Olx can easily scam people, all these looks link scam to me, its easy to get fake device from there so I have heard. Id check first to be sure its on a stock rom, preferably kit kat, and be sure its not rooted (boot into recovery). check the phone settings to get the phone info. check the speakers and physical buttons, check camera, check battery compartment and stats, then of course its neatness. Whatever im missing someone else can fill in. And em... don't be desperate to deal, control the transaction and outcome as best as possible, then make sure you transact at a public place.
