what is your advice on my issue above please?

please i need your advise on this issue. my husband was diagnosed with moderate growth of staph. aureus in his semen, but he has no growth at all in his urine. His count is 95million but with a poor motility of 40%. The sensitivity test shows that the bacterial is sensitive to ciprofloxacin, levofloxacin, tarivid and moderately to augumentin. please which antibiotics do you advise is best for this situation, for i understand that clearing bacterial in the semen could be stubborn and will require about 3month therapy. we are afraid of resistance, so we want to get it right once. thanks doc God bless

please i will love to know the names of the antibiotics (i.e the capsules and injection) you husband is taking for the staph in the semen. i am concern, i had a similar problem. thanks
