Godswill Akpabio the clownish senate president now and Udom Emmanuel did nothing than looting the state even the present state governor Umoh Eno won't be an exception. Because they managed to construct roads and built some infrastructures, they've tried, and fóolish people keep on singing their praises without knowing how much this people gulped every month. Tackle poverty in Akwa Ibom, the rate of poverty and suffering in that state is saddening

Please advise.

We have this tenant & his wife who are due for the next rent on 1st September but have already packed out as we speak but because their rental is still on, they locked our property.

They didn't want to tell us they've packed out yet but we already know. Now the problem is that, we want to start looking for another tenant who might want to inspect the place before any transaction.

So I advised my parents that we observe their absence from the flat for 2 or 3 days. If they no longer come around to pack whatever is left of their property, we will call them to confirm that they have finally left the place. If we don't get a straightforward reply, we'd go report to the police because a tenant that is gone can not just lock 🔒 up our property for personal emotional reasons (anger & revenge) when he no longer resides there.

We will report to the police who will come & unlock the place while we video capture all event.

1. If they still have some property, we'll leave but if it's empty,

2. We'll leave the place open for new tenants.

Is this the right measure? What do you advise?
