afam4eva:

It's very ethical. Infact that's one of the most important business strategies. If you competitors are using a particular marketing strategy and it's working for them, it's common sense that you also incorporate it into your own business as well.

perfectly said!
meanwhile, afam4eva, your site looks neater and better than it was the last time I checked on it. kudos!

Business / Re: Which Area Of Small Scale Business Is Most Challenging? by NET1(m): 5:14pm On Oct 28, 2011
I think all parts are mutually dependent on each other. This means you should not disregard any part of your business, if you want to succeed.

Analyse your market: the people who you'd expect to buy from you.
Analyse your product and ensure it meets and surpasses expectations.
Assess your competition thoroughly. Leave no stone unturned!

chi-baby:

Anything less than dat u wunt b proposing?

No ma'am. The reason being that everyday I come here to Nairaland, I see people complaining about their marriages - some even threatening to quit. I think it's because most of them did not take time to study their partners before tying the knot. I dont wanna make that mistake.

I have to be with her for at least 6 months, sometimes deliberately provoke her to anger to see how she manages anger, do some nasty things and see how she reacts to them.

When I am satisfied, then and only then can I ask the sacred question: "WILL YOU MARRY ME?"

Like I said earlier: "I dont wanna cry tomorrow".

@lindabon, I've seen Niaja guys that are the direct opposite of the description you posted above. My best friend was approached by his girlfriend. Today, they are married with kids. The love they have seems to be growing every day.

Let's just say you've not met the right guy. Goodluck in Life dear.

A friend just told me now that the scheme is ending tomorrow (25 - Oct - 2011), instead of the earlier date of 04 - Nov - 2011. He claims it was announced by one of the Federal Ministers at an awareness campaign at Hotel Presidential, Port Harcourt yesterday.

Please can anybody confirm this for us?

@Candyness, attractive gurls don't blow their trumpets! And why do you have to pick on any statement anyone makes here? (You just got irritated by Nayah's simply innocuous comment) Do you have a challenge with self-esteem?

I remember the other thread where you got yourself into murky waters by telling us how 'beautiful' you were and other gurls weren't.

Abeg, the post is to know whether guys actually prefer slim gurls to fat ones - not for you to flaunt your 'beauty'. Got that?
