Politics / Re: Falae’s Kidnap: Fulani Group Sends Final Warning To Fani-kayode by MWTH(m): 2:18pm On Nov 05, 2015
Rawani:
Femi Fani Kayode is reputed for his elastic tongue, unprincipled stance and immature, poorly thought out outbursts such as those made regarding Bianca Ojukwu and the other women that had the misfortune of being intimately linked with him at some point or the other. His penchant for sucking in the vomit he utters, came to a climax with his twilight support for the PDP after consistently rubbishing them severally in the past.

However FFK's recent vituperations against the entire Fulani race are not his usual uncoordinated diatribes. His insistence on attacking the entire Fulani people because of the activities of a few soulless, bloody, and murderous criminals appears to be by design, and co-ordinated with other elements and groups that are strongly opposed to the emergence of Muhammadu Buhari as President such as Afenifere, Chief Falae, and some disgruntled elements East of the Niger.

The activities of the murderous blood sucking Fulani herdsmen are barbaric, criminal and downright condemnable. The lives that have been needlessly lost and families traumatized is more than enough reason for Government to tackle the menace immediately and headlong and I admonish the authorities to take prompt action.

However it must by emphasized that it is completely illogical to paint the entire Fulani race which have produced the likes of Aliko Dangote, Jelani Aliyu (inventor), BUA etc., who have contributed greatly to the Nigerian economy and attracted accolades to her, with the murderous activities of a few criminal nomadic herdsmen (P.S not all Fulani's are nomadic culturally and historically). This is akin to demonizing other tribes because of the activities of a few kidnappers, ritualists and baby factory operators. It is a travesty of common sense and it is clearly politically motivated.

At this time of national recovery, such careless statements by FFK are retrogressive, provocative and reek of political sabotage, which will not be tolerated any further. It is hoped that the wiser ones around him will admonish him to take caution and warn him to desist from channeling his political frustrations towards the Fulani people.

I actually thought you would be discretional in your report. But nay.... You are all wrapped with sentiments here thus faulting my interest in reading this piece.

APC has lied so much that they are finding reasons to cover up for the lies. How long can lies keep anyone going successfully? Not long... To keep up, you must continue to lie to us.

Why should he dine with the devil he knows? Gov. Fayose's decline of JJ's invite is a clear sense of his supremacy over those APC have used and are still using to witch hunt the PDPs.
Atleast this helps make a story for him still right?

Young man your dad is absolutely right wgen he said he has never failed in his life. Even if that sounds weired to you, you should believe him. No father wants evil for the child.. Your failure academically should be seen as disgusting too. Those who excelled in your class were not with 2 heads. Your inability to graduate at same time with your mates is rather shameful. So, at this point go and kneel before him and confess that you were actually playful and were busy with Facebooking n someother internet activities that didnt add up positively. Let him know you know why you failed and you will certqinly address the gap.
Finally, get serious with the tailoring stuff too because that is a green light for you to make hom happier in future.

I smell something dangerous in this reign of the APC.
1. Buhari losing his hard earned respect
2. PDP & APC destroying the peace of this country
3. Nigeria dividing soon as predicted by US
4. The Youths who did't know where the country came from becoming victims of this circumstance
5. Military taking over power
6. Nigeria losing its Int'l recognition
7. Inflation coming in full force hence rendering our population to the level of RWANDA
8. Youths taking laws into their hands

Something has to be done now.
It shouldn't be vengeance but togetherness for our common good.

It beats my heart so hard to realize that our judgements on national issues are rather sentimental than being realistic. The posters observation here is accurate and we need to think in this line. The CHANGE we all yearned for is being eroded by Political settlements instead of the real change where you and I can confidently say the man there is who the cap fits. No doubt, we still have a long way to toll. Nigeria will only be better and CHANGED if we unanimously deal with our issues void of sentiments. God bless our generation.

Business / Young Hustlers Willing To Make October A History Should Join This Group by MWTH(m): 7:02am On Oct 01, 2015
WHAT'S YOUR OCTOBER, 2015 PLAN?

Do you have your OCTOBER 2015 PLAN already?

Many years ago, I had felt that those who succeed in life were LUCKY. I thought they had some sort of super connections or probably something else was doing the work for them until about 2 years ago when I got into this mood called “REALITY.”
SELF-EMPLOYMENT......
Today, I can stand behind many successful people and say few words for them. These are my words..... Take it or you leave it.
Successful people PLAN
Successful people have a BURNING DESIRE
Successful people have WILD IMAGINATIONS
Successful people are FOCUSED
Successful people are SELF-DRIVEN
Successful people are CONSISTENT
Successful people READ a lot
Successful people go all out for KNOWLEDGE
Successful people have MENTORS or COACHES
Successful people are members of a MASTER MIND GROUP
Successful people prioritize their work
Successful people DELEGATE work
Successful people BUY & SELL
Successful people are STRATEGIST
Successful people don't QUIT
Successful people ATTRACT what they have

I can bet you know all of these and many more..... But what you may not know is..... SUCCESSFUL PEOPLE TAKE ACTIONS on IMPULSE too.
Yeah, you may say they think before the take actions... No doubt, but they do both at a time.
The difference between those who FAIL & those who SUCCEED is PROCRASTINATION.
Last month, you said you were going to READ that book where the SECRETS you have been waiting for is HIDDEN. But until now, you haven't crossed a CHAPTER.

Can you just do this again for yourself for this month?
Read at least 2 BOOKS on SUCCESS for a start.

Sincerely, I was really bad at READING too. But in just a blink of an eye, after LISTENING to one of my most appreciated MENTORS - Jim Rohn (Deceased). I got back on Track. And the FIRST BOOK I READ was his own very first books too. "THINK & GROW RICH - By NAPOLEON HILLS.

After a lot of thoughts, over the month of SEPTEMBER, I decided I am going to give some of my IDEAS about how I went on from being BROKE to being comfortable in less than 2 years.

In view of this, I am creating a MASTER MIND GROUP today. It is intended to help some of us explore some SECRETS about self-sustenance – HOW TO BE SUCCESSFUL.
But first, we all must start with READING & DISCUSSING the Book - Titled "THINK & GROW RICH".
I have it as an EBOOK. So if you have an EBook reader or your Tablets, Computer, Phones, Ipads or whatever piece you have has an Ebook reader, kindly send an email to timmy.abel@gmail.com and I will forward a copy of the book to you for free.
If you don’t have an Ebook reader, kindly download one please. And don’t forget to send me a mail at timmy.abel@gmail .com

Now the Rules will be as follows;
1. We will READ a CHAPTER in two days.
2. We will BRAINSTORM on that chapter the second day
3. You can ask questions on that Chapter through the platform
4. We will all agree on the action to take with the CHAPTER as individuals
5. We will apply this knowledge to all aspects of our lives
6. You will tell us how the Chapter has changed you IF YOU DON’T MIND
7. Anyone could be appointed as Moderator for a particular CHAPTER
8. Anyone is allowed to opt out anytime
9. No insults or open confrontation is allowed
10. You should ALWAYS on a DAILY basis send 5 IMPORTANT things you must do for that day to take you to your DREAM status. (OPTIONAL)
11. Get a partner to discuss pressing matters with on the platform

More RULES will come as we proceed on the platform.

For the purpose of this, I want to call this PLATFORM "YOUNG HUSTLERS"

And to this End, let me say that OCTOBER 2015 starts here with you and me.

Be my guest....

Cheers!!

Business / Don't Let These 15 Mindsets Stand As Obstacles To Your Financial Freedom by MWTH(m): 6:37pm On Jun 13, 2015
No doubt, most of us came from a humble beginning like we would always appreciate it being called. But in its real sense a “Poor Background” – and sadly, we get so comfortable with it for the rest of our lives, at old age we tend to transfer this same mindset to our born and unborn children just the same way our parents sold it to us.

We are most times immersed in this state of mind and plagued by the thoughts, ideas and actions of the poor. Many of us are found in this web of becoming “unconsciously envious” of someone who was caught in this poverty stricken web like us once they start making progress. And then we start wishing these persons a fall from grace unconsciously too.

Now, if you came from a poor background like me, where my parents had great intentions but few ways to create financial freedom, then there is a good chance you are still hovering around the mindset that has stood in your way as obstacles from breaking loose and taking your destiny headlong towards financial freedom.

The difference between you and those wealthy or “big shots” as we would always refer to them is simply the fact that their mindsets and the actions that follow their everyday life with respect to money, wealth, finances and investments has a whole lot that you need to learn from.
In my study with a few of them, I would like to share these 15 common mindsets that hinders most of us from getting our financial freedom:

1. "I just want an average life."

This is one phrase that’s commonly used by the poor mindsets. And somehow they settle for it and it naturally becomes their comfort zone. These obviously compromises with any possibility of financial freedom. There is no way, someone with the mindset of having an average lifestyle can ever save enough money for retirement. http://www.money-zine.com/financial-planning/retirement/best-time-to-retire/ To this end, most people including our parents got stalked with their jobs and they kept working until they were forced out from their jobs at old age. They couldn’t leave at retirement age because they didn’t save enough money to cater for themselves in the future especially after job. During periods of economic contractions, they hardly can stand the travails that comes with it, thus hastening them to a premature death or deformations that leaves them at the mercy of death.

2. "I need to start making money."

When I first heard my coach talked about the wrong concepts about the word “Make Money” I realized I had actually been misplacing priorities. You do not have any right to make money buddy. Lol… That’s actually the job of the Federal Government and not yours. In fact, it is against the law to make money. The Federal Government through CBN manufactures money at their economic discretions except if you already have the rights and tools to do so.
The mindset that you need to make money limits you to believing you must trade time for money. But in real sense, you must trade value for money simply put by Jim Rohn. So you must as a matter of urgency quit thinking about making money and think in terms of creating value and getting paid for it. “When you trade something of value with the public you will get money in return”. – Grant Cardone

3. "Bigger Things Kill Faster."

I am really sorry you have been in this mess for too long. It is absolutely wrong to think that “Bigger Things Kill Faster”. Thank God, Poverty is much bigger. So it kills “Fastest” – Please permit that jargon. In fact, Bigger is better, more is glorious, much more is absolute freedom. You must quit thinking little. The best and most successful companies in the world are in the range of big, bigger, biggest. To remain little or small saps a lot of energy. The 10X Rule by GC says “ go 10 times bigger than you think is necessary. It’s more fun and it gives you a better chance of succeeding”.
Excerpts from GC:
“Over the last 12 months I have interviewed more than 50 very successful entrepreneurs that run million-dollar companies to $100 million companies that started with nothing. Almost every one of them shared with me that their biggest regret was not thinking bigger from the beginning.”

4. "More money, more problems."

This is simply an idea that those without money use to justify having less and being broke. If more money is more problems, then bring on the problems, because I tried being broke and that was more than just a problem. Quit trying to make being rich look ugly -- it’s not.
The truth is that the more money you have, the more control and choices you have over every aspect of your life. If you are sitting in a first class seat, it doesn’t mean you won’t have a drunk sitting next to you. Buying your own jet allows you to control who gets on it, but now you have to hire two pilots, a mechanic and feed the airplane. More money means new problems, not more problems.

5. "It takes money to make money."

I got so sick many times thinking about this too. I used this excuse many times and more as a broked ass. I got tired of hearing myself whispering it to my ears that I could not even wake up from my bed many times. It got me even lazier both in mind and in my actions.
But in reality, check out most millionaires today, more than three quarters of all millionaires today are first generation millionaires. That means that they are ordinary people who got rich because they had the courage to follow up on their ideas. They were challenged by that discomfort in the zone of poverty. You could be too you know.
The phrase, "it takes money to make money" is completely incorrect. It takes money to make more money instead. While later in life the rich use their money to create wealth, in the beginning stages it only takes courage and persistence to create money. This belief that you first need money makes you a victim and gives you no way out.
I have been here many times. Having so much money to play around with and yet getting broke. Started all over again with no money and in less than 2 years I am in a position to never be broke again.

6. "Money doesn't grow on trees."

What the heck does this phrase mean? Simply telling you that the money is scarce, the ocean is dry, limit spending, it is hard to find, and you know what? Some mild definition would be that it is a limited resources. So spend with care.
But take a look at this situation; The Government spends over N4 trillion yearly. And you would agree there is something near $49 trillion too right? Put all the bank’s deposits together as captured on paper and you would agree with me that what we have is even much more than what grows on trees. The only shortage of money on earth is in the mind of those that don’t have money. Period.

7. "I’m Counting Days – 24th of the Month."

We get so engrossed with the 24th day of every month especially corporate work force so much that our mindset gets limited to that pay checks that can never foot our entire bills. It simply indicates that the work force of our great country “Nigeria” is constantly trading time for money every day. Is your time worth N208.33 an hour (assuming you are working for an average of 8 hours per day and 30 days per month) or N100,000 an hour? The reality is no matter how much you get you are still selling time and you only have so much of it.
The rich exchange Naira for time because they know time is more valuable than money. Unwilling to trade money, the average person believes the only way to make more money is to work more hours. Big money requires thinking about money without time considerations -- think Bigger money. It recognizes time dearie.

8. "Money is the root of all evil."

Hahahahahaa! This gets me laughing almost every time. You know what? You were sold the wrong idea. The actual saying is "the love of money is the root of all evil.” It has been passed down inaccurately and become misunderstood that money is somehow evil. Rich is right, not wrong. Bill Gates told a college class, “if you are born poor it’s not your fault, if you stay poor it is.”
I believe it is evil to not be able to provide for my family, fund my church, take a trip, grow my business and feed my dreams or even grease the palm of my colleagues.

9. "A penny saved is a penny earned."

Believe this and you will never have financial freedom. A penny saved is a penny and if you spend your life thinking about pennies you will never create financial freedom. Saving in itself is not bad, but the masses are so focused on saving that they never advance their money. No one ever got rich saving money, they just got old.

10. "Money can't buy you happiness."

Oh preacher! Get the hell out of my presence. I have never met a rich person that was trying to get happy while they were trying to get rich. These two things can’t be chased together. Money begets happiness. I can attest to this any day because I have been there too. In fact happiness comes when you get freedom. And freedom comes with more money. As a matter of fact, I have never tried looking for happiness. I have been seeking a meaningful life where I am free to do what I want to do and what I love the most. And my money gives me that freedom or meaningful life which translates to happiness.
I know many happy and unhappy people. Regardless of how much money they have. I can assure you that they still like having the freedom to spend money without constant worry. There is no way money can make you unhappy -- it’s just money.
My advice here is simple; If you are going to be unhappy, don’t be broke too.

11. "A penny for your thoughts."

How poor a mindset for God sake? It is quite destructive to think that your ideas could be traded for pennies. This also goes a long way to show how little people value their time and money. I own six businesses. They all started with ideas and were followed up with actions. The guys that created Diamond Bank, UBA, MTN, Zenith Bank, Facebook, Mr. Biggs, Tito Yoghurt, Drumsticks, Channels TV, Dangote Group and the likes all had ideas and they didn’t trade them for pennies.
Quit thinking about pennies and quit demeaning your ideas. Your possibilities are limited only by thoughts, ideas and actions. Do not and I mean DON’T Trade Your Ideas For Pennies.

12. "Rich people are selfish."

And so? Is that why you wouldn’t get rich and stop begging for money? Alright I understand your challenges. You probably were meant to be poor – And you have resolved that it’s your destiny. That’s the Mindset right?
Let me be honest, I have learnt to be selfish after getting broke many times and trying to source for funds from those who have. They never let go what they have at hand without at least expecting twice the amount in return. If you are not selfish, you will get broke like I once had.
Today, I give monies out only when I know it will bring something into my coffers. I learnt about this from my coach. And it is paying hugely, especially when you don’t know how to keep financial records. This has a protective side to your investments like ensuring that you are never broke to have to depend on anyone financially. My father got broke trying to be a “father Christmas”. My mother died struggling to be a “mother Christmas”. I had to struggle through life trying to get financial freedom without anyone asking to give a helping hand instead they prefer to come and take and drive me to broke ass again. The truth is, whether you like it or not, they will never appreciate you giving them anything. If you like surrender your whole life to them. You will still be tagged selfish. And the day you get broke, they will remind you of never ever assisting their wolflike lives. You have to be selfish so that you can take care of your own, your happiness, and your family.
It takes a bit of selfishness and self-esteem to prioritize taking care of yourself and creating financial freedom so that you don’t become a problem for others. If you don’t think enough of your own finances how are you ever going to make the difficult decisions and necessary choices for your spouse, children, community, and your future?
You better get somewhat selfish until you have something to share -- whether it is opportunity, money or wisdom. I'm sick of people saying, “If I had his money I would help so many people,” but they can’t help anyone financially, because they never focused on their own finances. They then live a life talking about what they would do, and not what they can do.

13. "The Time Is Not Convenient."

Time has never been friendly. In the words of the Apostles, “The Kingdom of God suffers violence and only the Violent takes it by force”. Generally speaking, every man suffers time, and it is only those with a purposeful violent mindset, that grabs time and utilizes it no matter what the word “convenience” could mean.
Time is insufficient anyday and anytime. Those who make judicious use of their time usually place priorities for whatever they do considering the limited time they have.
You can’t make money with a mindset that undermines “Time Management Skills”. So stop giving excuses about time and make ultimate use of the little time available while it last.

14. "It’s a Spiritual Attack."

If there is a spiritual attack preventing you from having your financial freedom, then you are definitely the spirit. So cast yourself out now.
Why would someone who knows what to do to make money and fails to do it claim that a spirit somewhere is standing in your way?
Do you know that these sets of people can have a 40 day fasting and prayers asking God to deliver them from the hands of the spirits, whereas, if they had spent just 24 hours to think through creating value for money they would have long gone from the presence of the spiritual forces?
You can only get poorer my dear friend if you don’t stop hanging in there for endless prayers and fasting. In fact, I am proposing this to pastors reading my piece. If you have a member that can stay in your church day and night fasting and praying longer than 24 hours, please chase that man out to go and look for something to do. They can’t contribute to the church. Instead, they will sap the church dry. They are the familiar evil spirits.
We need to be very sincere with ourselves. And as a pastor, if you allow a member dwell in the church for too long, it means you don’t even have contact with God. Are you running a hospital? C’mon……. This is very annoying.

15. "Haba, I Need To Succeed In One First”.

Really? Did I hear you saying that to me or yourself? Listen! Multiple streams of income is the surest way to staying rich. Someone called me one day and asked if I was the one on the Radio (Raypower FM) and I said Yes! And she said, “ahn ahn… only you? How can you run many businesses at a time and be successful? Tim, concentrate on one first na”.

Yea that’s true and I hung up. Few months later, she came asking me to let her into my Real Estate business. And I told her, “I don’t think you can manage two businesses at a time”.

It dawned on her immediately. As soon as she realized what I meant, she was embarrassed and told me it was ignorance on her path.
Now listen to this…. You can be in your best with a whole lot of businesses in your hand. Just find a way to manage it all. These businesses have seasons just like every man’s life.

“A time to sell and a time with no sales”.

When pepper is not selling, and salt is selling, at least you won’t go home broke. So why get stalked with one business when you know you can explore various management skills to handle the very numerous businesses you want to have?

The fact is if you are already rich, you need to up your game and start thinking the way the super wealthy do. If not, maybe it's time to change the way you think about money.

Any rich person will tell you anyone can get rich. Any wealthy person will tell you the same. Get rid of the mindsets that have stood as obstacles to your financial freedom.

Get your friends, family and associates on the same page with you. Remember, you are surrounded by limited thinking – 80 percent of Nigerians Are Unemployed. http://www.informationng.com/2014/06/80-of-nigerian-youths-are-unemployed-cbn-official.html and 112.5 million Nigerians live in poverty http://www.punchng.com/business/business-economy/112-5-million-nigerians-live-in-poverty-nbs/

Obviously it means a large number of Nigerians have the wrong information. And it is also a very huge market. So go all out and create value so they can pay you.

Business / Strategies & Tips To Find & Clarify Your Values - Business Strategy by MWTH(m): 1:23am On Jun 06, 2015
In one of my first encounters with a business coach, the word "VALUE" struck into me with a difference. I have always used this word many times and over with little or no significance.

I can remember how the quotes from Jim Rohn blew my mind when I heard it first. But it didn't really make much sense until today.

" The Greatest Value in life is not what you get but what you become" - Jim Rohn -

" It's not what you get that makes you valuable, it is what you become that makes you valuable" - Jim Rohn -

In my Coach's words; "Discovering & Rediscovering Your Values if you must succeed in life & business is not optional.

But what is Value?

It is simply what drives you.

A close understanding of Values brings about Self-Awareness. With self-awareness, you are certainly made to see and feel those things you value most in life and its influence on what you do and why you do it.

If you are already in business or about starting up one, or maybe as a career person. Your knowledge of your own values goes a long way to shape almost everything that happens within and around you.

I have also taken time to ask a few very successful people in my life about what gives them the success they have. And all have centred it around their Values.

Some say things as little as this and it will shock you.

1. What drives me is the fact that I want to have a business name that will be heard around the world. - Dangote

2. I was in the US and enjoyed how these guys just drive through to get what they want from eateries without bothering to get down from their cars - Tito

3. I was embarrassed by my girlfriend many years ago because I was poor. I couldn't wait to have a business that will employ even her family members - Anonymous

4. I can't stand the emotions of watching poor sick people crying to get medical treatments as a young child - He owns a hospital and he's a medical doctor and a consultant to the FGN. Dr. Adediran

5. I was chased from school because I couldn't afford my school fees - He owns a School today - Chief Felix Chibueze

These are a few of the values they have. You can have many as you want.

As for me?

My values will blow your mind.

I want to create jobs for you without having to get you into an employment; I want to build a world renowned business entity that will be first of its kind in the history of Africa

I want to be a life saving coach that will help the Nigerian Government to create jobs for the teaming youths without going through a job interviews

I want to live my dream life - Enjoy family togetherness, drive in the best of cars, fly across the world to cool off.

Help professionals in various fields to reposition themselves for greater success.

And to become your one-stop point in business development, marketing & sales strategy - I am there already.

So how can you clarify your values?

1. It's about yourself 1st. - What do you want from life? Why do you want it? If you get it, what would it resolve in the short term and long term?

2. There are things you really want. Dig deep to find out what it takes to have them. Ask questions where necessary. Show to those you want help from that you really need them to help you with the knowledge.

3. Stretch the horizon of your thoughts - Do not limit or constrain yourself to the immediate happenings around you today.

4. Set aside real time to do this exercise - make it void of distractions. Do it with all sense of sincerity to yourself such that your mind will confirm to you that you are actually on a right path

5. Let it be a process. Make sure you write it down, and after writing share it with someone very close to you and copy your coach or mentor.

6. Be honest to yourself while writing it. No one can best tell you about how you feel. Be able to x-ray your mind.

Remember that who you are has no competition.

Your staff and potential customers are hungry to feel your passion, your care so they can feel good about giving you their money and time.

Business / Re: You Want Capital? Then Roll Up Your Sleeves & Get Those Hands Dirty Buddy!!! by MWTH(m): 11:57pm On Jun 02, 2015
Gazzy88:
Interesting... Can u pls detail how u get in contact with these wonderful coys. Thanks
It is important to first do a business plan for your self. This will enable you stay on track.
Next is to create your products which includes how you intend to run your own marketing, what would be your brand, and all those stuffs that makes your company stand out. Then package yourself. Of course this includes your proposal to target markets you are interested in. There are Niches that requires just a little push and you find yourself doing so much in them. Niches like Health, Foods, Power, Fashion etc. You can go study more about productive Niches in Nigeria. Then find those Entrepreneurs who are not too big and really need a breakthrough marketing their products. They are going to be your first clients. These guys will receive you with their whole heart. Then make sure you sign MOUs with anyone you are going into business with. Nigerians could be funny sometimes. I have had to sue a client for N500m and he begged with all his Lawyers for me to drop the suit. Of course it is not in me to be troublesome. Some of these guys, once you start making the monies for them they become so smart that they may not show you the amount of sales they make.
So once you have one or more. Ensure you step up your marketing and sales game.
You can keep a tab on me on my blog. I am going to be revealing these successes to serious minded people.
Just today, I did an SMS Blast to anonymous people about helping their businesses grow.
I got series of calls. The most enticing is a wine company that imports to Nigeria. They are just coming in and want to secure a Marketing firm that can do all the magic for them. They fixed a meeting to meet me here in Abuja from Lagos by Tuesday.
So once you know your mantra, the business keeps coming. No hard and fast rules bro.

Absolutely my dear Eladua. Marketing & Sales jobs can make you the king you want to be and live your dream life.

I am a typical example. With story of grace to grass and grass to grace today.

You would agree with me that most people want to become business men but it is also another challenge to get their business to survive. This brings us to the aspect of selling. If your marketing & selling skills is dead, I bet your business will likely not survive a month.
Hence, those who seek to have their skills for marketing offline products can create a job for themselves by taking up these jobs from those manufacturers at a cost. Or better still a commission.

For instance, I sell your estate products and you pay me commissions and I go on to start my own business.

Like I said I am a typical example.

I started with marketing and selling for Own-Tel Land GSM phones. Moved unto Globacom CUG lines, Health products for Halamin, Real Estate for Shelter Gold Estate and today

I grew from OWN-TEL to Marketing directly for HUAWEI

I am selling Directly for Globacom today and not through an agent anymore

I own my own Real Estate business now. I no longer market for Shelter Gold. www.buildyourdreamhouseng.com

I have taken over full responsibility for the Health products company www.halamin.org

As I speak with you we are growing by the time. I have 6 different businesses running on daily basis for me now.

I was once broke and almost wanted to commit suicide until I found out about this knowledge.

So I bet you can understand what I mean by commission marketing while you raise the capital you want for your bright ideas.

My website www.marketingwithtrumphills was built to help educate people about it.

Thank you

Dear Readers & Fans of Our No. 1 Forum Platform,
As a resolve I want to share this very important mesaage I have always heard people complain about everyday.

“Some of us have great runways already built for us. If you have one, take off.But if you don’t have one, realize it is your responsibility to grab a shovel and build one for yourself and for those who will follow after you” - Amelia Earhart -

Obviously most people are still waiting to have theirs built for them by someone else. They tell you, I have no capital to start up something. But I have got great and impeccable ideas….

Some even tell you it has to be a white collar job…..

Seriously??

How often do you see self-made wealth from white collar jobs? How many of them can you count amongst the Upper, Middle & Lower Classed citizens across the world?

Dangote today started with possibly what I call the brown collar job?

And you are still waiting for that white collar job right?

Why not just take a little step further and do something different?
Start with selling, if I may advise……..

Go and get a commissioned marketing job, sell, make your commissions and raise the needed capital you are waiting for. Then take the next step towards your great and impeccable ideas.

Roll Up Your Sleeves & Get Those Hands Dirty A Little Bit Buddy

Peace!!!

Nickzom:
Please Oh Nairalanders, I need steps on how to market a website like www.nickzom.com

Dear Nickzom, it is very important you adopt the Research - Create - Package - Release approach if you must achieve excellent marketing of your webpage with little or no stress.
RESEARCH - Here you should be able to answer the questions about the niche you are trying to play in. Is the niche one that most people really want information from? You can use google analytics on researching if you have already picked a Niche.

CREATE - To market your website easily you should create an information product that people in your niche probably haven't seen or heard about. You can use PLR PRODUCTS if you want to create and give free products out. With this you can build a list for yourself. And use this lists to market your site in the long run.

PACKAGE - This has to do with packaging the product created on your website and giving it either for free or sale. It is just all about packaging your offer. Marketing a website that won't solve a problem for the teaming readers is a waste.

RELEASE - This is where you can now begin to enjoy the call backs, follow ups, comments and sharings that will boost your page.

However, there are a few things you could be doing while in pursuit of these steps.
First post meaningful information on your blog page to attract readers in your niche.
Do an SEO by all means
Post in forums like this one
Word of mouth marketing could do you more as well. Starting from your own friends

Wishing you the very best. For more tips or Marketing both offline and online. You can always check my blog. We are going to help you where it becomes necessary as well.
