Poor nutrition

It’s at this time when healing foods and easy to digest foods are vitally important, with a specific focus on vegetables and fruits through soups, juices, and fermented foods. Instead, patients see the likes of gluten filled grains (often refined), sugar (often in juice), coffee, margarine, milk, conventional animal protein, and GMO’s. The majority of this food is also very tough on the digestive system and largely devoid of the nutrients required for true healing.
