Men and women do stupid things to each other and to themselves. I can't help that I was born with a vagina and not a penis, but that doesn't mean I am less of a person because I am what I am. But I also believe men take this whole "wives shall be submissive to their husbands" out of context and abuse it greatly. Just because I have married you does not mean that you will treat me like trash. It does not mean I will bend over backwards to please you when you are selfish and refuse to do the same. It also doesn't mean I will not speak my mind just to avoid conflict. I have said in an earlier post that God made man head of the household. And that is just the way it is, and you can take it or leave it. But there are many single mothers [some divorced, some never married] today who are man and woman of the household. Do you think God is frowing upon that? Who knows, but I won't judge them either.

I will fufill my purpose on this earth. And just because I have not married and will not marry anyone does not mean my life won't be fulfilled. Marriage is optional. Loving someone is optional. Hating someone is optional. We all have options. I have chosen mine, and I won't compromise myself just for the sake of being married. I was not put here to live out my entire life assisting some man. There is so much more to life than being married and having kids. What about famous women who don't marry? What about Mother Teresa? Are they not fulfilling their purpose because they are not or were never married? That kind of logic is irrational at best.

God knew exactly what he was doing when he made man and woman. He makes no mistakes. He has a reason for everything he does, and even when we don't understand it we shouldn't question God period. I'm sorry but the menstrual cycle us women have is the most disgusting thing on this earth. The thought of actually having to bleed out the lining of my uterus and unfertilized egg seems really unnatural to me sometimes. I don't see the need as to why we have to do this every month. I have the worst cramps, and my blood flows so heavily all the time. I just get so disgusted man. I don't like having to go through that crap at all. It's not beautiful, and I don't want to do it anymore. But I won't be taking those drugs either . Of all things, why did God have to make women menstruate? I usually want to scream ANYTHING BUT THIS that time of the month, but it does me no justice. I'm not trying to offend any women on this board, but how can you actually like bleeding? And the smell OH MY Gawd! I feel like a woman period. I don't need to menstruate to feel complete, but since it won't go away naturally it's nothing but pain killers and a heating pad for me.

Yes men and women are equal when it comes to basic human rights. We have the right to be treated fairly and be given the same opportunites. But I can't agree that women are the head of the household, because if that were the case God would have made Eve first and then made Adam. And then said Woman shall be head of household, but he didn't. He made it clear how the order of things would be. God, man, woman, children, extended family, friends, animals, etc. That's just the way it is. No matter how much some woman want to disagree, arguing who is more equal is a losing battle. We are both equal as I've said before, but man is head of household and also stronger physically than women. It doesn't mean they should mistreat women, or that women should mistreat men. It's just the simple order of things. You can take it or leave it.

I had friends growing up, and even went to school with some of them. All of them turned out to be the most fakest people I had ever met in my life. I let every last one of them go. Now I focus more on my future than making new friends. But even at my age now, I don't feel the need to hang with anyone. I do just fine solo. But I also have a family I love, so not having friends does not bother me at all.

Some people need friends to feel whole, some like having friends around, and some like being alone. To each his/her own.

All I'm going to say is, who cares? I don't. Unless those girls were raped, they know what they were doing. And no I am not talking about little girls. I am talking about girls 16 and older. It takes two to tango as they say. If a girl is offering, then the boy should say no. If the boy is pressuring, then the girl should say no. They also mask their identities very well which makes it even harder to find these assholes. The point I'm making is, if the girl isn't forced to give her body up, and she does so willingly that is her business not yours. I don't know why girls in Africa develop like they do, but over here in America we are putting the blame on the foods we eat. They are filled with preservatives, steroids, and other chemicals. I developed faster than any of the other girls at my school and I was only 11. There was a young girl who as 10, but she looked like she was 21. She was tall, and her body was way overdeveloped. Sometimes it's just nature taking it's place, or here in America it's steroids taking place. Even young boys here look like grown men. It's really scary, and some people even catch a case because these kids don't even look their age and even lie about it. I tell ya. I had older men trying to pick me which is sad. Who knows why kids are developing the way they do, it's just up to the parents to instill in them values so they don't go out selling themselves short.

I totally agree with mamaput. But I also don't want to get married. I have never liked the idea of being tied to one person forever, and having to ask that person whether it's ok if I can go somewhere alone etc. I like to do what I want by myself. I like making my own money. I like doing a lot of things on my own. I also like the fact that I have morals, and boundaries I do not cross. I love and respect myself, so the crap you were talking about would never be an issue for me. I was raised better than that. And not every woman is dying to get married, and pop out babies left and right. There are some who are very happy single. I am one of them.

Mamput made some valid points. Even in marriage you cannot depend on a man to do everything. If your husband were to die tomorrow [hopefully he won't], then where does that leave you? To me, you sounded more like a woman who can't even get keys made if you lost yours. A woman very dependent on a man, and who also seems to despise women who dont want the same as you. Women are all different. We have different tastes. If marriage was to where everyone had to get married, I'm pretty sure some single women would rather commit suicide.

I love my mother more than my father. My father is an arrogant jackass who feels he can treat people anyway he pleases. My mother on the otherhand is a very sweet woman with a great sense of humor. She is very intelligent too, and she has always been there for me. My mother and I have been through a lot together, so we have become very close. She's my living breathing angel and I love her. Don't get me wrong. I love my father too, but if he died it wouldn't affect me as much as my mother's death would .

I wouldn't get mad nor would I cry. I wouldn't scream at God and ask why did he allow them to be that way either. I would still love them no matter what, because I am not homophobic at all. I have absolutely nothing against gay men or lesbian women. If my daughter told me she loved women, I would be, ok honey. If my son said I love men, I would be, ok honey. There is no point in hating your children, yelling at them, telling them you wish they were straight, or disowning them. Most gay men and women who were disowned have been deeply affected by that. Some young gay men and women have even comitted suicide over the lost connections they had with their families. Being judgemental and hateful isn't going to get you anywhere.

Some people on this board keep saying they are going to teach their child homosexuality is wrong. Or that their kids will know that they are to be with the opposite sex. Has it occured to any of you that the parents of gay men and women today have done the same thing? When some parents tell their children not to do something because it is simply wrong, it makes those children curious. They will wonder, well what's so wrong about it if he or she loves me and I love them. So simply forcing your views on a child isn't going to really do anything. Most children grow up with their own minds, and they will do what they want to no matter what you say or do.

There are so many hate crimes against gay men and lesbian women that it's sad to see how there are so many close-minded people in this world. People today treat homosexuality as if it were the plague, but if they were gay men or lesbian women how would they want people to treat them? How would they want their parents and siblings to treat them? That's what some of you and others should be asking yourselves, because who knows it just might be your child that comes home saying he is gay or she is a lesbian. Karma is truly a bitch.

What is so shocking about what Will said? And I'm pretty sure Jada and Will aren't the only ones in hollywood with an open marriage. This world operates off of sex. In marriages, people will still be attracted to someone else and even have sex with them. It's just the way this world operates, because no one is perfect. In America sex sells. We are in love with sex. We can't get enough of it. I think it's more perversion though. But as humans some will act off the need to procreate with other humans. That's how they are. I respect the fact that Jada and Will are honest with each other about such a thing. Some people will claim Jesus, Allah, or whatever until the day they die before they will admit they were ever attracted to someone else while married. Or that they even wanted to have sex with them. It's really up to the person as to whether they act upon that attraction or not.

I have never wanted to get married, because I see no point in it. Nor do I see any point in having casual sex with anyone so I don't. So please don't make it seem like I am condoning all people to have sex with anyone married or not. But I can't really say Jada and Will are disgusting, because they have honesty and trust. That's something most marriages here in the U.S. wish they had.

Just because a woman married at a size 2 doesn't mean she will remain a size 2 forever. Women have more fat on their bodies than men, so a woman can eat a piece of bread and gain a pound or two. Our bodies work in mysterious ways. Also, not all women want to be skinny. There are some women who like having some fat on their bodies. This question should have been, why do men and women get fat after marriage? Because it isn't just a one-sided view. Men get fat after marriage as well. Someone already pointed out that women get fat, because she has become comfortable and happy. She has already found her husband so she doesn't need to put in the effort to look thin. I think people in general get lazy about their bodies at some point in time, and that would include marriage as well. Some figure that their partners agreed to love them no matter what, and if that means even while they are fat then so be it.

But I think instead of men complaining about their wives weight, they should work out them. Get them motivated, not get them depressed because they think their wives are too fat. Go grocery shopping with them, get a membership at the gym together, and keep each other in high spirits to keep what they are doing up. Here in America, obesity is a real problem. Over here we like to tell people what is wrong with them until they go and change what we want them to. The biggest thing here is health. We are obsessed with having thing bodies, so that's what some of us strive for here. But like it takes motivation and dedication. Without out those two things, what you want someone to achieve or even yourself will be pratically impossible.

I love animals, but I also eat chicken and fish. Oops, am I doing a crime here? Give me a freaking break. People eat meat because they either like it or they need the protein. Either way, you won't break a meat lover from his/her habit of eating meat. I only eat chicken or fish. I also don't torture animals or have sex with them like some people seem to love to do these days. If there wasn't such a demand for meat, then maybe you would see animals unharmed. That would also mean overpopulation of animals, if there was nothing to kill them off.

And as for the girl who said she would throw bricks at an animal in a previous post, is really insane. If you don't like an animal then run your retarded ass away from it, not throw shit at it. You will only provoke it to attack your stupid ass. Wouldn't that make more sense? If someone thought you were a beast, and decided to throw knives at you, would you like that? Probably not. If a rapper needs to use props or women to sell his shit, then he has no talent. It's as simple as that. When he comes out, his talent alone should be the reason people go buy his cd.
