OloriDesire: I knew it would get to this. There's hardly anyone on here you can have a conversation with without throwing words. I'd have loved to know what region you think Mauritania is part of instead of trying to be savage. Well, here are links from reputable sources that referenced Mauritania as west African country https://www.iom.int/news/mauritania-major-destination-and-transit-country-west-africa-iom-migration-profile-confirms#:~:text=Global-,Mauritania%20a%20Major%20Destination%20and%20Transit%20Country,Africa%2C%20IOM%20Migration%20Profile%20Confirms https://study.com/academy/lesson/mauritania-people-capital-map.html#:~:text=Mauritania%20is%20a%20country%20on,and%20Algeria%20to%20the%20north. https://international-partnerships.ec.europa.eu/countries/mauritania_en 1 Like |

BrutusOj: I don't think there's anywhere it's stated that a state has to be a member of its regional bloc to join AU, it's all a matter of choice. I believe they are both independent of each other. If AU was to stop existing today it would not affect the existence of ECOWAS. 1 Like |

Foreign Affairs / Re: Andrew Tate Charged With Rape, Human Trafficking in Romania by Muees: 9:07am On Jun 21, 2023 |
Sadly, that's the problem with the world. We prioritize our feelings over truth. If we only want to hear things that makes us feel good, we will not progress as humans. Top organisations in the world understand this, that's why they are able to sell harmful ideas and products to people by appealing to their emotions. Fortunately, people (mostly men) are leaving feelings aside and beginning to wake up to the truth. PoliteActivist: |
Foreign Affairs / Re: Andrew Tate Charged With Rape, Human Trafficking in Romania by Muees: 8:47pm On Jun 20, 2023 |
It's obvious that a lot of people feed primarily on what the media feeds them on a daily bases, unfortunately, the media is there to make you believe their own agenda. Despite the fact that I don't agree with everything Andrew Tate says (like calling women hoes and bitches etc), he brings logic to his arguments. If you think any of the things he has said is untrue, try to disprove it logically. Unfortunately, those who oppose him are females and feminists who are easily triggered and mostly respond with emotion and little to no logic in their response. I won't be surprised if there are people out there who hate him without knowing anything about him aside what they see on the mainstream media. I am strongly against rape and any other form of assault, and unless you are being biased it's fair to say that no one except Andrew Tate and the accuser knows the truth about this case. What surprises me though is that for months now he hasn't been charged of any crime despite the strong accusations. Anyways, I hope in the end who ever is saying the truth gets justice. One last thing, don't always believe everything you hear in the news about people, when the media doesn't like you, they will do everything in their power to make you look bad but if they do, you'll be portrayed as the 'best person on earth'. |
