I just got my decision and my Visa was rejected because my account statement was not certified(I printed it from my mobile app) and I was asked to make a representation within 10 days.

Should I go ahead and make the appeal or make a new application?

Yea I applied via VSF, and I applied since 20th March

Can I reapply again when I haven’t gotten a feedback?? Please someone advise

I used https://saonline.vfsevisa.com but this is with VFS. Second option is directly to DHA on https://ehome.dha.gov.za/epermit/home

Note: The fee is different, it’s higher with VFS.
