You'll be shocked that your savings is not even up to N100k.
That said, start by writing your former employer with a copy to PENCOM to update you with your statement of account.

Young man, we've heard your part of the story and haven't the opportunity to listen to your wife.
To this effect, I'd say you've done a little bit of justice by telling us a few things you've done and gladly you're able to post a conversation between both of you.
If I'm allowed to draw my conclusion from this evidences alone, I must confess that you deserve more monitoring before you send that woman to her early death.

It's no secret that you love her so much but again, from your tone and submission here, it shows you're a womanizer.
You don't really care about that lady except your son.
Again, I really don't see why as a man you'll be complaining about weight of financial implications in your home.

No normal woman like your wife is wasteful.
It's you that's having a problem managing your finances.
No matter what, ensure that 90% of your income goes home first before having fun with friends and your babes.

You deserve a good wife like your wife but if you don't show it to her, she'll never give it in return.
You will never enjoy her respect.

At this point, you need to manage your anger especially as it bothers on the situation now.
Go back to work harder.
Make your plans to bring her back next month.

Once you're done, go to see her father to counsel you first.
Confess to him that you need his guide as a father not a father-in-law.
Speak to the brother about your mistakes.
With the brother, open up to him that you're love drunk and financially pressured hence your madness towards the sister. And that you've turned over a new leaf.

Walahi, if you were close, I should have allowed boys to hold you first.
So, I can give you like 250 lashes before giving this advice to you.

As a married man and father of many, with a few life's challenges, that family thing has never been out of sight for me.
Hold that one first.
It's where your peace can come from no matter the challenges out there.

He should not use his vandetta with Oyetola to turn Osun State upside down

If he doesn’t know what to do

Gov Adeleke should Just go and dust Awolowo’s 1956 Development Plan for Osun Province

and execute it with all the necessary updates

It's not about not knowing what to do. It's about neutralizing the trap set for him by Ex-Gov Oyetola.
Why would Oyetola, start recruitment barely a month before leaving office? Why swear in 30 perm secs a week before leaving office? Why enthrone kings a few days to leaving office?
This is criminal and he should even be arrested for this.
Business / Re: My Business Has Failed! Please Advise Me by MWTH(m): 1:04am On Jun 17, 2019
WHAT I SEE HERE IS BLAME! BLAME!! BLAME!!!

The truth is this... We all make mistakes. Mistakes, are lessons for a better action in the future. And no one is above it.
I have also learnt that successful people, make even more mistakes and this is because they try many things....
So we must learn to accommodate those who fail, even if he had to use the money to drink beer, or sleep with a pashangi. It's part of the lesson to be learnt.

That being said....
Let me start by saying, 100k is too small an amount to worry about paying back.
This is what you should do first.

Go and see your friend and tell him honestly how you failed and your plans to get his monies back with interest as agreed. Be very open and sincere about your intentions to him. Difficult though, but if you must move on, you've got to do it.
Ask your friend to give you 90 days. And be ready to work with the 90 days.

Next....

There are 3 things you could do to get more monies for yourself, and also pay off your debts in 90 days.

1. Go viral with your product both online and offline. Meet the ladies around your area. Go to the shops of cosmetic guys in your local market and offer them free trials while also striking a deal with them. Remember you're the manufacturer, hence you need some chain of distribution for your products. While you do this offline, go online and do more. Ask those with great content writing skills to help you out.

2. Go over to Jumia and Konga and start an affiliate marketing project with them. You can also place your product on the shelves of these e-commerce companies too as a seller too. Drive sales for your products and the affiliate products you want to sell.

3. Find an established business owner in your location and propose to do social media marketing for them and get paid either from commission or service.

Now, all of these depend largely on your Marketing and Selling Skills both online and offline.
So find people and contents online to guide you.
If you can't do it yourself, hire gigs from Fiverr, Elance, Upwork etc to do the job for you while you pay them (I don't like this part anyway, because you are just starting). So you could start with studying Facebook Marketing and use it for all your businesses as we already have more than 100m people visiting Facebook daily in Nigeria.

Thanks

Health / Here Is What To Do To Stay Healthy Amidst Interest For Money & Work by MWTH(m): 12:08pm On Feb 12, 2019
"Early to bed and early to rise, makes a man healthy wealthy and wise" - Benjamin Franklin

What Are The Problems?

• Lack of attention to one’s health
It has been observed many times that a lack of attention to one’s health is one of the most common reasons why people die from health related deaths. This is one of the major causes of deaths especially among the middle age across the world.
There are instances when the individual starts observing some symptoms which could be external or internal, rather than see their physicians, they ignore it. The resultant effect is that, over time, this experience tends to increase sporadically to a state of irreversibility. These include all diseases, especially with the most deadly ones.

• More Diseases are cropping up without cure
Today, as compared to the past, there is an astronomic rise in diseases of various symptomic characteristics that has left the medical field clueless and battling to find solutions without results. Unfortunately, while those efforts are ongoing, people are dying daily for these reasons.

• Cost of treatment is increasing Daily
Another heartbreaking reason is the unimaginable rise in the cost of treating a whole lot of diseases that plagues humanity. For most underdeveloped countries, the solution has become increasingly international interventions with the cost being unbearable for the common man.

• Access to treatment is poor
While the common man has resolved to use the available medical and health care facilities within their reach, it has become even more difficult to access these facilities including the handlers as Government institutions are not helping matters with payments of salaries and improvement of facilities that will enable the handlers to put the equipment to use. We have in recent times heard about how a piece of common gas equipment has led to the loss of human lives in many hospitals. It is also disheartening that the overall effect has started affecting the usual excitement of practitioners in discharging their duties where necessary.
Very sad indeed.

There Are Reasons:

While it is important that the reasons are not farfetched and are very glaring to the common man, we took time to point out some of the major devastating reasons here.

• Unavoidable Distractions and It’s Ever-Increasing Desire For Attention
As we continue to grow as a people, there are certain unavoidable responsibilities that continue to stare us in the eyes on a daily basis. One of which is the most important – Money.
Many adults today want to keep up with living a beautiful life and taking care of their family members so much that the distractions of health symptoms until they fall totally to the disastrous effect of those mild symptoms they neglected earlier. Resulting in their untimely deaths.
We may not be able to blame humanity for this as competitions are also an increasing factor in our society today, leaving most adults to continue to remain in the center stage of active work to ensure they keep up with the demands of family and friends.

• Due to negligence, complications have increased
Another factor for the unhealthy and untimely deaths is the negligence factor by many adults. There are actually signs or symptoms for most diseases before it gets out of hands. It is important to also state that most diseases that result in untimely deaths actually have cure but because they are ignored or neglected, they over time build up to such states of irreversibility, hence it becomes too late when it strikes because it combines a whole lot of effects resulting in complications that seem very difficult for a particular treatment to be adopted.

• Local treatment is poor & international treatment needs more money
While the common man would concede to exploring the local treatment for their ailments, results have shown that over 80% of the victims are left at the mercy of these health facilities available and for many, the desire to explore international treatment becomes the case. But the challenge with this is the availability of the needed resources to deal with this challenge hence the unavoidable loss of lives. It’s a good thing that most media companies are exploring public funding for individuals to fly them abroad, but how much of this can impact in the lives of the millions of people needing this support. They can only do less. Above all, the cost is quite expensive.

• Due to lack of resources and researches
Last of the reasons is that while the medical field experts are willing to explore researches and facilities needed for the treatments of patients, it is obvious that the funding gap for this exercise has great limitation to actualize this path.
It will shock you to know that there are many health challenges that have only a few health researchers with results that can help in the cure. But because it requires the relevant authorities to also carry out same research before endorsing the claims of the private researchers, we’ve been left hanging in the air as to whether we should use the products of the private researchers. The worst part is that the same authorities who are supposed to carry out research to ascertain the claims of the private researchers would rather go public to disclaim the claims of the private researchers without doing their own due diligence. This is grave practices and has affected lives.

These Solutions Can Help:

In view of the above mentioned, there is a way out and it is about time to start using these ways.
Our solutions are hinged on the popular saying of Benjamin Franklin:
"Early to bed and early to rise, makes a man healthy wealthy and wise".

While there are problems, there are solutions too, because there is no problem that isn’t without solutions.
A few years ago, there are a few international business people who discovered the huge market in Africa considering our population and health issues. These businessmen decided to bombard us with a handful of Food Supplements with claims for the cure of various diseases.
You will be shocked to know that while some of these claims are near the truth, over 97% have little or no effect in the cure of diseases.
We will not want to talk much about this as to avoid demarketing of people’s business. But it is also important to state that, health issues have only two methods of curing it. 1. Artificial (Cutting & Chemicals) and the other is Natural (Herbs, Sunlight, Air, Exercise, Water)
The effects of the former have always been devastating as it takes away from the body system, unlike the later that replaces, reforms or rejuvenate the body system.
We have put together a few suggestions for you to explore. And we urge you to act now. Do not wait until it gets worse.

• Halamin Herbal is founded by Pharmacist Ben Amodu
Pharmacist Ben Amodu as he is popularly known has been in the health research and practice for more than three (3) decades and still counting.
He founded the Halamin Herbal Center in view of the increasing challenges as mentioned above.
As a trained pharmacist who has devoted most of his lifetime to Phytomedicine Research owing to the fact that our forefathers lived totally on Phytomedicine (Herbal Medicine) and were very strong and lived much longer than the current age.
There are many other support team members working with him on this vision led practices. And the results have been tremendous. This is why the immediate past NAFDAC DG, decided to request the legislation of Phytomedicine by the National Assembly which has its bill increasingly receiving attention.
Amodu has reeled out more products for the cure of many diseases and the results of its administration have proven beyond doubts, that going back to herbs is just our best option.

• Usually, the cause of the ailment is traceable to complications that are identified as hormonal imbalance – Our drugs recreate your system
When diseases attack a system, the first effect is to disorganize the hormones responsible for the protection of the various organs or systems of the human body. This is called an imbalance of the hormone, thus rendering it to look away from the causative agents of diseases.
Halamin Herbal Products have that creative and defensive effects of restoring, balancing and recovering lost hormones of the body system to ensure it starts performing as normal as it ought to.
This is only possible with the use of certain herbs that can be found in tropical regions of Africa.
However, for the fear of destroying organs especially the liver that enables filtering and digestion of foods injected into the system, we have stepped up scientifically determining the exact quantities of these herbs to be taken into the system, thus avoiding overdose.

• Cost is cheap compared to other methods
As compared to treatments home and abroad, our drugs are very cheap and affordable to the extent of its long term effects when compared to treatments by the common institutions we tend to use.
For example, in the treatment of Cancer, using chemotherapy, it can be observed that while that is very high in cost, its effect is rather damaging than a cure.
Our cancer drugs are repairable in effect. No loss in cells or organs. It replenishes your system and brings back the normal form of your body organs.
Evidence over the years has proven beyond doubt that currently, the only and best cure for Cancer is Herbal Medicine.

• We are constantly researching and improving on our drugs to suit current ailments
As one of the most reliable phytomedicine experts today, we are constantly researching and improving on the production of our herbs so as to ensure we live up to standards with the continuous demands for health matters.
It is, therefore, no doubt why our patients who have been cured have consistently referred people to us.
And we are definitely living up to expectations with our resilience to reach out to as many as possible.

• Maintain your health consistently with the use of Halamin products
Why wait until you are down with an ailment? Early to rise, they say, makes a man healthy wealthy and wise. And in furtherance to this saying, you would agree that prevention is better than cure.
To this end, it is therefore important that you take care of you at every point in time. Do not let the organs go weak, or totally destroyed before taking necessary actions to avert untimely deaths.
With Halamin Herbal Products, you can not only treat ailments of any kind but also be able to prevent any unforeseen health issues that may invade your system.
Taking a few of our products can help you stay protected from any disease causative agents.
Many people are benefitting from the use of these products and we think you should take advantage.

Politics / Re: Ben Bruce Congratulates Peter Obi As Atiku's Running Mate by MWTH(m): 2:33am On Oct 13, 2018
I think your prediction is the worst ever. Maybe you should go and learn from the masters of the game first.
First, Atiku is liked and respected by almost all the Governors (Past and Present) in Nigeria.
You should have asked about his 2nd tenor bid with OBJ and why OBJ hated him till yesterday.
Atiku was in control of the party from 1999.
While OBJ was busy with Governance, Atiku was busy with building ties and rewarding Governors as well as party stakeholders across the length and breadth of this country.
Go and read "My Watch" by OBJ and you may be able to draw facts.
On the partnership with Peter Obie, you must also know that it's a calculated step and a good one for that matter.
Knowing fully that the Igbos are already agitating. The simple and most common sense is to give them a sense of belonging in the affairs of the nation.
VP is the closest the Igbos can take for now.
With this, the whole of SS & SE is for Atiku. Whether you like it or not, that's some very incontestible figure that will matter in electioneering.
Secondly, the SW is obviously divided considering the abysmal performances of the various state Governors. You don't need to be told about EKITI & OSUN. if Buhari or Tinubu was relevant, there wouldn't have been any rigging.
If you doubt that there was no rigging, then let me remind you that for Osun alone, the main election had a PDP candidate winning before the abracadabra.
I will remain mute about Ekiti until the ruling from the Tribunal is made open.
In Lagos, you would agree with me that almost 80% of Lagos are non-indigenes. The Igbos make up to 30% of this 80% that are non-indigenes. That vote is going to go for their brother. Have you forgotten how they gave Peter Obi a befitting support when Jimi Agbaje contested?
What about the visit with GEJ?
In North-Central, 80% is going for Atiku. You don't need to be told.
I'm sure you heard about the way PDP was leading in the just concluded election in Jos before APC rigged it again.
As for NE, relax and watch the party coast to a magnanimous victory. Adamawa, Taraba, Gombe, Bauchi, are all going to vote for Atiku. These are his strong holds except Borno and Yobe where there is going to be a 50:50 chances.
NW has always been Buhari's strong hold. But guess what? In Kano today, the Governor has lost it. Buhari has also lost it. A talakawa in Kano refers to a cup of tea, bread and egg as Jonathan while a cup of Lipton and bread as Buhari.
And don't forget the Red cap movement in Kano too. Kwankwasiya. So be reminded.
Going to Kaduna, 70% are very unhappy with El-Rufai and Buhari.
The Southerners in Kaduna are already gunning for Buhari's down fall.
To make matters worst, one of their most prominent Sheik is in prison today. The second one Gumi (Very powerful in Zaria) just flew to Abeokuta with Atiku to see Baba. His followers are in hundreds of thousands.
Zamfara is in crisis with day to day killings by the herdsmen.
Sokoto is divided.
Least I forget, Kano Emir is Atiku and Kwankwaso's boy.
Jigawa has Sule Lamido a very strong force to reckon with.
Niger is indeed gone - You don't need a soothsayer to tell you that.
The former Generals intervened in the crisis between Atiku and Baba. Of course you saw Gen. Abdulsalam's recent comments about Atiku.
IBB has always been open about his distaste with Buhari Government.
Is it Kogi and Kwara?
This is purely going to be the game of the throne. Where the publicly assumed most powerful will be flawed by the smartest little guy.
Watch Party.... 2019.
And finally my vote is going to count.
Atikulated 2019
Ioannes:
From the posts I have read here concerning this Peter Obi selection I think we can all agree now that the cry for Biafra was just simply politically motivated and not a true struggle for an independent nation.

Let me make a prediction here.

In 2019, I see Atiku/Obi losing the elections. And I see South East Nigeria taken up with the cries of "Give Us Biafra", "Biafra or death" once again.

For now, Igbos have forgotten that they pushed Nnamdi Kanu and Biafra to an early grave. They are excited with the prospects of playing second fiddle to a "Fulani" man. The same "Fulani" they so much detest and hate.

They have suddenly forgotten that Buhari and Atiku are Fulanis. All of a sudden, playing houseboy to a Fulani man is suddenly cool again, that is until Atiku loses the elections next year and then Nigeria becomes a zoo and they want out.

Fast forward to 2023, press repeat.

Shame!

Sorry Poster... Did you read the text and can be confident to say you understood it's context?
In case you don't.... I need to help you out here because your headline says something different from the link you presented.
Kola was only reporting a news, as a columnist of the Newspaper Agency.
Furthermore, as a reporter, he was able to present 2 sides of the story.
1. Atiku claimed he was being witch hunted.
2. The Investigative panel said he committed fraud.
And as you could see from the page, they were 3 news editors with Kola as the3rd and last.
My advice to you.
Please stop giving people fake presentations.

It's a sad experience that while as a country with most sets of intelligent people. Most in their very youthful age, we celebrate thuggery, cheating, blackmail, and most importantly the very open, broad daylight robbery of the poor people whose voters'cards have been preached many times by even the leaders that govern as the determinants of who governs them.
When some people here come up to say it's tit for tat by APC cum PDP political stalwarts, the question I ask is, "How does that affect the ordinary man, who believes in the power he has today (his voters card).
This is very sad and shouldn't for any reason be celebrated by any well meaning Nigeria especially as Nairalanders.
We may not be in politics today, the election may not be directly connected to us and our future today.
We may have a hate for the Contestant whose interest is being battered by some criminal elements in the polity.
One thing is certain.
You can never rob God.....
When GEJ lost, we all know why.

so, it is very sad to see youths take this experience as some common practices.
After all youths in other countries are already taking over leadership from the old bones.
Why should we not emulate it.
I know lot of you don't even have a voters card.
But if we must change our generation, then we must all be quickened towards partisan involvement in our political world.

I know some of you will undermine this message and even throw jabs at me.
But note this.
That if I don't say it, someone else will say it.
If not here, then somewhere else
If not today, then tomorrow
If not now, then probably later.

We must refuse to be cowed by individual opinions.
FACTS SPEAK

UcheSecondus:
.....APC, INEC and Police in a fraudulent Union.

The National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party,PDP, Prince. UChe Secondus has said that the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC and the security agencies have revealed their rigging template ahead of 2019 general election.

Prince Secondus who was reacting to the roles of the three bodies in the Thursday's rerun election in Osun state said that what is unfolding is totally unacceptable to the PDP and all lovers of democracy.

The National Chairman said through his media office in Abuja that reports reaching the party from Osun state shows that APC, INEC and security agencies merely came out to implement what they deviously rehearsed and called it election.

He said that the picture of what is to come in 2019 is now clear and they underscore the fact already being highlighted by the the party that APC is not ready for the election.

"Because they cannot face the nation, having failed woefully in governance and having exhausted their propaganda and lies, they resorted to dubious and mischievous strategies that could give them undeserved victory as is the case in Osun and Ekiti states.

" Democratic community all over the globe are watching and we would stop at nothing in highlighting them until the will of the people are allowed to prevail.

The PDP leader warned in particular security agencies to bear in mind that their allegiance and oath of office is to Nigeria state and her citizens not to any individual or ruling party.

He drew the attention of leaders of both INEC and security agencies to the fact that history has never been kind with anybody or group who wittingly or unwittingly thwart the will of the people.

Prince Secondus said that PDP will not relent until it's stolen mandates in Ekiti and Osun states are retrieved from the undeserving holders.

Romance / Re: My Experience With A Lady I Intend To Settle Down With by MWTH(m): 5:43am On Jul 12, 2018
THERE IS NO PERFECT WOMAN OR A MAN ELSEWHERE

Speaking from experience too, I would strongly advise that you keep to the relationship. Just ensure, you try as much as you can to always let her know your dislikes.

You should also understand that most ladies today do not have the character of our mothers. Education and exposure has changed a lot of things with our girls.
Men are no longer their small gods like it used to be with our aged parents.
Most ladies today don't believe in marriage as an important achievement in life.
They also know that, they can fend for themselves even without a permanent male folk (Husband). This is not far-fetched from the fact that, one woman will always be chased by a thousand men with luxuries. Not because they want to settle down with her, but for the fun (sex).

If you've found a woman who has all the good qualities except for her ego, please hold her tight. She's still a child.

By the time she starts giving birth, those things will vanish. If it doesn't, of course your tenderness towards her now, will definitely change when kids begin to come between both of you, because your love will be more on the kids and she would have to adjust.

And of course, once family is involved, her attitude will change as well.

My final dose......

Do your best, and keep her for tomorrow. She's a GOOD WOMAN & A WIFE TO BE.

But don't let her give you hypertension sha.

Nairaland / General / Dare To Prove Them Wrong by MWTH(m): 2:15pm On Feb 01, 2018
A couple had robbed a guy of a property investment he made a few years ago shortly after he left his paid job.
The couples knew, the poor young guy didn’t have money again, they probably knew he wouldn’t be able to hire a good lawyer for the job because then he could barely provide himself with a square meal, and of course, they knew they wouldn’t have to milk him anymore because there was no money to milk from him.
So, they gave him a quit notice from his own house.
That came as a shock to him, so he rushed out to the Police for rescue. But for the kind of country we have where impunity reigns at most levels, these couples called one of the highest authorities in the Police and they were released without bail to the astonishment of the poor young guy.

However, one thing happened while they were at the police’
The wife threatened the poor guy and left him with fears.
She moved very close and whispered in the ears of the young man.
“You think you can fight us? I bet you will suffer in this town and die.”
Jeeez! That was heartbroken. That night, the young man left the house without a pin except for the clothes he was wearing.
He slept in an empty room. Cried, & wept loud enough.
At a point, he realized he was just being stupid. No one could have heard of his tears or pain. Nobody could have felt it the way he was feeling it.

It was obviously a test of his true personality that had finally come.
There is no longer a free meal called paychecks, he was no longer going to get some tips from anyone.
He had nothing to sell to raise money.
Now, it was time to think outside the box.
Above all! For those words whispered in his ears, he said to himself.
It’s Time To Prove Them Wrong.
Of course, he didn’t know how he was going to do that. But there was one thing he knew he could change. And that’s HIMSELF!!!
So he started to work on his attitude to life and work. His focus for results. His commitment to anything he sets out to achieve. His clarity of purpose became even more glaring to find. His personal development and more. Just him.
This was premised on the words of Jim Rohn “If you want to achieve anything in life, the first thing to do is to CHANGE YOU FIRST”.
Your mindset! How you think, how you respond to things, how to develop yourself, what you need to make a move to the next level.
And things took a different turn for him, in contrast to his fears. In contrast to what the woman told him that got him scared off his pants.

Beware of dream, vision, and passion killers when you are about to take that giant step of your life.
The major distractions will come from Family and friends in most cases.
It’s sad to say this.
Family and friends in most cases will be the first to try to talk you out of it.
It doesn’t matter how passionate and excited you’re about it. They will come into your head most times slowly to talk you out.
Most of these people who try to talk you out have long lost their dreams. They have no vision, no goals, they don’t know what to do or how to go about what they do.
So, they try talking to you while justifying their failures. They can give you 101 reasons why you would fail.
Guess what? They're not ambitious about creating their own future.

If you’re ambitious, if you want to own your reality, you better start by choosing your own future. Stop letting people without ambitions choose your future for you. And if you must know, they’ve got no future for you.
Let your ambition drive you to your goals and hand over your future to you to control.
It is important for you to know that, not only is it possible for you to choose your future but it's also necessary that you choose your future yourself.
Work harder on yourself, develop yourself, let go of the energy drainers from your life. People who don't believe in you.

The most powerful motivational speeches that I have ever heard came from people who dared to show me the many reasons why I would fail. But unknown to them, they’ve only revealed the many reasons why people fail and how I could think and avert it.
You know why?
Because when they told me I couldn't do it, I was bound and determined to show them that I couldn't develop the nerves to tell myself that it is impossible to do it.
Unfortunately for them, I could only tell myself that I will prove them wrong, I will show them that they made a colossal mistake about me.

If this is the state you find yourself now, the end is here. Not by virtue of spiritual inclines, neither by the knowledge of the spiritual books we’ve read (because the holy books already promised us good tidings, though stressed that it wasn’t going to be easy) but by virtue of my experience and the so many untapped opportunities I have seen.

What then should you do?
Get back to your quiet moment again. Bring the proper mindset on, look away from the obstacles you may have created in your head while listening to them, look towards the joy, the excitement, the celebrations that come with popping the wines in your head as you look towards starting life all over again.
They cant stop you. They can’t stand in your way, they can’t wreck your vision, your dream, your passion.

Hey, get in the line. Prove Them Wrong.
But get this,
They'll try to stop you,
They'll slow you down,
They’ll call you names,
They’ll celebrate your mistakes,
They’ll wait patiently to see you fail.
But if you have the proper mindset.
If you can bet to stay on until you get to your goals.
You will be amazed at how good you’d always been.

What has kept you away from those dreams? Why are you slowing down your movement? Who told you that you aren’t great a person no matter your sex, your age, your color, your background.
Yeah! They gave up on you, but do you have to join the queue and give up on yourself?
If it’s not working, get someone to teach you what they do to succeed. Self-development has always been the secret of the great names we’ve always known.
Who's got the right to stop you? I mean maybe some of you guys got something you never finished. Something you really want to do. Something you never said to anyone that you would want to achieve. Something you asked for and you're told no even after you had paid your dues.
Who's got the right to tell you that? Who? Nobody.
It's your right to listen to your gut, and not anybody’s right to say no.
Well, where you are right now could be where you want to be to do what you want to do. Are you making progress?
We know the people who discourage us, we know the people that we have in our life, no matter how good of a day you're having they'll bring you down or no matter how bad of a day you're having they'll bring
you even lower.
You know what I'm talking about.
Think of the three biggest discouragements in your life, they're not your biggest discouragements. You are their biggest candidate.
They manoeuvred you to agree with their thoughts.
Just dare to prove them wrong.
You’re told that you’re too old to be considered, so you don't think you can get it until you turn yourself a kid.
You don't think you can do it, think again. You can if you haven't
done it. Keep pushing, keep working. Don't give up.
Nothing good comes easy. You’ve got to find it, whatever it is within yourself.
Don't wait, don't quit.
Just because you failed, doesn't mean you’re a failure.
I just need you to keep going. Try to make that one different decision that
you've not made before.
Don’t let the distractions distract you.
Failure is not an option when you go into it. I want you to go into everything with a mindset to win.

Health / Follow These 17 Basic Foods-health Principles And You Will Be Happy You Did by MWTH(m): 5:17pm On Aug 19, 2017
1. Regularity in meals. Do not eat them early or late, but maintain a regular schedule. Your stomach is used to eating at certain times each day.
2. Moderation. Only eat as much as you need. Never overeat. Only eat to satisfy hunger, and then stop.
3. Take small bites. Only put a small amount in your mouth at a time. You will chew and salivate it better, and tend to eat less at that meal.
4. Relax and eat slowly. If you are too in a rush to eat, then do not eat. Do not be hurried, anxious, worried, fatigued, or angry.
5. Chew your food well. You will derive far more energy out of less food, if you do this.
6. Do not eat too many things at a meal. Three or four items (plus a little salt, oil, etc.) are all you need.
7. Avoid complicated mixtures. Say no to the gravies, vegetable loaves, gluten foods, and all the rest. Keep your meal simple.
8. Avoid peculiar additives, such as vinegar, monosodium glutamate, etc., which only upset your stomach and slow digestion.
9. Vary your diet from meal to meal. If you ate oatmeal this morning, try rye or wheat tomorrow.
10. The food should be palatable. But if it is good food, this should not be hard to do.
11. Never eat anything prepared in aluminum. Never drink water or juice out of an aluminum container. Alzheimer's is worth avoiding.
12. Aside from fresh, raw, juices or the green drink, drink all your liquids (water) between meals, not with your meals.
13. As a rule, eat your fruits at one meal and vegetables at another. Acid fruits (such as citrus) can be eaten with either.
14. Greens have more compacted vitamins and minerals than other types of food. They only lack vitamin D, which the body can get from sunlight. But they do not have adequate amounts of trace minerals.
15. Nova Scotia Dulse and Norwegian kelp (two types of seaweed) are the only rich source of trace minerals.
16. Blackstrap molasses is the only very rich source of iron. It is also a very rich source of choline and inositol, the two B vitamins used in the largest quantities.
17. The best pattern is to rest before the meal, and walk around after it, not vice versa.

Health / Over 80 Percent Of African Male Folks Suffer Prostate Cancer - Health Tips by MWTH(m): 5:09pm On May 09, 2017
Everyone has a pair of kidneys. The job of the kidney is to remove waste. It is the LAWMA (waste management company) of your body. Everyday your blood passes through the kidney several times to be filtered. As the blood is filtered, urine is formed and stored in a temporary storage tank called the urinary bladder.

If there were to be no urinary bladder, as a man walks on the road, urine will be dropping.
Now think of the plumbing work in your house. Think of the urinary bladder as the overhead storage tank. From the storage tank, a good plumber will run pipes to other parts of the house, including the kitchen. God in His wisdom ran pipes from our urinary bladder to the tip of the penis. The pipe is called the urethra. Just below the bladder and surrounding the urethra is a little organ called the prostate gland.
The prostate gland is the size of a walnut and weighs about 20grams. Its job is to make the seminal fluid which is stored in the seminal vesicle. During sexual intercourse, seminal fluid comes down the urethra and mixes with the sperms produced in the testicles to form the semen. So semen technically is not sperm. It is sperm + seminal fluid. The seminal fluid lubricates the sperm.
After age 40, for reasons that may be hormonal, the prostate gland begins to enlarge. From 20 grams it may grow to almost 100 grams. As it enlarges, it squeezes the urethra and the man begins to notice changes in the way he urinate.
If you have a son under 10, if he has a little mischief like we all did at that age, when he comes out to urinate, he can target the ceiling and the jet will hit target. Call his father to do same, wahala dey. His urine stream is weak, cannot travel a long distance and sometimes may come straight down on his legs. So he may need to stand in awkward position to urinate.
Not many men will be worried their urine stream cannot hit the ceiling. Toilets are on the floor and not on the ceiling. But other symptoms begin to show.

TERMINAL DRIPPLING:
The man begins to notice that after urinating and repacking, urine still drops on his pants. This is the reason why after an older man urinates, he has to ring bell. A younger man simply delivers to the last drop and walks away. Just see an older man coming from the bathroom. Sometimes he may clutch the newspaper closely to hide the urine stains, particularly on plain colored trousers.

HESISTANCY
At this point you wait longer for the urine flow to start. There are 2 valves that must open for you to urinate – the internal and external sphincters. Both open but because of obstructions in the urethra, you wait long for the flow to start.

INCOMPLETE EMPTYING
You have this feeling immediately after urinating that there is still something left.
As all these things happen, the bladder begins to work harder to compensate for the obstruction in the urethra. The frequency of urination goes up. Urgency sets in. sometimes you have to practically run into the toilet. Nocturia also becomes common. You wake up more than 2 times at night to urinate. Your wife begins to complain.

Men being men may not talk to anyone even at this point. Then the more serious complications start.
Stored urine gets infected and there may be burning sensation when urinating.
Stored urine forms crystals. Crystals come together to form stone either in the bladder or in the kidney. Stones may block the urethra.
Chronic urinary retention sets in. The bladder stores more and more urine. The size of the bladder is 40 - 60 cl. A bottle of coke is 50cl. As the bladder stores more urine it can enlarge up to 300cl. An overfilled bladder may leak and this leads to wetting / urinary incontinence. Also the volume may put pressure on the kidney and may lead to kidney damage.

What may likely bring the man to hospital is acute urinary retention. He wakes up one day and he is not able to pass urine.
Everything I have described above is associated with prostate enlargement, technically called benign prostate hyperplasia.

There are other diseases of the prostate like:
1. Prostatitis – inflammation of the prostate
2. Prostate cancer – cancer of the prostate.

This discussion is on prostate enlargement.

I have bad news and good news.
The bad news is that everyman will have prostate enlargement if he lives long enough.
The good news is that there are life style changes that can help the man after 40 to maintain optimum prostate health.

Nutrition
Look at what you eat. 33% of all cancers, according to the US National Cancer Institute is related to what we eat.
Red meat everyday triples your chances of prostate disease. Milk everyday doubles your risk. Not taking fruits / vegetables daily quadruples your risk.
Tomatoes are very good for men. If that is the only thing your wife can present in the evening, eat it with joy. It has loads of lycopene. Lycopene is the most potent natural antioxidant.
Foods that are rich in zinc are also good for men. We recommend pumpkin seeds (ugbogulu).
Zinc is about the most essential element for male sexuality and fertility.
Men need more zinc than women. Every time a man ejaculates he loses 15mg of zinc. Zinc is also important for alcohol metabolism. Your liver needs zinc to metabolize alcohol.

ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION
As men begin to have urinary symptoms associated with prostate enlargement, it is important they look at alcohol consumption. More fluid in means more fluid out.
Drink less. Drink slowly.

EXERCISE
Exercise helps build the muscle tone. Every man should exercise. Men over 40 should avoid high impact exercise like jogging. It puts pressure on the knees. Cycling is bad news for the prostate. We recommend brisk walking.

SITTING
When we sit, two-third of our weight rests on the pelvic bones. Men who sit longer are more prone to prostate symptoms. Do not sit for long hours. Walk around as often as you can. Sit on comfortable chairs. We recommend a divided saddle chair if you must sit long hours.

DRESSING
Men should avoid tight underwear. It impacts circulation around the groin and heats it up a bit. While the physiological temperature is 37 degrees, the groin has an optimal temperature of about 33 degrees. Pant is a no - no for men. Wear boxers. Wear breathable clothing.

SMOKING
Avoid smoking. It affects blood vessels and impact circulation around the groin.
Celibates are more prone to prostate illness. While celibacy is a moral decision, it is not a biological adaptation. Your prostate gland is designed to empty its contents regularly.

Business / How To Survive With The Recession – Bad Economy Right? by MWTH(m): 2:56am On Feb 04, 2017
Are you experiencing the recession? What efforts have you put in to find a way out for yourself?
Well, I have got good news for you today.
My job is to teach you exactly what I have been doing for the past 5 years since I left the banking industry.
While on my radio show (Armed Forces Radio 107.7FM) with this topic yesterday, I was happy about the responses I got from so many people. You probably might be the next to thank me for opening your eyes to these secrets.
THE NOISE
Almost everyone sings this song today especially in Nigeria and most African countries. What is the song? It’s a blues titled: Recession, lalalalalaaa………….
In 1986 or so, I remember an interview granted the former President of Nigeria, Gen. IBB. He said and I quote “Everything that happens to anyone in this country today is the cause of IBB, ….. even if a woman loses her pregnancy, the next person to blame is IBB”.
That’s exactly the type of noise we have gotten ourselves indulged in recent times.
Everyone has an excuse for not being able to do the needful again. In fact husbands and fathers are fast letting their responsibilities into the air for the blues called recession.
How long would you continue to use the word and run away from your responsibilities? How long would you tell that to your parents who are aged today and are waiting for the monthly stipends from you? How long will you use that excuse and dodge the fact that you’ve a responsibility of preparing your children’s future?
Now, let me tell you some truths you may have looked away from so easily.
For close to 20 years the stock market in Nigeria has remained highly insignificant with price difference except for the one or two years scam we got in 2005/2006. And till this moment, there is no significant drop or rise in prices of these stocks. Where then is the recession?
House rents have kept its trail on the increase.
Cost of building materials has never dropped since I was born. It keeps increasing….. Where then is the recession?
On a daily basis, people are buying cars and building houses.
Child birth is on the increase and parents are busy feeding these kids with the very expensive and always increasing price of baby foods.
People are constantly paying tithes in churches.
Parties in clubs is on the rise daily… People are also constantly celebrating birthdays, child birth, promotions, funerals etc.
Queues are always on the rise in filling stations and supermarkets.
The Federal, States, and Local Governments are paying over 25 million people monthly.
And I heard the Federal Government has started giving alms to the vulnerable as the case implies.
Yet, someone is lying to himself or herself that there is recession.
This is what you must know always….. The Rich will continue to get Richer, The Wealthy will continue to get wealthier……………
That’s simply what happens. Yet you are there saying Recession and probably waiting to see Mike Adenuga of Globacom, Femi Otedola – The Oil & Gas Magnet, Alh. Aliko Dangote (The Richest Black in the world), Folorunsho Alakija (The Richest Black Woman in the world) to become poor because you have recession.
I bet you are still sleeping.
The fact is that all those Entrepreneurs; the Supermarket Owners, The Oil& Gas Station owners, The Building Materials guys, The Foods & Beverages Manufacturers, The Health Products Manufacturers and a whole lot of those selling those things you need on a daily basis will never experience the recession. You are your own recession and for all they care. Go source for the monies and come keep them afloat and richer.
Now hear this, Recession is for the Government and not for you.
I would simply say it is a lie to get the middle class to panic.
Many economic experts have come up to assure Nigerians of how soon the recession would be over. Some say before end of 2017 others said before end of 2016 while a few said in the next 5 years.
All these are simply lies. There was never a recession and there will never be. It is the lies by the Rich to the Poor and Middle class.
Why did I say so? Watch it now….. In the next 10 years to come, the price of goods you bought today will never be the same. It may be 3 or 10 times higher if not more.
I know this because, while my father built his first house with an amount as low as N60,000 (Sixty Thousand Naira) in the early 60’s. Today, to build the same house you must be ready with at least N20,000,000 (Twenty Million Naira).
Don’t you get?
Your only economy lies in your ability to make changes based on a new operating system.
You have to start making changes now.
You can’t continue to live in the old rules given to you by your parents. We all know these rules.
THE OLD RULES
1. My son/daughter, find a decent job
2. My son/daughter, make decent income
3. My son/daughter, save your money
4. My son/daughter, build a house – This is still okay though
5. My son/daughter, get a good education
6. My son/daughter, invest in the long-term – probably in stock
7. My son/daughter, don’t do more than one business at a time
8. My son/daughter, don’t retire voluntarily
9. My son/daughter, be grateful for whatever you have – after all you’ve got life
And the lists goes…..
Enough of those stories – Enough of those lies.
You need to become an entrepreneur. Think outside the box
My job is to teach you about what to do now and get out of that blues called recession. So follow these steps and come back someday to thank me.
1. Increase your income first – Not conserve capital and save, because these rules of conserving capital won’t work anymore.
2. Create multiple streams of income – I don’t mean you should go and get another job. Become an entrepreneur.
3. Save only to reinvest and make more money – Best way to reinvest is in yourself because you are the stock. Hone your skills and people will pay for it.
4. Get your debts to zero – Start by cleaning out on the lowest debt and continue until you’re debt free. Rise to become the bank after all you hate banks so be the bank and lend to people.
5. Stop depending on salaries alone. You will get hurt in future and you will be punished for wasting your whole years.
Finally, ENTREPRENEURSHIP is the way forward.

Thank you for reading this piece.

Business / Use This 9 Golden Tips To Set Your 2017 Goals by MWTH(m): 1:05pm On Dec 21, 2016
If you haven't been reading my posts, I think this one would be your most important of all. Take your time to read through this piece and act accordingly.
I have been on the Radio for over a year giving out my strategies for free on Marketing & Sales.

Every year I always want to give this piece to those who have failed to achieve anything meaningful during the year. So stick with me here and following every bit of the details.

COPIED FROM MY FACEBOOK PAGE:

Recap:

In the last few weeks, we’ve been discussing GOAL SETTING for 2017.
It may not be necessary for you but I strongly know that you need it. Of course this is not basically my area of specialization (In case you haven’t known yet, I specialize in Marketing and Sales/Business Development) so talking about GOAL SETTING is just to help you put yourselves in the right positions for the future lessons you will be getting from me & my team.
The reason is simple.
No amount of trainings given on this platform without you having total control of yourself can change anything to good for you.
Therefore, in case you missed out in the lessons, let me just give a summary here.
Straight to the points.

USE THIS 9 GOLDEN TIPS TO SET YOUR 2017 GOALS

1. Set goals that will MOTIVATE you - Your goals should bring out the passion in you. For instance, why would you want to have N100m at the end of 2017? Someone could easily say that, “I want to have N100m at the end of 2017 because, with that kind of money, I would have been able to solve all my family monetary needs like sponsoring my kids in school, taking my parents abroad for some medical checkups, building a befitting house so I don’t pay rents again,….. and the lists goes.

2. Set SMART goals; specific; measurable; attainable; relevant; time bound.
a. Your goals should be SPECIFIC – I will make N100m in December 2017
b. Your goals should be MEASURABLE – By the end of June 2017, I should have N20m in my savings account, a house worth N15m.
c. Your goals should be ATTAINABLE – I will make N100m in December, 2017. Does this look like a mirage to you? Well, Be Strong and align with the mindset of POSSIBILITIES.
d. Your goals should be RELEVANT – Is paying School fees for your kids relevant to you? Will it impact on your future? What about your parent’s health? Do you think it is important to take them for checkups? These and many more questions you need to ask when setting goals.
e. Your goals should be TIME-BOUND – Is December 31st 2017 a good time to get that amount? Will you start on the 1st of January or 3rd? When do you really need the 40m as part of the entire sum?

3. Set goals in WRITING
Your goals should be WRITTEN. It doesn’t matter how bizarre it sounds or looks. Just write it down. Don’t be shy to do this. There are No two ways to getting yourself on track except you write your goals down..

4. Make your goals VISIBLE
Your goals should be VISIBLE – Did you get that? After writing it, paste it by your bedside, in your bathroom/toilet, on your desk, in your wallet or hand bags. This is to keep it close to your heart. Read it often at least 5 times a day.

5. Make an ACTION PLAN
Your goals is worthless if you don’t have ACTION PLANS – Make sure you write down how you will achieve these things. It’s like moving from point A to point B. If you’re not certain about the necessary actions to take, go all out to ask those who are already enjoying the successes. Better still post it on your wall and request guides or help from the audience. To say it simply, it is the step-by-step approach you need to get to where you want to be with focus on a particular Goal.
For example using the N100m as a goal. Action plans could be something like this.
Since I have to make N100m by 31st of December, 2017. I will do the following;
a. To consult with a Telecom guru on 2nd of January;
b. Register my Telecom Business name on 3rd,
c. Meet with MTN, AIRTEL, GLOBACOM & ETISALAT on 4th of January,
d. Decide on the amount to launch into the business on 5th of January,
e. Source for Retailers on 7 & 8th of January,
f. Decide on only 3 out of all the retailers I met on 9th of January,
g. Write appointment letters to the retailers on 10th,
h. Sign MOU with them on 11th,
i. Invite them for a training and dinner on 12th January.
j. Go back to MTN on 13th and pay them for products. Deliver products same day to my retailers.
k. On 14th of January, start supervision from Retailer a A to C with reports of their methods of sales on daily basis collected.
You can go on and on with these steps.
It makes you stay on track and adds great value to your day-to-day live as a businessperson or a career person.

6. STICK with it
STICK with your ACTION PLAN – The noise of distractions will definitely come around and very often. However, STICKABILITY is what you’ve got to adopt here.

7. TRACK and ANALYZE
You will be wasting your precious time if you cannot at the end of every assess your performance by TRACKING and ANALYZING your day-to-day work. Assess yourself vis-à-vis your ACTION PLAN and see where you need to do something different to get better results.
For example, If ACTION PLAN has step 1 as meeting with a Telecoms Guru. Ask yourself if you were able to do that, and was it impactful? Is it taking you to where you want to be? If you would do it again, how would you do it differently for a better result? Write it down.

8. ADJUST your plan when needed
You should ADJUST where necessary. Nothing is cast in stones. You can be allowed to shift grounds but ensure the ultimate GOAL is still in check.

9. LEVERAGE the 80/20-rule
The Parento’s principle states that you should give attention to the 20% activities that gives you the 80% results. And vice versa. Always learn to leverage on the best things that impacts positively on your ultimate goals.

With this, I am sure we are on the same page isn’t it?

So in the next few days I shall be revealing all that you need to set the balls rolling for 2017.
I don’t want you to set too many goals that will get you confused or tired so soon. I want you to as much as possible set goals you can contain for a start so you can remain focused for great results.

I will see you soon.

Have you signed up with me on my page? If No! Please do so. And if yes, congrats…. I shall be guiding you in 2017 for ultimate results.

Be Great! Nothing Else Pays!!

Business / How Can Lawyers Make A Living With A Biting Recession by MWTH(m): 9:25pm On Sep 30, 2016
IF YOU LOVE THE LAW PROFESSION, THEN READ THIS
To become a lawyer is not as easy as we may think. Of course, there are lawyers who are doing exceptionally well and will probably continue to do so. Meanwhile, a significant and growing percentage of lawyers are finding it tougher to maintain their earnings capability, a situation that’s likely only going to get worse going forwards. And, for most new lawyers being churned out, the future is looking increasingly bleak.
REASONS FOR THE GROWING FINANCIAL CHALLENGES AFFECTING LAWYERS
There are many reasons:
Many Individuals and corporate clients have become more critical of the value of the legal services they’re receiving. This, in turn, is making legal bills more and more “voluntary” or better said, negotiable.
Many organizations have resorted to hiring Lawyers and ensuring they are paid monthly stipends rather than paying per services rendered. The overall interest is to cut down on their expenses at the end of a financial year. This leaves out the task of sourcing and paying lawyers for consulting jobs.
To further worsen it, consultants or brokers have sprung up whose job it is to evaluate and push down legal bills.
Technology is also making the practice less attractive as most organizations have developed ways of mitigating transactions using the supports of technology like “Business-In-A-Box” software applications has almost all legal documents relating to business.
While the legal business environment is getting less friendly on a day to day basis, the law schools continue to churn out even more professionals.
Alright, let’s take a look at these three assumptions by lawyers and other professionals:
1. As a lawyer you definitely would want to continue with the practice of law and has no intentions of switching careers right?
2. I am also sure your expectations for legal services to change considerably in the near future in your favor is about 90-100%
3. One of your greatest anticipation is to also make more money in the profession while maintaining the highest ethical standards.
Wonderful and pretty good assumptions I must say.
However, to be able to excel as assumed, there are steps needed that must be taken.
But first, research thoroughly to know understand the types of lawyers that are doing well financially.
For the much I know about this profession, the lawyers who are making the serious money are either at the top of the law firm hierarchy and are connected to the right sources.
But beyond this, there is an area that has overtime been neglected by lawyers and you need to take advantage of it now.
“Source for new businesses”
SOME FACTS YOU MUST KNOW
Many lawyers and many law firms have “issues” with bringing in new business.
It’s not as if they don’t want to generate new businesses but they lack what and how to go about it.
Many of these lawyers mistakenly presume that prospects magically know how proficient they are in their field of endeavors, so they don’t need to scout for clients.
Many lawyers also mistakenly believe that when they deliver excellent legal services, their clients will appreciate their efforts and expertise and as such they will refer others to them.
These are Action Plans you must adopt if you want to enjoy the Business as a Legal Services Provider
• Start by identifying the hungry markets & understanding the potentials it has
• Start developing yourself as an authority in the industry
• Become an industry thought leader by Establish yourself online; Post topics online on a frequent basis.
• Render Free Services with a little or no margin
• Use Flat Fee for consultation services
• Use Emails/Newsletters to selected individuals and companies
• Establish relationship with professionals in your field and sign contracts with them incase your clientele base increases beyond what you can handle at a go.
• Strategically network with key referral sources.
• Proactively manage existing relationships.
• Master The Money Making Skills
I hope this serves.

Business / 4 Steps To Creating Your Small Business by MWTH(m): 8:59pm On Sep 30, 2016
Recall that many times I have had to talk about starting up a business with #20,000 or less.
For those who are already in doing business, or intending to go into it one, it is important that you read through this piece.

STEPS TO CREATING YOUR BUSINESS WITH LESS THAN #20,000

1. Do a Research - What problem is being identified; What solutions have been available; What special solution do you want to create here; Come up with your VALUE PROPOSITIONS; What amount of money do you need to start that you have; What is the type of budget do you want to set? What skills are required to excel here? What is the population of people close to you that wants these services; What’s the best way to reach out to them; What’s the most popular way to reach out to them; How can you use that way to achieve set targets; What are the likely pitfalls if you get involved in this business; Where do you get the products/services you want to sell if you are not directly producing or manufacturing; What’s the cost to you and the consumers; How profitable is it; How long can a profit margin after a sales take you etc

2. Start Creating Immediately – With your knowledge of the entire research done, there is a need to start creating all that is required. If you are to do a business with #20,000 or less, you must create a close to perfect platform to be able to meet up with the big time players.
Steps:
- Start with your business vision; plan; name;
- Create the process flow – Write it down. From Management; Branding; Finance (Payments/Refunds); Marketing; Sales; Delivery; Documentation; Follow ups; Relationship Management (Open a register)
- Create Marketing Platforms – Blog, Social Media, SMS, Direct Mails, Cold Calls; etc
- Recruiting workforce or commission agents or partners

3. Package It – Begin to fix things together. The pitch; The Slogan; The Presentation; The Questions & Answers envisaged; Training manpower; Your Brand Promise is key here.

4. Release It – Start doing everything you are supposed to do with marketing, selling, collection of customers data or details; send the emails, letters, SMS. Start blogging on your blog, Social media platforms, - The word here is sell; sell; sell.

The Usual Challenges here has to do with
- FOCUS.
- Doing everything by yourself
- Highly expectant when nothing has been done. Then get discouraged easily
- Fear to take the next steps. What do you think about this piece? If you have anything, please post your comments below.

Politics / Re: Buhari & Tyranny : I Have Been Vindicated - Reno Omokri! See Why by MWTH(m): 10:00pm On Aug 22, 2016
omenka:
Reno is just one redundant oaf, and so are those who agree with him. We have seen people call Buhari even worse names than a dog.

It is one thing to call someone a dog and it is another to call a dog someone and then go ahead to write the the person's name on it- all this in a peaceful environment.

Had Buhari been a tyrant, no one would waste their time suing the idiot- they would simply throw his sorry ass in jail and have his dog swallow the keys.

I wonder why he didn't name his dog after his father- abi him like Buhari pass him papa??

Observing comments from almost everyone towards you. Obviously you should hide your head in shame for this comment you made. Funny enough, most Bubu's supporters on this forum no longer talk for reasons that they've come to realize they made the wrong choice. Well are still hoping and expecting the perceived change they wanted. Not until then, people like you should remain like a grave yard until that change happens. ...... Looking for a cane to flog this Omenka boy.

Business / 10 Basic Steps You Need To Start Selling Your Products by MWTH(m): 4:35pm On Jul 15, 2016
Hi friends, after doing this show on air with Armed Forces Radio 107.7FM Abuja on Wednesday 13th of July, 2016 a lot of you asked me to send the scripts to my page for you to study.
What I had to do now is to beef it up as there was no time enough to have all of these aired life. So sit back, read and enjoy the piece.

Most businesses hardly survive the teething stage, so they run out of circulation in no time owning to so many reasons.
I may not list the entire reasons in this presentation. However, it is important to let you know the few most important reasons and what to do about it.
In a research done by some experts in the micro, small & medium scale business survivals, this conclusion was drawn. And I have a total submission that their findings is true.
In every 100 businesses set up in Nigeria and Africa as the case implies, given one (1) full calendar year, only 20% tends to survive. In these 20% which translates to 20 businesses if your guess is as good as mine, 10 of them goes down the drain after two(2) years. The rest of the surviving business carry on with a whole lot of issues……

The so-called "smartest ones" will go into huge borrowings and as such let their faiths to be determined by the banks for the rest of their survival life.
This is not to say there are no survivors, but it is rare as most will be heavily indebted to either the banks or investors.

Why is it so? You may ask.

Reasons are not far fetched.

1. Most people go into business to survive the fear of being broke. Unfortunately, your business is supposed to need you to survive not you needing the business to survive. So the aim of setting up a business gets defeated from the onset.
2. A good number of people get into business for the fact that they want to increase their income – They lay this as their priority. So they fail in the course. You need to think value creation first, not to make money.
3. I once thought that the business world is one you can start and begin to make profits without laying the basics. So I failed like a tumbler.
4. Life Purpose amongst many other reasons are some very sensitive reasons.
For the purpose of this presentation today, I want to list just 10 basic steps you must take to start making sales in whatever business you’re doing today.
It doesn’t matter the nature of business or the location. Your level of education doesn’t even matter here. All that is needed is coordination.
So let me go straight to the points.

1. Identify your target audience – Every products or services was initially designed to meet some particular sets of people and their needs. If you haven’t figure those people your products or services will serve. Then you are in a deep blue sea. Start with that first.
The mistake people make here is trying to generalize a product for everyone. This is not wrong, but it is best to start with those you know that will actually want your products.
The focus for indomie was to serve young bachelors and spinsters who do not have all the time to go cooking a meal for themselves. Today, children seem to have taken over this consumer class from the singles.
Your laundry business can start with a focus on only bankers for a start.
With time, other target audience will jump in to consume your products.
I started my Real Estate business focusing on the "Low & middle class" - I call them the ordinary man & woman like me. And we are getting the patronage of the high & mighty today.

2. Establish the first 5 or 10 reasons they need your products – Using indomie as an example here. I can help state the first 5 reasons why the target audience being singles will need the products.
a. Singles usually don’t have all the time to cook food for more than 10 minutes.
b. Singles can’t take time to watch dishes after eating or before
c. Singles hardly want to go into the market to buy ingredients
d. Singles can’t preserve foods
e. Singles don’t need stress of picking or watching the foods before cooking
I can go on and on.

3. Establish the corresponding solutions your products with provide them – The corresponding solutions after listing the problems with singles are as follows;
a. With indomie, it takes a single 5 or 7 minutes to get it ready for the stomach
b. With indomie, a single needs just a pot, plate & spoon. Most singles will eat directly from pot.
c. With indomie, singles have all the necessary ingredients tied together with the snacks – pepper, salt, Maggie all in one sachet.
d. Singles can finish a big or small pack of indomie at a go. There is no need of keeping it too long in a pot and allowing it to rot. Hence, no food is wasted here.
e. If a single is to cook rice or beans, he needs to per boil except you are like me. Lol. That’s maximum stress for a single. He would prefer to just open indomie and pour into water on a fire and give it 3 to 7 minutes. Off he goes.

4. Be able to relate the solutions of your product to life experiences – I just did with the above illustrations. For instance, if I am telling someone to subscribe to my laundry business, and I want to relate it to a life experience, this is what I would say - "Sir, as a banker some few years ago, it I would always want to be the best and as such I work all day. But once it the weekends come, one very teething issue I always faced was watching & ironing my clothes. I found out that most laundry men do general washing and leaves my clothes worn out fast and with stains as well as unpleasant smells. I was forced to doing the washings myself. Thereby leaving me with unfinished tasks every weekend. This has a lot of impact on my growth and successes as a banker." Ask him this question to carry him along. "Sir, you know time is a very essential commodity for you as a banker? His response will be rapid. "Yes! Yes!!. Then go on and tell him, how he will save his time to get better things done while you help him with his clothes.
Do you understand?
Ok let's ride......

5. Develop the skills required to make your presentations anywhere – Writing all these things down, or getting to recite all these points off hand can help you make your presentations anywhere.
Of course it comes with your passion. Do you already have the passion for what you are doing to about to do?

6. Identify where your target audience are mostly found – If my target audience are bankers for instance. Obviously, I know how many banks are in my location. I will find more banks and identify them.

7. Establish how to meet your target audience one after the other – Having armed yourself with all of the presentations as above, get the list of your target audience out and start with 5 or 10 people you will meet and talk about your services or products daily. Stay focused here. A good presentation of the values you want to create for your target audience will let him or her fall flat and yield to your products or services.
Highly sensitive here too.

8. Set Your Targets in No.s, & Identify the cost involved to deal with this & prune it
This part is one difficult part that a lot of people fail in. I will take it simply this way.
- Setting targets – How many target audience will I meet in a day? How much money do I want to make from these targets in a month? How much will I spend to find them, and render my services in a month? Once I get these few details. I will go ahead and subtract the expenses from the income I will make. The balance is what I want to make right? Good! The next question is; Will this profit I make every month sustain me for another month? If not, how many more people do I need to talk to, so that I can increase the income from X to Y?
Do this exercise diligently.

9. Establish a perfect delivery system to meet with their expectations – This is another area that most businesses usually miss out from after getting a good number of clients from their presentations. My first Branch Manager would always tell us to under promise and over deliver. Here, you must always deliver your products promptly. In fact try to beat customers’ expectations to increase their interest in dealing with you. If you promised to deliver their laundry in two days, try to do it in one day or that same day you have promised them. And you will see the magic gains in your business.

10. Start Building Relationship After every meeting & keep it going – After every meetings with a target audience, ensure you keep the relationship open. Learn to follow up on them with pleasantries. Check them out with visits. Don’t give up when they reject your offers in the first instance. Keep the close contacts and work on them.

I hope this serves.

You can listen to the recorded audio piece I had live on air which has been posted on my Facebook wall.

Until I come your way again.

Business / Prospecting As Sales Strategy To Make Your Sales Grow by MWTH(m): 3:09pm On Jun 11, 2016
What baffles me most is how people mention the word “Luck” in business. Especially when they have the same business like Mr. A and while Mr. A is busy selling rapidly, they are snoring in their shops or on their business.

Some will tell you how excellent their speech is whenever they go selling. My dear friend, how does it matter when you don’t have anyone to listen to you? The fact is, you are not willing to do what it takes to get the audience. Even when you have the most excellent product or service to sell, if you don’t do what it takes to get those who will buy your products, be rest assured you’re going to waste your bloody time.

if you want to sell and make money—you must first find people to sell to. Everything you want is reachable only if you start prospecting like your life depended on it.

You could be the greatest salesperson in the world that even knows the greatest sales secret of all-time, you could know how to SUPERFREAK a demonstration, handle all objections like a closing ninja, have hundreds and hundreds of closes in your arsenal ready to use on the spot, but what good is any of that if you have no one to use them on?

You need to prospect.

I wasn’t always as well-known as I am today. I had to knock on thousands of cold doors just to get people to even know me when I started my first business. That is the main purpose of prospecting—to get people to know about you. Your problem is obscurity. People need to think of your name and your company first when they have a need for what you offer. By prospecting, you can create your own economy. If you are dependent on others, or walk-in traffic, then you will be at the mercy of factors that you have no control over.

Here are some prospecting tips I know you will find useful today:

1. Start thinking about how you can SERVE everyone around you.

Some of us tend to get this retraction from those we meet outside many times. For instance, you are meeting someone for the first time and they ask you what you do. Then you respond by saying you’re a salesman or woman, the person immediately retracts with hesitations and become a bit guarded. The truth is the greatest salespeople hardly even consider themselves as salespeople. They think of themselves as people who are there to serve the customer. A customer is coming to you because he has a problem. There is something that isn’t working right that he needs fixed and has come to you because he feels and hopes that your product or service will solve his/her problem. Often times though, a customer hasn’t done a proper diagnosis of the problem or even about the proper solution to their own problem. That’s why you as the sales person is there. You are there to serve. Look around you. Everyone has problems. Start serving!

2. Find a way to get in front of people.

Are your prospective clients involved in charities, community organizations, or the boards of other companies? While the general rule is to avoid politics in business, it can be a great way to get in front of the hard-to-reach decision maker. For some of us who have been in sales, the joy of being connected to influencers has always been our dreams. I had a Governor who was only relating to a particular Bank’s Branch Manager and reports from other managers of banks about the Governor’s relationship with them was not a good one at all. So I decided to see how I could get in front of the Governor to buy my product. First was to assign my team for some kind of exercise every Saturdays. We also ensured monthly sanitation and we made sure we were always doing it around Government House. Then, I got close to the Attorney General of the State who invited me to join him at the Lawn Tennis Court where he plays games with the Governor every evening. I told my team to make it a point of duty to always be in Government house to talk about our products daily. At the time the Governor got my contact and called on me directly, I was short of words. He called to introduce himself and commended me of our effort to get the State to her dream height. Instead of directly presenting my product to him, I was busy doing things in form of helping the state develop. That was the first time in my life to get a Governor of a Nigerian State invites me for a special dinner. The honor of his aides receiving me from the gate through to his various sitting rooms until I got my plate to serve myself along with him was a mirage.
But that’s what you get when you always show up to serve.

3. Always ask and get referrals.

When I started selling my telephones in the streets of Abuja, it was tough. And I need to sell more to start living a normal life. I needed of course someone to introduce me to some big shots that could influence my sale.

I met a street hawker in Wuse 2 and told him, I would like to get big some top shots in the Telecoms industry to do business with. He asked me to provide him with the names of those I wanted to meet and I told him, I just want the Sales Regional Manager. He didn’t have the guys direct link, but at the end of it, I got it through him. The lady he introduced to me who then did the final job of referrals first bought about 22 of those phones from me. She’s my friend today. She took me to her boss, who also introduced me to other network providers. I was shocked the day I got invited to NNPC Towers to supply them with my products courtesy of my hawking friend. I also got supply of my SIM cards to Civil Defence and other organizations.

Every time you make a sale, get referrals. Even when you don’t make a sale, ask for them.

The bottom line is that if you are dependent on others, you will be at the mercy of factors that you have no control over. Don’t wait for walk-in traffic. I challenge all of you to spend the next couple of days thinking of creative methods to make yourself positively known to at least 50 new people next week.

Post your comments here about what you came up with and what your results were.

If you’re not yet on my Radio Platform – Money Talks With Tim Abel, Armed Forces Radio 107.7FM and have not liked my Facebook page in my signature here - marketingwithtimabel, Where I educate people on Business Development, Finance, Marketing & Sales —get on it now.
