The Role
Lord Raah Homes are looking to recruit new sales and leasing consultants for our brand new office. All successful applicants will receive full in-house training as well as NIESV and REDAN Certification which will enable you to work as a fully licensed and qualified broker in Nigeria. You will be provided with continual round the clock support from our existing staff and managers to ensure that you have all the tools and guidance at your disposal to fulfill your maximum potential.

Your role as a Sales Consultant is to actively source new business and to develop and maintain existing clients. The main function of your role is to be an active Sales consultant and you will be required to source properties, buyers, sellers, investors, tenants and developers to assess and to commit them to sales/leasing transactions. Everything we practice is in line with the rules and regulations of NIESV and REDAN, the governing body of real estate in Nigeria.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Actively promote the companies services
- Lease and Sell property•
- Maintain regular contact with Developers, landlords, investors, tenants and owners to find new opportunities and assess existing ones
- Attend property viewings with prospective buyers and tenants
- Keep up to date with Nigerian Real Estate market, property laws, competitors and marketing activities
- Provide excellent customer service
- Achieve sales targets set by the company

Typical office hours are 9am till 5pm.
Requirements
- Excellent English and communication skills.
- Copy Valid Driver’s License, National I.D, International Passport, or Voters card
- Previous sales experience preferred but not essential.
- Negotiation skills.
- Highly motivated and goal orientated.
- A passion to succeed.
- Ability to communicate in other languages will be an additional bonus.
- Must be able to support yourself financially if relocating.
