Hello gurus in the house. I need help urgently. Has anyone traveled to Nigeria with Advance Parole before and returned back to USA safely without issues with the immigration. If yes, what's the condition necessary to put in place before traveling or before returning back to the US. |

ajaoakeem200000: The DS 160 confirmation that was sent to your email, normally, if you print it out directly from your email, it will be up 3 pages. But look carefully on it, you will see a place for "print" , click on it and everything will now appears to be on one page both the barcode and every of your details. Secondly, on the issue of passport, the size is 5x5 , it's a bit larger than the normal 2x2 passport photograph. You can google the image of 5x5 passport. Thanks. 2 Likes 2 Shares |

*VISA APPROVED* *NO FUNDING* *NO SCHOLARSHIP* *UNDERGRADUATE PROGRAM* *LOCATION: USA EMBASSY ABUJA* *DATE: 23/11/2020* *WINDOW 8* I arrived to the embassy by 7:30am and myself appointment was 10am. On the avenue, those hustlers of money stopped me and said I should wait for them to check my documents and see if it wasn't complete and I insisted that it was complete before I saw up to 5 persons there who were asked to go and get 5x5 passport size , where as I am with 2x2. I allowed them to check my documents and they said I would have to reprint my DS 160 confirmation, showed me the one the embassy would need and I agreed. I asked how much and he said #4,500 and passport #2,500 which summed to be #7,000. I began bargaining with them and finally gave them #4,000 for both respectively. I went inside there and do the needful processes . Now the interview proper which was around 9:30am. *TRANSCRIPTS* Me: Good morning (with smiles) Vo: Good morning. Vo: Put your nose mask very well. ( I did as instructed.) Vo: Pass your passport and I-20 . Me: I passed them Vo: Where are you going in the US? Me: I am going to the ABC College, Texas for an associate degree in Nursing. Vo: Associate Degree? Do you want to become a nurse? Me: Yes sir. Vo: How did you hear about this school? Me: I got to know this school through internationalstudent.com Vo: What's your highest qualification? Me: High School certificate. Vo: How was your days in the high school? Me: It was great. Vo: From your I-20, I have seen ABC cost for your studies, who will be sponsoring you? Me: My Dad. Vo: What does he do? Me : He is an importer and distributor of all kinds of building materials in Port Harcourt . (I applied my knowledge of psychology immediately by saying, here is his bank statement account) Vo: Don't worry about it. Me: Okay sir Vo: Have you travel outside the country before? Me: No Vo: Any relatives in the US? Me: No. Vo: Keeps typing like tomorrow no dey. Me: I tried to break that silence by asking him, sir, how is your stay in Nigeria been? Vo: Great! It's really nice to be here in Nigeria. Vo: He sneezes. Me: Sorry sir. Vo: Thank you. That's one of the things. Me: I smiles . Vo: What did say that your father is doing again? Me: He is an importer and distributor of all kinds of building materials in Port Harcourt and distributes it to Eastern part of the country. (He nodded). Vo: What's your plans after studies? Me: I planned to pick up a job at Federal Medical Centre Owerri. Vo: Take this white paper and proceed to pay your reciprocity fee. Me: Thank you sir. Vo: You're welcome. *FINDINGS:* I found out that one should fee relax and be confident enough. Have it in mind that two things, one much happen today because you have come and no going back, it will help you relax your mind. Dress like a student you are. Lastly, pray fervently because God never changes. Even as I entered there, I said to myself self , US embassy, here I come and I will never go out with my an approved visa and I said 3 hail Mary prayer. Even as the VO was typing endlessly, I continued to say "Hail Mary in my heart". I pray that those having their interview ahead will got approval message. 44 Likes 2 Shares |
