allpal:

I will be answering questions relating the to interview stages for successful candidates.
Candidates( as this is what you will be called) will undergo the following stages
Stage 1 is Credentials and Relevant documents
Primary school certificate (testimony acceptable)
O Level certificate( printout is acceptable)
First degrees certificate (statement is acceptable)
NYSC certificate.
Birth certificate (court affidavit is acceptable)
State of origin (Local government certificate is acceptable)
Attestation duly signed by relevant authority.
4 copies of full size photography on standing position in suit (any color of suit) The aim of this is for the authority to run a background check on your documents, so no forges is allowed even when you are cadets, you will be withdrawn
PS. Ensure you photocopy these documents, as you will sumbit copy of it, get a clear folded also. You will not have the chance to do this once you are there.
Stage 2 is written aptitude test
Normal Mathematics and English language, current affairs (no military base question), then an essay on why you want to join the army?
Stage 3 is medical
Ensure you go with your ECG report (not necessarily government hospital, but a government certified hospital)
Others will be done there.
This stage is strict and tough.
Stage 4 is physical fitness
3.2km for 15mins maximum( train your cardio level)
Stage 5 is oral interview
Don't ask me what question could be asked. you may be asked what is your name? Just expect any questions.
bro I only have one referee, I'm yet to get the second referee, if I don't eventually get the second referee, hope all is still well?

cheesy
To be honest, there's little the government can do here. The workers should learn one or two skills and start living an independent life. A work-intensive job that doesn't rely on the government before they earn. Many of them are suffering today because they relied too much on their state government. They should forget about previous salaries, concentrate on the present and fight for the future. They need some serious work-off to work-on their present predicament. Being a civil servant shouldn't be used as an excuse for laziness. Hardworking pays!!!
