@Emboldened

YES.
Infact in today's world, many men who have acquired quite a bit of material fortune are definitely not high quality men.
It is easy to decipher from their utterances and actions especially when it concerns women.
You can put a hold ring on the nose of a pig but that doesn't stop a pig from being a pig.
What is a high quality man?

Anyways; I don’t want to drag this into a needless debate. Let not justified broke as not being that bad. Being Broke is evil. Not having money is equally as bad as not knowing the red pill.

Not having money but having the red pill message will only make you a nuisance, a waste to society and makes your existence ridiculous, this goes beyond interacting with woman, seeking sex whatsoever. The red pill is Nature

Same goes for having money but not having the knowledge of the red pill, you will be taken advantage of, ridiculed behind closed doors.

The Point is; money is equally as important as the red pill, they complement each other.

Benzema and Jorginho were able to do that because they have money and not just understanding women alone. The dude advise is terribly bad for a broke ass Nigga, even worst; if he has got the red pill and thinking of pulling something like that with it.

Money does not create sexual desire from women towards a man.
Money simply makes women want to associate with/marry a man for financial security.
Money is just coping mechanism for males who have nothing tangible to offer women.
The bolded sounds to me like a paradox.

Can a person who has nothing tangible, no self worth acquires a massive wealth? Aside from inheritance.

Why should I be afraid of having a 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th or 10th gf(wife) +other side chicks or occasionally flings if I want. Why should you be hiding it from a girl(wife).

Some men that practice forced monogamy dey try. What are you afraid of? She go break up.
What do this niggas have in common? They are Rich!! Money stop Nonsense.

Your advice is not for broke niggas. I will advise they do not dare think of it; especially in overseas, for the little they have will be taken away and rendered useless for the rest of their misery short live.

Imagine one dollar is equal to one Naira. And a gardener his earning 30,000 Naira a month, that means he could buy a Benz every month for the rest of his life.

It means, a gardener could live like king Tut, living a life of luxury at ease. He could travel to the far end of the world at will, order delicacies of far land, receiving the best medical treatment available to mankind. All this could be affordable just by contributing very little to his society. Just Owning a couple of Dollars won't get you anywhere near this life.

Nigeria has got the resources and human talent to easily achieve this feat. Yes! One dollar to equal one Naira.

Unfortunately, our natural resources and the talented ones among us are constantly getting mined (taking away) and all we are left with are buffoons like you and I who are happy to see the Naira going down endlessly with the thought that we are getting richer. And soon enough we will be living the life of 🤴 king Tut

Nice coupon but do you know that the capital of this investment has been devalued by over 383% from 2020 when dollar was at N365.

If you had bought dollar with the capital and held till now, you would have been a lot better.

Your N50m @ N365/$ in 2020 = $136,900, It is now worth N50m /N1400 in 2024 = $35,714.

You lost over $100,000 in 4 years and counting cry

Mehn, that one huge unadjusted loss.

This thing is unpredictable, the projects are not generating cash flow you can estimate to determine their future value or if they worth their present value, they have no base demand.

If we should call cryptö gambling, investing solely based on hopes and dreams, we won’t be far wrong.

At this point, what is making the Naira lose value fast is FEAR. Everyone are now afraid of getting impoverished. Sadly, this type of fear can be persistence.

I am a lawyer. And I have always wanted to earn a good living for myself.

In 2018, I created topics here seeking advice on what to do especially regarding travelling abroad.

Here is a link to one of the topics:
https://www.nairaland.com/4743326/what-young-lawyer-canada-usa

I later decided to stay back in Nigeria as I started making some money from my business and other legal hustles.

In fact, I made my first one million through referrals from Nairaland here.

Right now, a lot has changed.

Earnings have reduced and with dollar at 1250, many of us have little purchasing power now.

We all have been impoverished.

5k in 2018 has same purchasing power of 15k now.

2004 Uber tokunbo corolla sells for 5m+ now.

That's a car 20 years old. Same car was 1.5m in 2018.

It's terrible.

Dollar is projected to still get to 2000 naira by end of the year.

The signs aren't good at all.

I would have applied for USA F1 student visa but the rate of denial is so high.

If I don't earn in usd now, I would be worse off.

WHAT I WANT:

I don't need financial help.

All I want are avenues, programmes or things I can engage in to earn in usd while still here in Nigeria.

I don't need to be spoon fed.

I just need pointers to widen my horizon.

I am ready to pay for some courses if need be.

Also, I would accept suggestions if there are other avenues that would make USA japa easier.

Scammers or those with gimmicks should steer clear please as you can't get a dime from me.

Don't waste your time, please.

Thanks!
Have you ever heard of domaining?

For the initiates, they clearly will know the man is not yet ready to unionize with a woman.

Lol…See the whole vile comments.

Actually, I love the op line “Can I return what I bought and go back to your house to eat what you buying since we are both buying the same thing?”

The OP’s line is one I could easily use on any lady I met at the store, the op took things seriously and a wrong turn when he said he can’t pay for her because she is married and insisting he won’t pay solely due to that. It was that moment he began to sound like a wacko that lures lady for sex.

Respectfully, Isn't this domain squatting?

Pls clarify and let us know as we're all here to learn. I still get confused about the topic.

If I outbound assetmanagement [dotcom] an emd name to various end users from my understanding=flipping.

If I outbound Alexassetmanagement targetting a particular prospects could it be cyber squatting?

Going by what you posted: we all are CyberSquatter then. We buy a name OxfordDentist/king something we will never have a personal use for, buying only for the purpose to make a quick buck out of it. If I get it right, that is what they call squatting.

However, risking our hard earned money to buy something that we considered might be gold someday is not evil to me rather it capitalism.

Whoever call domainer squatter or evil, has no idea what domaining is, the amount of risk, constant learning, frustration we faces etc Such person is either an ignorant or full of envy for those who manage to make it in the domain business.

Congrats Acholnation. Your sale is that of creativity, risk taking and deep research.

If this scenario should play out, then I do not need Anyone to tell me this whole thing is being manipulated, a definite ilusión. Fake Marketcap, Fake volume, it all rigged.

You should have been the one that went to market with her at this period and not her mother. This is the birth of your first child, you guys should be sharing this experience together, every bit of it. This won’t only save you from getting fleeced but strengthens the relationship.

Women have uncontrollable buying impulses, she might be seeing good products but decide to go for better, which would definitely cost more money; all because she is seeing this moment as something that must be perfect because it extremely unique, which it really not.

She won’t be the first to birth a child and definitely won’t be last. By the time she is having her 3rd, 4th child she probably won’t spend Half of what she has spent right now.

If you had being with her, you probably would have controlled those buying impulses, Which would have saved you from your wife’s naive extravagance.

Though she might be portrayed has the mother of feminism on this very forum (Don’t really know what wrong with that though) I really want to believe this won’t cloud your judgment when it comes to her.

She is reasonable, eloquent, very smart sometimes I wondered if she is a woman at all. The only female I could remember her monicker, this not a complement just stating the obvious.

@Seun, Do not pick anyone until you have had a conversation with Pocohantas.

I recommend her, provided she herself is interested.

People who throw insults at men/women older than them, people who could beat you up when your perspectives differs from theirs. We are bound to come across this people online.

Some people are just spoilt, mannerless, cannot refrain themselves. This has nothing to do with hating women, the insults they decide to use made it seems so. Go check this horrible monicker you ladies scream about and see how they viciously insult their fellow men on things that are trivia.

When you compare the investments both City and Liverpool has made in the past 5 years with what Arsenal has made, then you will know there is the need for aggressive investment.

Lastly, it one thing to invest, it another thing to invest right, take a look at Chelsea and Man u.

Arsenal still need huge investments and the right ones to stand a chance at clinching the title.

So key phrases or mnemonic phrases are universal. You can manage your assets with MetaMask, imtoken or any other wallets out there; through one mnemonic phrase gotten from any wallet. Seriously, I did not know that.

Now I see why one must guide those key phrases with extreme caution.

Do you have any online or offline skills? Note; you cannot learn any within a short period of time and start expecting it to fetch you money.

Visit all this loan app, as much as you can find. You should be able to extract at least 50k to 100k Naira from them. The money and your skill’s (if it a reasonable skill) combined together should be able to pull 250k Naira for you. Good luck!

Not financial institutions in Nigeria, more like international institutions. Taking loans with this institutions mostly called exchanges is way more easier compared to our own institutions.

Despite my huge losses in the space, I have really grown fond of the space mostly due to versatility, speed and robustness. You could find almost any financial tool in krypton.

You should take a closer look at that thing. It not as dangerous as people screamed it to be. At first, you might suffer significant losses but over time you get better. So, I advise you go there with little money to mitigate against losses which you are bound to make due to inexperience.

That is crazy, 20 times leverage. No wonder they get seriously burnt.

Brokers do give 100% margin loan. Meaning a portfolio of N10 million can get an additional loan of N10 million.

But the problem is the margin call, when the margin cover is below the approved level due to a fall in the value of the portfolio.

Reason why using dividends as the basis is better, a stock can't fall below 3 times of the dividend declared
Hmm, I get the picture.

It safer to take a loan using assets that are relatively stable (dividends, land) as collateral compare to using asset that fluctuate a lots (stocks, kryptò).

Prior to now, I was about taking some loans with my kryptò portfolio, if I have done that, I would have created a high, enormous probability of getting wiped out using loans. That kryptò of a thing fluctuate like leaves.

I will still be taking the loan but using usdt (virtual dollar) as collateral and not those leafy coïns.

I think there should be more education about using debt, the word goes deeper than it meaning.
