The PDP legislators who are mostly southerners were responsible for the northernization of the National assembly. When the PDP southern senators noticed that they were the majority at the time of voting, why didn't they nominate a southerner for the senate president? If they had done that, APC would not have been able to remove him because they don't control two third of the house.
thank u my brother for this intellectual input.I dont know why the southerner always blame northerners for their problem they cause by themselves.

What do you expect from a dullard , a pry schl leaving certificate holder,, who don't believe in national character. The limits of his education propels him to do that. It is not today we have been witnessing northernisatipn of everything especially the army. Nigeria has northern army and NOT Nigerian Army. I always say my mind, The best thing for this country is for it to divide into North, east ,west, south and middle belt. Balkanization kawai..Imagine cow rearers now ruliing the elites and deliberately tormenting them
why is it difficult for u to understand and that campaign for election is over and a winner have emerged. If u still believe bihari does not possess the qualification to be the president of this country, why don't you go to court which is open for everybody. Nobody is begging ju to be part of Nigeria. Any region that does not want to be part of Nigeria is free to pursued that legitimately without spilling the blood of innocent nigerians.

In all sincerity, am Gej strong supporter but stands behind president buhari to succeed and move the country forward.
But this seems a heavy task even for a man that belongs to everybody and to no one cause from every indications the northern agenda will supercede that of this president.

With the recent announcement of the new acting accountant general of the country and what transpired inthe national assembly, the north has continued to show their determination pursuit of their agenda.

A secret meeting between the president and the northern forum was said to have happened where the president was pressured to return vital positions to the north considering their total support during the election. Now whether this is true or not I do not know, what I know is that the current trends show a sign.
The president is from the north, SP- north, Speaker- north , attonery general - north , Acting AG- north, chairman of governor's forum - north and others.

Its not also a secret that a northern will pick up the chief of staff, DG DSS , CSO , NSA and others.
My question is this , are there no other qualified candidates from the south that fits those bills?

In the spirit of one Nigeria, consideration should always be given this things. Now some people holds the school of thought that all they want is someone that can do the job and not after what region it comes from but the truth is that our country is a unique one where every tribe is sensitive and must be carried along to foster unity.

Would the north be OK if a southern president southernize the country? We must do the needful if we really want this nation to grow.
Pray wisdom leads Mr president.
why don't u wait for him to make his appointment before u start the analysis. Must u hate the north because the president is from the north

Why dont you leave lagos and go to you east so that you can pay the tax to state govt in the east to develop the area.

Politics / Re: Payment Of Subsidy Won’t Stop Fuel Scarcity – NUPENG by musaak: 4:59pm On May 01, 2015
Honestly speaking fuel scarcity and queue in petrol station was less during jonathan adminstration but i have problem with management of subsidy which is associated with monumental fraud. A chunk of our resources was fraudulently used for subsidy as the expense of good governance, making our refineries work at optimal capacity to meet local demand of fuel, infrastructural development. The incoming government will need to look at measures to curb the fraud in subsidy payment and its eventual removal while making effort to optimize the refining capacity of our refinery. This will require some sacrifice for the populace including enduring fuel scarcity for some times because the marketers will want to frustrate such measures. Give useful advice rather than calling the president-elect certificateless. You shd realise by now that campaign is over a new president has emerge and the country need to move forward.
ShowYourCertificate:
Jonathan was able to manage our situation very wells. We hardly witnessed fuel scarcity even during festive seasons. Now he has been voted out of office, it is now Buhari's headache on how to manage this fuel scarcity incidents. Let's see how the senile certificateless dictator will achieve this.
Politics / Re: Payment Of Subsidy Won’t Stop Fuel Scarcity – NUPENG by musaak: 4:41pm On May 01, 2015
The incoming govt shd do a quick assessment of the refining capacity of our refineries and fuel comsuption demand of nigerians so that work can start on making local refining to meet our demand. It will be difficult for govt to stop fuel subsidy and the associated fraud if the importation of fuel is cardinal means of meeting the local demand

So, what exactly is holding GEJ from handing over to the military today

Who said that GMB will die soon? ..and why can't Buhari bring his own food and other itineraries along ..or decide not to eat and drink ..the same thing they said he wanted to kidnap JEGA.

He wants to do the paper work on May 28 on a business mode and continue with fanfares, jamboree, parade on democracy day ..May, 29.

APC should quit acting childish, abeg. We ain't in the 60's.
If GEJ want to handover to the military, he should just do it on his own and bear the glory but should not involve the incoming govt on an abnormal handover ceremony that will create constitutional question an vacuum under which anarchy can thrive.
Its a pity u are pretending as if u are not in this country during campaign for the last election during which there are several press release by PDP campaign media team on GMB sickness and imminent death; also the are newspaper advertorial almost on daily basis by a PDP governor on GMB imminent death and the need to avoid another state burial if GMB is voted as president.
APC is only creating public awareness on the happenings in nigerian politics. The generality of Nigerians will not be surprised any long if there is any deviation from the usual table manner during any dinner to be organized by PDP outgoing govt.
It is true that we are not in the 60's and that is why an incumbent president can be defeated in an election. And that is why president-elect in Nigeria will not experience what happened to MKO Abiola that is still fresh in our memory.

Everything na propaganda for APC. Come and take power on 28th May, dem say there will be idle hours ..say GEJ go share food poisoning.

They have made us to know that GEJ's team is incompetent from time Imo river; so what were they expecting

Abi una no wan do again? grin
The argument is beyond propaganda. Change has come and it will not be bussiness as usual. Why does GEJ want to handover may 28? That is not the tradition in this country. They have vowed openly that even if GMB win election, they will not hand over to him rather to the military. Top PDP leaders and spokespersons have sworn in public that GMB can never be president of this country again. Just think of it, is it not wise to be suspicious when someone said u are going to die soon and the person is giving u food to eat. APC and the president-elect got to be careful with PDP.

That is it my brother. I will not categorically say that such amount to spent because i have no presentable evidence to substantiate it but with degree of stealing under GEJ govt, it will not be a suprise if such amount is available from stolen money for election. Remember there is steal missing $20billion oil money, revenue loss from organized oil bunkery activity etc

Politics / Re: Blatant Rigging In The South-south And South-east by musaak: 11:38pm On Apr 12, 2015
justirich:
It's really shameful the kinda results we are getting from the states in South-south and South-east. These regions are just centers of corruption and I'm greatly saddened to be from such region.

Akwa Ibom- How can PDP Udom Emmanuel get a whopping 996, 071 votes to 89, 865 to Umana Okon. 91% win. That's preposterous!
Enugu- PDP Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi has won with 482,277 votes against Okey Ezea who polled a mere 43,839 votes. Another 90% win.

So the opposition candidates are so hated in all corners of these two states that they couldn't muster up to 100, 000votes. It's just despicable rigging by the PDP. At least rig with some decency.

Meanwhile Yoruba and Northern states have results that showed more credibility. Check Oyo, Ogun and Lagos official results. Close results. After we will be complaining about oppression when we are so evil to our own kin.

Kaduna- Nasir el-Rufa’i scored 1,117,635 while Mukhtar Yero polled 485,833 votes. 69% win.
Katsina- Aminu Masari, polled 943,085 votes to beat Musa Nashuni 476,768. 66% win. And this is even Buhari's state.

We the alleged oppressed regions are even the bane of democratic progress in Nigeria. It was really divine that this terrible party has lost at the center. Good riddance to bad rubbish. God save the South!!!
That is the reason there are so many protest in the regions calling for cancellation of the results. Did u hear of any protest in the north despite the loss by opponent? No because election fraud are less in those areas. I know reaction like this is going to come up in the SS and SE unlike in the presidential election when the believe the were dealing with the northerner but now they are dealing with themselves.
