There are maths questions, and English also. Guess u read computer Science right. U will also be asked technical questions relevant to your field. Just prepare hard cos their pay package is not bad at all. My friend in IT earns 100k/Month.I believe that's ok for a start. Dear Nairalanders, I need your very urgent and heart-felt advice.

This guy got two offers: A marketer in a bank being offered 140K and an Engineering job offering 60k. The bank branch this guy is posted to is just a stone throw from his house, he doesn't need to board a bus to work, but the engineering firm is KM away from home.

This guy has an engineering background and has passion for becoming a professional in the field. At the same time he needs money because non of his folks is in Lagos.

Should this guy take the Engineering job and hope for a better future? Or should he go for the banking job and make the money but uncertain if he would be able to meet the 200 million /3months target responsibility.

Nairalanders please reply. This guy's fate lies in your hand.

What position did you apply for? If it is Cadet, then you need to go to your search engine and find out how and why an Helicopter or an Aeroplane flies. Also all these mechanical aptitude test that test your application of your knowledge in pressure, force and area relationship, and general aptitude test sha. Try and get some words into ya head, words like auspicious, general GMAT words but don't waste much time on that cos only few questions come out in that aspect.

I will choose fulfillment rather than money. But I wish you had specified the take home on both sides. But really fulfillment covers both the job and the money aspect. I tell you that if the money you are earning is not okay by you, let's say 50,000 in a place like Lagos and you enjoy the best of training, you won't still be fulfilled and this will be reflected by your search for a new job. Let's give these 2 scenarios. A young man earning 120,000 in a manufacturin comapny and another man earning 150,000 in a bank as a marketer. For me I would conveniently resign from the latter to the former becos; firstly I'm an Engineer and I believe that if I can get a job with a sustainable salary, I have no business to do in the bank. Secondly the nature of the job really counts, many people including you and I want a sinecure job( a well paid job with little responsibility) nobody prays for wahala.

So my guy, I think fulfillment encompasses both the money and the nature of the job. I can't leave a 150,000 naira job for a 20,000 naira job. It is madness. But if the money is comparable, then you can consider other factors.

I believe the peopleprime would ensure that, that doesn't happen.
They have our CV's and I believe it will be very unwise of them to arrange a meeting with one's employer.

But really, if that happens, it will be the most anxious day for the employee and my only advice for d employee (victim) is to remain as comported as he/she can be and damn the consequences.
