Immediately we arrived Kano we planned on going straight to Land star before these Hausa men came from God knows and said are we going to Lagos?,their park is close bla bla,as I remember that day I'm almost getting angry at my self for going along with them and allowing my self get fooled lol,we learn everyday.they lied at first that their bus company is "God is Good" its not far from here,we got there the place was empty they said their buses aren't parked there we would have to go with them to where it is parked.I use to think I was smart damn.loll, the thing is I didn't believe them but I was like let's see na after which we'll go to Land star, they were like we'll take keke (tricycle)this that they were so restless!! We sha followed them and that was it,its still going to be continued.

Travel / My Journey From Maiduguri To Lagos||worse Experience Ever. by Nahnahvlogs(f): 11:53pm On Dec 09, 2019
This is a really terrible story, like I saw pepper.lol,I'm not going to exaggerate at all,Hope you enjoy it.
I got accepted at my PPA(Place of Primary Assignment) don't forget I'm a serving corp member so I decided to go home to prepare fully for the one year yunno Borno is far and I can't just decide to go home anyhow well I can if I can afford flight.what is paining me is that MAIDUGURI TO LAGOS BY AIR IS (2) TWO HOURS, AND ROAD IS A WHOLE TWO DAYS JOURNEY. I set out for my journey on Wednesday morning let me mention I was intending to go with a free flight you want to know more about it drop a comment below, lol.but that didn't work so road was the option,I decided to break my journey and go to Kano first since I wanted to board Landstar Express and they only travel from Kano,I left Maiduguri to the park, its called 'Borno Express' I wasn't the only one incase of the use of 'We' in some cases, we were the last to board the bus so we didn't take long before we took off,Journey started and yeah it was my time of the month(hope you understand), I'll advise you don't travel especially if the journey is more than a day its something I regret now. The bus was fast to an extent we left Maiduguri around past 10am so arrived Kano around past 6 pm.
This isn't the story, my journey from Kano to Lagos is the real deal, keep reading please and thank God I didn't deem it fit to make a video it would have been double stress for me.
Find attached very few pictures of some places en route Kano.

"We meet to part and part to meet".
I decided I wasn't going to be redeploying to another state after I had a conversation with a close friend and was really confuse as to whether to stay back in Borno or go to another state.the reply was 'think carefully about it and follow your heart.'
Borno was calling me on a serious note,I was very inquisitive to know and see for myself how things are there.Few of my friends didn't digest it well my distant and close relatives were bothered about my decision but my parents were totally cool with it so what's the fuss about.No place is safe, yeah I know there are security challenges there but aren't people living there? I was anticipating the journey to Maiduguri more than I wanted to go home,the day came for us to travel and we set out out,So here I am trying to be a bit personal and telling every of my travel experience.At the early hour of that fateful morning I had running stomach, okay I took drugs to stop it,I guess I was fine but I was very very hungry coupled with the fact that I couldn't get a nice dinner to eat the night before. We told the driver after he commenced on the journey to please try and stop so we could get something to eat because I wasn't the only very hungry passenger lol.It was Kano Line we boarded.The driver gave no reply and we kept going I started feeling motion sick with the fuel smell,empty stomach I started throwing up I haven't done that in years that was bad!.After we left Katsina,the states and places we passed through from Katsina to Maiduguri were;
Katsina
Bauchi
Azaure isn't a state though
Yobe/Damaturu
The roads to this place were tarred and we barely got into a bumpy area, the journey was approximately 10hours but it took us 12 whole hours to finally get to Maiduguri rather Borno because you'll still get to some Local Governments under it.
I guess my body system was tired of the stress from camp, eating very late, mosquito bites.I got better at Damaturu where I continued the video so there wasn't a video of Bauchi and Azaure where we had our stop over to ease ourselves stretch and also get something to eat.
The fare was #3500.
We arrived at the state lodge though we got to the NYSC Secretariat first where I realised my travelling bag was left at our first stop, the journey was indeed a very memorable one but i didn't enjoy it like i wanted to,making mosquitoes feast on me that first night there. Maiduguri looks very different from how it is being portrayed and I really would change a lot of people perspectives about the place. Just subscribe to my channel while I take you through the journey of my stay there with a lot of Vlogs. Thanks for reading! To watch the video here is the link

Week Two (2) At Camp
Everyone was blending in and I made few friends too by then, more activities started on camp
Please if you're not yet a subscriber please kindly subscribe to my channel.
So FAM...
Everything with a beginning definitely will come to an end,so guys this was my second week at camp already, POP in a bit. It was really a different eye opening and learnable orientation so far, have met people, learnt, become time conscious and more to mention just the way I battled with flu and cold cause the weather there wasn't really friendly except if you came fully prepared for it.
Lectures were organised and various platoons had when their various lectures were scheduled to take place,my platoon also attended lectures on the day we were to,different things were taught and in fact they tried teaching us Hausa, telling us the history of Borno and how majority are Kanuri's,my platoon was on duty on one of those days and what it meant was we were to clean up the camp, assist at the kitchen and we wouldn't be involve with any drilling on that day,I fell under the sanitation group and sadly the video I made on that day wasn't on my phone so I couldn't get to add it in my video compilation. When it was time for us to take the morning meditation I represented my platoon, the topic given to us was on LIFE.I'm glad I could deliver my speech well(me blushing rn).SAED was what we involved in most part of the second week the full meaning is Skill Acquisition and Entrepreneurial Development. We at first started with only lectures (really boring)after which we could choose various skills of our choice I joined the fashion designing skill and our trainer is also a corp member. He is doing really well even without Nysc Allawee, very important we get something doing or learn a skill if possible because as it is we can't keep relying on monthly income no matter the kind of job that wouldn't suffice when lots of responsibilities start coming in. I intend to continue now I am at service, oh I didn't mention there's an opportunity for you to continue the training because two weeks learning of various skills is very limited and it is also very affordable because we there are slots for corp members, and when it was the end of the two weeks we presented our results of the training I represented my Fashion Designing speech alongside a guy in presenting what and what we learnt so far.
My platoon also did their drilling where we did series of drilling exercise guess what I did only one lol.if you watch my video you'll see how hard those things we had to climb were and my little bones can't come and break in camp then the Man o war officials advised we don't sneak in and come within the vicinity of the drilling/exercise area and also told us a story I don't know if its true, about how two lovers came to the drilling areas and as the guy was climbing one of the drilling equipments his girlfriend was taking pictures of it unfortunately he fell and died.Very sad!
The most fun and interesting place for me was the OBS Orientation Broadcasting Service and it made me really popular on camp and outside within my fellow corp members. I'll love to talk about that entirely separately I hope you guys enjoy it.This second week also I was able to hide in the hostel and not go for drilling it was really exhausting at a point along with the little amount of sleep(pity face)lolll and during this time we were preparing so hard for the inter platoon parade competition.I'm so bitter we came 10th out of the 10 Platoons and we were given a wooden spoon for loosing.'loll', I'm so proud of Platoon8 anyways.
Thank you so much for reading I really really appreciate, this really means a lot to me that someone out there wants to hear my story and in fact enjoy it. Here is the link to watch the video of a summary of my second week at camp if you're interested to view.

Travel / My Journey From Lagos To Katsina By Road. by Nahnahvlogs(f): 11:17pm On Nov 30, 2019
Hey Guysssssss.
I'm super excited making my first travel writeup and it has a lot of imperfections I trust you'll take it that way.
"Take flight na" was the suggestion almost everyone was giving, but seriously I love to see, explore and travel so going that far was an opportunity to tell half of my folks my experience was like an achievement I tell you.
My journey from Lagos to Katsina wasn't funny. Buh was fun anyways, made friends, talked with people etc. The places/states I passed through were;

Ibadan
Ondo/Akure
Kogi/Lokoja
Abuja
Kaduna
Zaria
Kano
Katsina
The purpose of this journey is for my NYSC ORIENTATION CAMP so due to the security challenges at Borno we camped at Katsina and I tell you it was an eye opening experience, I was so inquisitive I didn't sleep until I could no longer control the drowsiness. I was excited,I took pictures and videos of places, some were at night and at the end I had to delete it because it wasn't clear enough for viewing, there was full Air condition in this bus and also interesting movies were there for our viewing pleasure and relaxation, I made friends in the bus though, because fifty percent of us were going to various camps, the bus I boarded final stop was at Kano where I boarded another bus that took me to Katsina. We had different stop overs to pray, get something to eat and also stretch our legs.My journey in one word I'll say SMOOTH and COMFY,there was no butt ache, back ache just the usual tiredness and swollen legs, with these reasons I'll go for Landstar Express over and over again.I'll love to travel more and share my experience with you guys. Here is the video link of my journey if you're interested to view please don't forget to subscribe and leave a comment. Thank you!

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0wv4NU7YsPI

The journey for me was for approximately 27hrs.

Landstar Express is a travel company I'll recommend.
My fare was #9500 to Kano and #1000 to Katsina=#10500
With other little chops chops
Have like #15000 so as not to be stranded. My journey was a night journey we left Lagos around past 6pm.

What other things do you think I forgot to mention, the comment section is here for you. Connect with me via my mail @abdulnana08@gmail.com

NYSC / My Nysc Experience As A Borno Corper Camping In Katsina.first Week In Camp by Nahnahvlogs(f): 10:36pm On Nov 30, 2019
After I got my bed I searched the different hostel there was Buhari Hostel, Osinbanjo and Danbazau..I kept entering and coming out of these hostels and was confused at which to stay,my friends were tired and so decided we go to the male hostels first, they got settled in after which I opted out for Osinbanjo Hostel Room2.we were 8 in my room I was actually looking for a less crowded room and that was like the minimum number, that night I was seriously tired but I just can't sleep knowing fully well I came to camp and I've heard some stories about it so I went to get water, washed my dirty clothes I've been wearing for the two days I was on the road, had my bath then went ahead to sleep.exactly 4am the biggle sound was made I was so sleepy but had to wake anyways, got ready and then I was wondering where us the mosque around but everyone was going in the same direction until I heard someone say the biggle is for the Christians to go for morning devotion then I saw some persons divert I guess that was the route to the mosque I followed anyways, mind you I was putting on white on white latest white fowl, lol so what will I pray with?I made wudu (ablution) then luckily for me the Amira said to me in one of the nicest and calmest way a person can speak to you, open that box you'll get an hijab and that was it.After prayer we went for morning parade then the morning meditation was said by the PRO this is a daily speech taken by the PRO but the second week platoon by platoon took turns in it. After the morning meditation and the necessary talks, the platoon on duty go for their assigned duties, divided platoons who'll be having lectures would also go and then there's the morning drilling one of the most interesting part of camp,we were all given platoon commandants two officers for each platoon and a man o war officer. The first week wasn't easy because we were all just adapting to the system and by now the OBS Orientation Broadcasting Service already did screening for us, we were asked to come up with program ideas we feel we can handle best and later that day we went to check for our names where it was pasted and yeah I found my name in two different categories the "programming department and the marketing department ".The food wasn't like the ones we ate at home but it was fair enough and guess what I barely went to mammy so take away that mentality that every corp member must be a mammy freak, save and be wise.unlike many I didn't for once have a reason to withdraw at camp the money I went with lasted me and was able to be added up to the tfare that took me to Borno, yes I didn't mention we had to register with Banks, ours was either Access bank/First bank I fell under Access Bank and kept procrastinating until I had to go to town to register when they stopped coming, that was bad of me,so try to do the things you're supposed to and don't be like me.Thanks to the bicycle allowance and transport allowance of #1800&#1400 respectively they helped in a way.I went to camp with the intention that I didn't want to start making friends upandan I have too many friends already and suck at keeping in touch while some aren't even useful so the goal was quality few friends I'm super glad I achieved that.I didn't mention I was doing count down right from when I got in to camp and when the last day came I was so emotional I was going to miss my new friends and that's how life is,"we meet to part and part to meet"let's stop here and continue with the second week.I really tried to remember as much as I could, here us the link to my second week at camp video I hope you enjoy and please subscribe. NYSC / My Nysc Experience. 2019 Batch C Stream 1 by Nahnahvlogs(f): 11:13pm On Nov 29, 2019
It came so fast we were still preparing for convocation when the registration started for Batch C stream 1.I and my friends had preferred states in mind,we asked friends who served already for advice on the states to pick, fast forward we were to pick States and Lagos,Abuja wasn't on the portal well we move even if it broke a lot of people's heart. The states I picked were Kano
Oyo
Edo
Borno,I'll say Borno was the last on my mind and in as much as I wanted to serve in the North I expected to be given Kano.
Convocation came and went NYSC became the next on our minds. My friend who saw hers first saw Kogi,I was laughing and in my mind worse come to worse I'm given Borno I'll redeploy I didn't know I was joking, another set of friends checked they were both given Enugu okay the network was bad so I couldn't check on my phone, late that Friday when the whole family has slept I knew my fate it is Borno. And that was how the journey began.
This is the link of my road trip from Lagos to KATSINA,Enjoy.
