I think you have a good chance especially if your wife is the main applicant.
I am assuming that she has a minimum of 8 in each of the IELTS modules and you have a minimum of 7.5 too.
If that is the case, I'll only advise that she checks the backlog of whichever ICT occupation she wants to nominate to be sure that there aren't too many people vying in the same occupation eg ICT business analyst has become very competitive so it needs higher points so you can check other professions that are relevant to her duties or that she can get a reference for at work, and do not have too many people in the 85+ points range. This is so that you don't wait in the pool for too long.

On that, I advice you go through the MLTSSL here https://www.anzscosearch.com/mltssl/ and check the backlog of each ACS profession for her to see how competitive each would be and *maybe* check the STSOL list too (just type ACS in search button). When you've narrowed to a couple of occupations that would be best for you, then check the State Eligibility and what not.

Degree: B.Eng
Course: Civil Engineering
Total Years of experience: 18years
IELTS: 7.5
Engineer Australia: CDR submitted

for my Wife

Age: 38
Degree: B.sc & M.sc
Course: Computer Science & Information Tech Mgt
Total Years of experience: 13years
IELTS: 8
ACS : RPL writing in progress

My plan is for both of us to have our own different profiles for 190,189 & 491

Do you guys think we have a chance or there's something else we need to do. Thanks
