I design all my CD and book covers (except for KDP) on my Vivo Android phone. With the several titled templates on Canva, you simply edit to your requirements. I would not say it's a difficult task since I've not had the opportunity to perform the same task on a laptop for comparison. My laptops decided to go bad at the same time.

Meanwhile, sorry I cannot recommend any other site for the task. However, if you're planning to sell on KDP, the required designs will be easily available on their website. Again, you need to edit to your requirements.
