even make matter worse some of us lost jobs that was giving us little money. So house if there is anyone who those any regulatory agency i can lodge my complaint of any news media, please let me know. Thanks

Politics / Who Becomes The Next Igbo Leader After Ojukwu? by mrgold2: 2:55pm On Jan 03, 2012
Recently the igbo people lost a personality they considered to be their leader, Dim Chukwuemeka Odimegwu Ojukwu, someone known to have the interest of his people at heart, igbos have had great leader in Nnamdi Azikiwe, Alvan Ikoku, Sam mbakwe etc. Now that ojukwu is gone, who do we consider to championing the igbo cause, (1) Chinua Achebe(representing igbos through literature), (2) Pete Edochie( nollywood veteran), (3)HRH Obi Nnaemeka Achebe(Obi of onisha), (4) Rochas okorocha(through good governance, even though it's still to judge) (5) uchechukwu merije (good representation) (6) Ralph Uwazuruike(massob leader), (7) Alex Ekwueme, let us suggest more names and we will take an opinion poll.

Politics / Subsidy Removal The Masses Have Paid Their Sacrifice, Let Government Pay Theirs. by mrgold2: 12:54pm On Jan 02, 2012
the subsidy has just been removed, for the purpose of more fund generation for the government, but the question is, is it through subsidy alone that FG can generate fund for speedy development? NO, that's the answer there are other means the FG can generate BIG fund "THE GOVERNMENT" yes the government, these people have killed us with their high allowances especially the senate and house of rep. and since we have been hit by this subsidy removal we are ready to pay the sacrifice but them as well should also pay their scarifies too. fellow Nigerians let us all speak up now, this is a good opportunity.

Jobs/Vacancies / Re: The Women And Children's Advocacy Centre {wcac} Nigeria Invitation Letter For Trainning by mrgold2: 10:28am On Oct 26, 2011

Jobs/Vacancies / Re: The Women And Children's Advocacy Centre {wcac} Nigeria Invitation Letter For Trainning by mrgold2: 9:49am On Oct 26, 2011
There are many of such organisations coming up now, i know one thing about such ngos, there are sponsored by financial organisations/institutions for their work but they must provide proof that the organisation is really doing such work, now i have two things (1) they are not really, they want to conduct seminars/training to provide as proof so as to collect fund from financial institution without really paying the training allowance(15,000) and that will be all (2) they are real but it's a networking/ marketing work, you are payed based on the number of people you get to sponsor them through funding, Which to me is not as easy as ABC. They said they will send the venue two days to the training day.
Religion / Re: Is It Right for a Christian to Expose False Prophets and False Teaching ? by mrgold2: 4:23pm On Oct 24, 2011
Sometimes truth is told for bad intentions, imagine your neighbour runs to you and said she saw your husband with another woman, yes i could be true but your neighbour's intention could be for destruction. Issues of false prophets in nigeria is not new, we all know that there are false prophets in nigeria, in europe and america religious houses are mainly charity oriented but here in nigeria our religious leaders are after the things of this world, latest car, biggest mansions, women, fashion and rapping english, i personally cannot name who is a false prophet (Even though it think they should be exposed ONLY on the INSPIRATION and DIRECTION of THE HOLY SPIRIT) but then it is our desires that lead us into the trap of these false prophets, because we want instant miracle, we want to be zillionaires overnight, we want husbands yet we don't have morals, we want to be ministers of health when you don't even have a B.sc, talking of paying tithes, it simply means giving GOD (not church) 1/10
of your income, and let me tell everybody this so that are not being deceived, Christianity is not about church it's about Faith in CHRIST JESUS.
Jobs/Vacancies / Re: The Women And Children's Advocacy Centre {wcac} Nigeria Invitation Letter For Trainning by mrgold2: 6:14am On Oct 24, 2011
Yes i got my own invitation letter from the organisation, but i still do not know how an NGO that relies on support can pay the salaries of more than 700 workers, besides i can't even get a single info about them on net, no contact address but i think the way they are going about the recruitment is a little bit genuine.
Nairaland / General / The Entity Nigeria Are We Still Compatible? by mrgold2: 7:23am On Aug 30, 2011
Hello fellow nairalander i brought on this topic for us to take a critical look and make a sincere response to it, with increasing violence in the norther part of nigeria which is clearly ethinically and religiously founded among other issues like islamic banking which has generated several controversies in recent time, a christian will hardly respect or accept people of other religion so also is a muslim, today at the slightest misunderstand the resultant will be burning of our places of worship, killing and destory our properties and at the end of the day we called the the uneducated ones, No i refuse to believe this but the educated and uneducated, the elite and the ordinary are fuelling all these crisis directly or indirectly, when you read comments muslims and christians make on social and news websites you'll begin to wonder if we are defending our religion in a positive way and if you want to know the level of tribalism in this country go to another geopolitical zone to look for job, you will be made an object of caricature, today a northerner does not want to see a southerner as president likewise a southerner, the issue of boko haram is more than we can see, i tell you that almost all northerners( including the leaders) are in support of that group even though nobody will like to make it public, the issue of islamic banking is more of religion than economical, the militants in south nigeria now enjoy the best of training outside nigeria after which they will be handed automatic jobs in the name of amnesty ( after destroying lives and properties) whereas those who have be faithful and loyal are not considered. I urge those who are in the right position to take a critinal analysis of these entity called nigeria to know if we are still one if not there will be no need pretending that we are in peace and unity when the issue of religion and ethinic has brought underdevelopment in this country. Fellow nigerians are we still one?
