October 1, 2020 marks the 60th year of Nigeria's independence and we have come a long way as a country.

In the 60 years of being independent, we have experienced several generations try to push a mandate that marks their generation from the other.
Every twenty years, the present young Nigerian generation determines what it wants to hand over to the future generations.

Regardless of all the generations before us, we all agree that we are a tipping point and it is our turn as young persons with the Nigerian tag to determine the future of our country

The International Youth Day for 2020 is slated for August 12th. As a youth-oriented organisation, Raising New Voices is hosting an international youth summit for young Nigerians around the world on the 13th of August 2020.

The theme for this year will be ‘Electoral Reforms And Youth Inclusion’.

In line with the mission, vision and goal of the organisation, we would love to hear diverse opinions on electoral reforms and we are inviting every well-meaning young Nigerian leader to speak on the issue of Electoral Reforms.
