Crime / Re: Armed Robbers Storm Masters Filling Station Yola,Brutalise 3(Pics) by NgwaUkwu: 11:47am On Aug 07, 2017
You people should not mind the op. His assertion that no one came to the rescue of the wounded staff is outright lies without any iota of truth. As an eye witness, i have followed up this issue when it happened till now. Immediately the management got the news of the unfortunate incidence, they sent some senior staff down to Yola to see to it that they are given adequate medical attention. They were in coma when they were taken to the hospital due to loss of blood from matchet cuts but now they have regained consciousness and recuperating. The truth must be said..
Nairaland / General / Re: Dr Uche Ogah Donates An Ultra-modern 600 Seater Capacity Auditorium To Absu by NgwaUkwu: 4:31pm On Nov 13, 2014
Wow!!!! that is a good one. Now this is what I call true Philanthropist. You must not be a governor to do something for your people. Dr. Uche Ogah is one of the Guber candidates under PDP and if he is given the chance, i'm sure greater things are yet to come.
This one is not T.A's before and after photoshop ooooo. My people in ABSU just confirmed it was commissioned today. so it is live and direct. Thank you sir.

tetengwo:
I have heard about this man but I don't think he is from abia south, why wasting his time and money.pdp has zoned the governorship to abia south.which pedigree does he have?and he is not loyal to ochendo our amiable governor, can he continue with the legacy project?will he be loyal to IKUKU?the champion of our time

you are fool, how can you talk this rubbish. are you not scared of God. if you see the truth say it. Check the meaning of Amiable and see if it suits Ochendo. May your life and that of your generation be as good as that of ochendo and Ikuku or whatever.
Uche is far more a better man than these two x 100. Don't speak curse upon yourself. nonsense.
Politics / Testing The Credibility Of Abia South Guber Candidates by NgwaUkwu: 1:30pm On Oct 21, 2014
This is a careful survey on the background and political journey of some of the PDP key gubernatorial candidates. Here, the persons examined are Enyinnaya Abaribe, Emeka Wogu, Okezie Ikpeazu, Acho Nwakanma all from Abia South.
It is well understood that no Abia South person has ever occupied the seat of Abia State Governor but at this time, the incumbent governor officially zoned it to them.

We’ve had god-fatherism come and go, zoning or no zoning. The key question/point we want to raise here is this: is the incumbent governor of Abia State zoning the entire scene with a genuine concern or is he just trying to raise his person who happens to be from Abia South on Abians, using this zoning front.
In a survey conducted, 80 percent of Abians raised a common point on this issue which states that, Abia State wants a credible person, Abia South or not. Majority of this 80% are frail as to voting for PDP in the next guber election. Most of these people are from the Aba/ Abia South Axis. (We all know the state of Aba, which happens to be the heartbeat of Abia State in revenue generation, population, man power and labor. The one time popular enyimba city is an abandoned project in every way, but due to its content, people still come in from all over Nigeria for trade transactions).
These key persons, running for the Abia guber race have found themselves in top political position but have not done any notable thing for the Abia South people:

Sen Enyinnaya Abaribe-
Abia State's Deputy Governor after Orji Uzor Kalu's 1999 election to the Governorship. Impeached in 2000and 2003 He. was elected to the national Senate in 2007, Vice Chairman of the Senate Committee on Inter-Parliamentary Affairs, member of the Committees on the Independent National Electoral Commission, Senate Services, and Works. In October 2007, as Ralph Uwazuruike, leader of the banned secessionist organization Movement for the Actualisation of the Sovereign State of Biafra (MASSOB), was on trial for treason, Abaribe and six other southeastern senators protested at the Federal High Court in Lagos to demand his release He was re-elected for Abia South senate, in the April 2011 election. He is currently the chairman Senate Committee on Media and Publicity. Is also one of the sponsors for Made in Aba trade fair, being held in Abuja.

Chief Eric Acho Nwakanma-
in 1999, Abia State House of Assembly, represented Obingwa East State Constituency. In 2003, re-elected and subsequently named Deputy Speaker of the House of Assembly. He served as the 4th and then the 6th Deputy Governor of Abia State, from 2006 to 2007 under Governor Orji Uzor Kalu and again under Governor Theodore Orji from august 2010 to 2011. In April 2013 President Jonathan appointed him as Chairman of the Board of National Neuro Psychiatry Hospital, Enugu.

Emeka Wogu-
vice-chairman of the Aba South LGA in Abia State (1991-1993), chairman of the same LGA in 1993. Federal House of Representatives - 1998. In 1999 he was briefly the political adviser to Orji Uzor Kalu, governor of Abia State. He represented Abia State for two terms as commissioner at the Revenue Mobilisation Allocation and Fiscal Commission, appointed Minister of Labour on 6 April 2010,

Dr. Okezie Ikpeazu-
was the General Manager of the Abia State Passengers Integrated Manifest and Safety Scheme, ASPIMS, Deputy Director General, Abia State Environmental Protection Agency, ASEPA, Aba Zone.

For years, almost all of them have held key positions in Abia State and Nigeria and yet we cant hold unto something notable.

What do they want to offer this time?
To be continued…(Check back for more on their political sponsors and stakeholders).
Politics / Re: BREAKING NEWS! Abia State Governments Seats Already Shared by NgwaUkwu: 11:45am On Oct 21, 2014
I don't know if this post is a rumor or a fact , but I remember when T.A Orji was first elected into the governors' seat.
All through the Campaigns, elections and every activities at that time, no one ever saw him because he was at kirikiri then (this is no news incase you don't know ask around and keep your ears down more on the background of people we are electing into offices).
But our onye isi the dee dee OUK already proclaimed him governor and organized everything.
T.A Orji did not even come out for one day to wave hand, lets be sincere about this.

Then straight after his release which was organized, he was sworn is a Lagos court.
Like seriously, IF THIS CAN HAPPEN FOR AN INVISIBLE PERSON, HOW ABOUT A VISIBLE PERSON?

they play politics on the people and we must act ooooo and pray seriously. that this time, God sends us help. Ekwusigo m

any man or woman that will stand against the progress of Abia State will face the wrath of God. if they like the should line up the whatever crew. Abians must fight for a free and fair election and God will see us through. As for me, I support Uchechukwu Sampson Ogah, Masters. he is very credible

Politics / Re: A Grand Scheme To Impose A Governorship Candidate On Abians Uncovered by NgwaUkwu: 12:01am On Sep 20, 2014
That plan will not work in Jesus Name. God will punish anybody that contributed to the present condition Abia State found herself. Everyday Abia state is on the news for one bad reason or the other.
My street in Abia is no longer accessible due to waterlogged environment, that is why almost everybody has rain butt.

My question is among all the candidates that came out who is the best?

Lest i forget this pix will convince you of the inhuman treatment our government has subjected us to.
