I got this response upon contacting UKVI using the paid email procedure. Views are highly welcomed.

If the tenant is going to sign tenancy agreement with the management of the property THEN its not subletting. Maybe you don't know what submit letting is. If its subletting then the person will not sign any agreement with the property management rather the person pays you while you the tenancy holder pays the management.

You are basically transferring the tenancy to a new tenant because you are moving out before the end of your contract because if you don't do that you will still pay for the remaining time on the contract even if you moved out.

Know that this is fraudulent if the landlord get to know this and its not going to be funny and you will pay a heavy price.
You don't sublet an apartment rented out to you.

Bro please can you check your mail. I’d like to ask some questions but most importantly , did you receive any NSF mail about your application? Like did they ask for your wife’s statement of account? And how much did you use for POF? I will appreciate a response if you don’t mind . Thank you
