The Fear and Greed index seems to be about BTC alone and not the general market sentiment. Because how can alts be so down-down and it's still at 68 (Greed). Does that mean alts hasn't seen anything yet....mehn
This suggests two possibilities: either altcoins will go way lower from here (huge liquidations), OR

They will remain steady (little volatility) go up but 98% of them will not outperform bitcoin or ethereum.

Note; your altcoin is unlikely to be an exception.

These two men does not know if you are existing and probably for the rest of their entire life they will never know. They are men who have achieved great things in life by dedicating their resources and time into what they are now know for, they do not give a singled, iota, foggiest care about you and I.

My point here is our passion has no meaning to them. You have a fierce passion young man, channel this passion into something else and I could bet even though I do not know who you are, you will be if not greater, equally as great as them.

Almiron:
Mistiano Penado is the sole reason why Portugal is out of the Euros, not Felix's penalty miss.

The old fraud is washed up and someone should remind him. As expected, he wasn't really interested in his country's triumph, rather his own personal glory, massaging his badly bruised ego
.

Since Messi won the World Cup in 2022, his life has never been the same, which gives me a lot of joy. I drink his tears and that of his delusional fanbase.

He wasn't just a ghost in the match, he was a liability for the team and the sole reason why they lost. I mean, I can understand Pepe in the heart of the defense; his experience is needed. The man is a beast, looks like he can still play for two more years.

Come on, this is 2024. Starting a 39-year-old washed-up player upfront ahead of players like Jota and Gonzalo Ramos, what was Martinez thinking? Even deciding a penalty kick in the round of sixteen, a madman lost it, if not for the keeper who saved the day.

I guess they were fooled by his performance in the desert league. We told them he wasn't playing with professional footballers, just some random kabirus, part-time Alfas, and mechanics.

Now it's obvious; the guy didn't even register a goal throughout the tournament and had no impact whatsoever, except crying like a clown.

They should give him the "Crying d'Or" already. As he was crying, you'd think it was passion; the dude was after personal glory. He wanted to be the oldest player to score in the European tournament.

He didn't just fail, he crumbled, which gives me a lot of joy.Imagine that average French side sent Portugal home, what a joke! A Portugal side without Penado would have flogged this French team because they're trash, with exceptions of a few players.

The same glory hunting made him play an irrelevant match during the round of sixteen against Georgia. The coach rested all the key players, but the weyreh still started and it ended in tears.

My Portugal hate-watch is over. Now I can support them in peace.

I declare this session open in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Ghost...

Messi FC shall we ....

Penadogs una tears in my mentions as usual...
All this for a man that do not know you exist and will never know. The passion we put into this things is kind of worrisome.

Altcoins do not dump immediately when BTCc dump. Yes! They might move with BTCc but it is until when BTc settles before they actually begins to dump vice versa.

With the introduction of Ripple Labs' stablecoin, I really do not see the need for XRP any longer.

Although I consider the decision to be a great move by the company, this should make them look more legitimate and easily win the approval of regulatory bodies with regard to their aim of transforming cross-border transactions.

Yes. Bitcoin has its agenda...in the grand scheme of 'THINGS'
Quite an interesting read. I advise people to take it as your personal opinion rather than factual information.

Speaking of opinions, I have two concerns about Bitcoiinn:

1. The Creator of Bittcoin is Anonymous- The creator's anonymity is highly unlikely in today's interconnected world, a single digital footprint is enough to reveal our identity. In fact on this anonymous forum, our Nairaland's account is enough to trace and discover us.

It is surprising that world governments with their vast resources find it completely impossible to identify the creator of an asset they themselves have accepted and recognized, now worth trillions of dollars.

2. Bittcoiin Cannot be Hack- The claim that Biitcoiin is unhackable continues to puzzled me.

In a world where computing Power are growing exponentially beyond human comprehension, where there are quantum computers that could learn the Sequence, Structure, formation of DNA; recreating us (DNA Hacking) and rapid technological obsolescence, it is said that technological innovation becomes obsolete every 18 months.

It is highly unlikely that a 15-year-old technology remains secure and anyone who believes it unhackable or it will cost too much to hack it should be leaving in a cave.

Note: This is not a call to sell your cryptöcûrrency.

The only real risk with holding sovereign assets denominated in their local currency is the currency losing value.

The risk of you not getting your funds doesn't exist, cos the government doesn't need to look for naira to pay you, they can simply just type in numbers to create trillions.

They recently created 40trn that way via ways and means and intervention funds.

No court can arrest them.

The only restraint is the more they print, the less the currency is worth.

5m during covid was almost $15,000, today it's only worth about $3300.
Needless to say our money is at huge risk.

In a country where businesses are shipping off in droves for those that are healthy and can still move. Those that are not are folding up, makes me wonder who the government are going to tax to pay for all this debt.

Revenue is not even something to talk about, just servicing external debt alone has put a massive hole in income not to mention the fact that the debt keeps on rising.

Now, how is the government going to pay for all this huge internal debt? Definitely Printing more money.

It is safe to say by the time this current administration leaves power the Naira will be far more worthless than it is currently.

This treasury bills is just another indirect form of tax. The government is not giving us more money rather they are actually taking a certain portion of our money. Those who lend government money are less taxed when compared to those who do not (those who put money in savings account or hide it inside some suitcase)

In some countries, treasury bills is really not an investment.

Just few days ago I met a young man who was diagnosed with a high blood pressure, not that this is a new phenomenon to me, what makes it strange to me is that this young man his just 23 years old.

Just yesterday’s night; I saw an adult, very beautiful lady, beautifully dressed crying and lamenting as she was walking away. I was really scared but had to muster the courage to approach her and trying to find out what could be wrong, turns out it over something I see very silly.

@33, you already feel you are late and pretty over.
