see what a pastor daughter is saying...

shame on you.... angry angry
I don't see anything shameful is what I wrote, bro. I'm always real and plain. I love God and enjoy my relationship with him. That's all that matters to me and that's what I'll teach my children. I'm now a teens teacher. I wake up early for church and attend church programmes willing.
P.S: Everything I said was in past tense because they happened when I was younger. I still don't like after service meetings though and I tell my parents.

I'm a Pastor's kid and I don't see anything wrong with attending morning devotion or church services. It's challenging to wake up early for church (RCCG) but my major challenge was waiting for my parents go from meeting to meetings after service. It was annoying.
Another one is annoying people monitoring your life for any mistake to be able to say "she's a pastor's daughter o". I hate that statement and I'm always ready to snap at anyone who says it. I tell them " I am God's daughter and I'm not in anyway ashamed of making mistakes".

But why should passengers eat and dump in a bus? This shows how dirty they live at their various homes. And now they are complaining that the driver didn't clean the bus. Nigerians should learn to act like civilized people.
I'd feel so uncomfortable dropping even a small nylon on the floor let alone in a bus. I personally keep things like that in my bag till I see a waste bin or get home.

I intend doing same and I'm Nigerian. Yes, the % is small, but they exist.
Cool. When I first heard of it, I asked alot of guys if they could do it and non of them said yes. I also believe that it's better for women to tie their tubes.

Your response fits the same mentality that is at the heart of the issue. so people like you keep spreading the wrong reasons and others follow it in that cycle of bad mentality.

Commonsense and mentality is the problem not education period!
See, Nigeria has a lot of issues. You said yours and I said mine. So, kí lo de? Let's just do everything in our capacities to right the wrong do that our nation will be better. I believe future leaders of the country are here so they learn. There's nothing wrong with education. It's just being misused by a lot of people.

Education / Re: How Nigerian Mentality In Education Is Slowly Killing Our Youths by MsGood(f): 1:05pm On Jul 12, 2018
Education is one of the reasons why many Nigerian youths are miserable. We believe that education is the only key to success and keep forcing our children to study hard and ignore their talents or interests. For instance, I love fashion and wanted to go to a fashion school abroad but instead, I'm studying for my master's degree because my parents are not interested. Some boys have great football skills but their parents will do everything to discourage them. If Dele Alli was raised in Nigeria, he will probably be in Unilag studying Pharmacy instead of making his country proud as a footballer. Even the one month long vacation we have for students in Nigeria is used for school lessons instead of engaging in extracurricular activities that will develope the children's talent like Americans do. I'm just fed up.
