thanks so much for your help. finally have it and it took exactly two weeks from when i went to submit at their agos office. FRSC have no issues as such, its the MVAA people that caused most of the issues. I appreciate!

Not it's not legal, tell her to give you a receipt and you'll see she will stutter, better still, take down her staff name and ID card in her know and she will most likely refund you.

Only thing I recall paying for was a road safety CD, cant recall its name, 1k, but I got the CD, n receipt and saw it was worth it.

Hello MsBA, so sorry that I'm just seeing this.
Yes I was able to get it done, but I haven't had time to go pick it up.
Parking space is provided.
Do it online, that way you avoid the unnecessary bottlenecks, I guess you should try doing it on a weekend (internet renewal), go with an extra copy if you going.
I'm not so familiar with the Ijesha axis so can't vividly give a direction guide.
All I know is, the road heading back to oshodi, theirs a turning to your right at that cele axis (hard to miss) about 2 minutes into it, take the first turning to your left which leads into the Cele office, think it's an LCDA of sorts.

Thanks for your response. i already paid online and had all the necessary documents only for the lady at MVAA office to ask for N2,400. i asked what the money was for and she said its their own charge. is this legal? since i didn't plan for it, i had to leave and will go back on monday. Did you also pay same?

You are not over-reacting, neither is grandma. My mom stayed 2 months and really helped out because apart from being mom, shes also a pediatric nurse of over 40 years experience so i was rest assured my baby was in good hands. I could go out as i pleased, observe my siesta twice a day etc yet i was a bit relieved when she left. Because as someone said, there can't be two captains in a ship. I just wanted my space back. my room, my privacy. So even though she's not your mom, just try and bear with her until she leaves except if you feel she's of little use to you then you can find a way to ease her off gently and politely. After all Omugwo has an expiry date.

The days after my mom left. i felt so alone and abandoned cheesy cheesy but still okay to be alone (as contradictory as that sounds)
[quote author=wonyi post=79643584]Mamas,I am loosing my mind. I guess I am in and can't pull myself out until omugwo is over.

Thank you for your response.
I have been a contact with FRSC and someone who works at the Cele axis, actually learnt the data capture bypass I selected when renewing online failed. So I'll have to make time to Cele Christmas week most likely as I'll be closing office this week.

hello, sorry to disturb you. where u able to eventually get it done at cele? Pls is there parking space within the office, how can i locate the office from ijesa market, did you pay extra to get it done apart from the 6500 on the website (renewal), should i just go to their office direct or try online first? the website is really slow and breaking up at intervals. sorry about the plenty questions, just want to get it done quickly.

Thanks.hope you get to see this soon.

Yes I did, my baby wasn't picky with bottles, I used mostly the Closer to Nature but someone gifted me boots bottles and he accepted them. Some babies are choosy so try Tommee tippee first

What I did was to make sure that my baby started with the next thing immediately he hit the milestone so he didn't get too attached. I never used bottles for solids so he never associated solids with bottles. Because of that transition was easier. Immediately he was 6 months and started solids, he took to the spoon and eventually even went off bottle/formula completely. I also introduced the sippy cup early (4/5 months)

Thanks a lot! I will get it and hope for the best. Appreciate your response.

Your baby has passed the age where colic is a potential problem. Just try various brands, the biggest problem is what your baby will accept/take to

Thanks Mama! i think thats also a major concern, which is why im hoping the teats from tommee tipee will be accepted by him. did u formular feed at all and how was transition to spoon/cup. my first did not bottle feed at all so im just lost here. thanks!

Hi Moms! trust we are all doing great! I have a 3 month old boy who loves b-feeding so much. wanna introduce formula through feeding bottles (cos work starts soon) and i need some advice on the best one to get in order to avoid colic. im leaning towards tomee tipee since they say its closer to nature(lol), so he might accept it but saw different types online. which is preferable, and how much does it go for? where i can i get the best prices? Thanks!!

Mums of older kids HELP me embarassed

What do i do with a 3 year old that says "ew" to every food? Any food I put in her front, she goes "eeewww, I can't eat this, it smells like....." Then she will look for something to qualify it. She can say it smells like a car, slippers, chair... Anything that comes to her mouth. This morning she said my food smells like the television. Biko warisdis?

I've used all the methods I know, I've used caning sef, scoping, treats, reward method... I'm tayad!

I then ask her "so what would you like to eat" and she goes "nothing" with an attitude. Nothing bawo? Or sometimes she says garri. She drank garri 3 times yesterday. Is garri now the way? Garri is not ew? Issokay

Right now I'm staring at her. She has had half an orange all morning. She complained the orange smelt like 'onions' before she took it.

Pls just teach me. Help me. She wasn't like this before BTW.
Any suggestions is welcome.
