I use a GiONEE M5 marathon phone. Screen got cracked and touch sensor started misbehaving, and some part of the screen not responding. I called GiONEE's CC but was told No screen available. It's even expensive.

Any engineer here or computer village that can fix this?
Can I have the Cc number please?

It works sometimes and then it starts again. I have used so many cords and the issue persists. I use Gionee M5+. What can I do please?

Our players would rather make a back pass than lay the ball forward. Musa has pace. Long balls to him would do us a lot of good.

Ah..ah! No lie now. he is more of overlapping defender in this game going by this 3-5-2 formation which is same formation Chelsea uses, and which fits in perfectly.

Our defenders are too slow. This coach should introduce Ebuihi and Sub Iheanacho.

I don't even know if Moses is a midfielder, defender or winger. The guy is just all over the place. He's feeling too big to help the defense. He's mad!

How Did You Hear About The School?

I first heard about the school from my companion while we were both serving on a mission for my church (Church name). He spoke greatly about the school. I also did intense research on the school by searching through Google. I read reviews from current and old students on the school's Facebook page and I also watched numerous videos on the school's YouTube channel.

I think you should work on "HOW DID YOU HEAR ABOUT THIS SCHOOL". Saying you heard from a church member does not sound intellectually appealing and convincing.
N:B Just my opinion though, lets wait for the more experienced ones to help critique your proposed transcript.
My companion is a friend. We lived together and his brother attended the school.

Hello wonderful gurus on Nairaland. Please I need your help on my proposed transcript.

Where are you going in the US?

I am going to Utah Valley University For a Bachelor's Degree In Economics.

How Many Schools Did You Apply To.

3 Schools

Mention them.

Utah Valley University, University of Wyoming and West Virginia State University.

Why Utah Valley?

Utah valley university has a 22:1 student to faculty ratio which means faculty members can spend more time working individually with students. Utah valley has a curriculum that is very comprehensive and relevant to modern economic realities. In addition, faculty at the university are respectable in their respective areas of specialization and would be good mentors for me to learn from.

WHY ECONOMICS?

Nigeria as a developing economy needs a lot of well versed economists who are in touch with modern economic theories. My study in the US will allow me to learn from the best faculty with versed knowledge of their field and in the largest economy in the world. My study will help me learn enough from them so that I can return to Nigeria and be instrumental to developing and formulating viable economic policies.

As a writer for blogs and news websites in Nigeria, a well grounded knowledge in economics will help me broaden my writing abilities and this means more writing jobs will come my way when I return to Nigeria.

Lastly, a degree in Economics especially from an American university, will give me an upper hand in terms of job searches in Nigeria. I could work in the bank, I could work for the Nigerian government and any company or organization that needs economists in the country.

Did you take any standardized test?

The school didn't require any standardized test as my Waec result was good enough.

Why USA?

it's a known fact that USA has one of the best education systems and It has a culture that embraces intellectualism and academic freedom.

Who is sponsoring you?

My Dad

What does he do?

He owns a security company and he is into importation business as well.

You mean people from your school? I contacted the school and they said they don't know the legality of helping me with tips as regards the interview. They gave me an email to contact, but I didn't contact the person. Maybe I should send that person a message immediately.

hello good people of Nl ....
my interview.is on July 18 , here is my questions or concern.

1) I'm 24 years old.with only a high school c.v ,I also enrolled in a year.diploma course in Niit Ikeja .. what do I need.to get in place before the interview ?
2) my gap is 6 years ,is that gonna be a problem ?

please guys I need some advice from ya all....

We are a little bit similar. You don't need to worry about anything. They may ask what you have been doing after your high school. All you need to do is explain what you have been doing.

I will be 23 next month
6 years gap and I am going for a bachelors as well. My interview is on the 19th of July.

Just answer the questions with confidence and you will be fine.

To imperiouxx and whoever deemed the transcripts terrible
Let me correct you because i was the one with the 1-20 not you and i knew what was written on it secondly that transcript was posted here for people to learn from you don’t need to call it terrible after i had already called the error a mistake for everyone.

First you talked about unnecessary info: But my sisters name was on the i-20 already so there was no way her name won’t come up because i will be staying with her .
Secondly, my uncle is also my sponsor but as i said earlier the bank statement was not complete which was a mistake. Overall the point is if i had lied i most likely wouldn’t have gotten the visa.
We are all here to learn from each other's transcript. You were given the Visa, but guys here want everyone to learn from every transcript that's posted here. He corrected most of your errors because of others who might want to follow your steps. Please let the issue go, there's no need for any arguments at all. Congratulations to you and your sister. I think your tantrums are unnecessary and this might make people shy away from airing opinions that might help others.

How is what I said becomes your own headache? How many I-20 have I seen...... you must have thought I come here to crack a joke. How could her sister's name (another int'l student) be on the I-20? Probably you don't know what you're saying yourself. If you claim to be a follower of this thread, then you don't need schooling to be experienced on what not to say in your visa interview.
I agree with everything you said. Please keep helping people.

The Saudi's are playing well, but their finishes are annoying as hell. These people play so well and become clueless when it's time to make a big difference. Portugal, Uruguay are using experience to win football matches. Morocco played so well and dominated the game, but they are so poor in front of goal. They should go home and work on their attack.

Morocco are so annoying.. They play so well, when they get to Portugal's half, they always go wide. Why are they going wide too much?

Compare Chicago with eitheir of benue or borno
Comparing terrorism with normal day shooting is nonsense. You are liking to be shot in most states in America than in Kogi State.

What happens in Borno, Benue and other northern states are Isolated cases of terrorism (9-11). I have never witnessed a gun being shot except by Police men who shoot in the air since I was Born in Lagos. Students in America live in fear as anyone could come into their school and shoot them all. Please, apart from terrorism, naija is very safe.

CriticMaestro:

Let me explain it to you clearly
In the history of the United states there was no time that a gang related crime killed upto hundred people...but in Nigeria where terrorism flows let me refresh your memory,
Kano: park bombing...casualties : 180 or more
Nyanya park bombing: 200 or more deaths
Kano again sporadic shooting and bombings: death 200 or more....in fact it's being estimated that over 20000 people have been killed by boko haram since 2009..... And this statistics is grossly incorrect...because most cases are not reported on the news media
Compare Lagos with Chicago in 2018.

Lmao, that doesn't sound like a racist policy. This happened a long time ago and he was fighting for justice, at least he thought he was and that had nothing to do with racism. Didn't the site tell you how much Trump helped black people in the past? I guess you don't know what policy means. You had to search Google, you saw nothing and then you took some old nonsense to buttress an ignorant point. Tell me what racist Policy Trump enforced since he became President. If you can't state any, please stop sharing falsehood up and down. Everybody is screaming Trump is racist. We all know he wasn't racist, rapist etc until he decided to contest for president. When he was an entertainer, everybody wanted to associate with Trump, black rappers couldn't rap without mentioning Trump's name.

NOETHNICITY:
Make no mistake, killings in Nigeria is childs play compared to that of the USA.

We re only hearing about this because the victims re stars.

Yet, our people ignorantly think there's impenetrable security in the USA.

Worse still, Donald Trump, dumb as he is and driven by his racist policy, falsely accused Germany of experiencing an increased crime wave due to its liberal disposition to migrants issues. Whereas, contrary to that claim, crime wave in Germany, especially from migrants, is seriously on the decline.
Lmao, can you mention one of Trump's racist policies?
