Thanks all for the response. I paid my SEVIS through someone I dont know physically but I know his wife so I gave her the money and he paid for me on Wednesday and by Midnight today, they confirmed the payment and I can print my receipt.

People are getting my question wrong, I am going in as a transfer student and my school does not need either toefl or any exams. on My I-20 the DOB there is 1989, same thing with my passport 1989 but the only different one is my WAEC result which is carrying 1988. I am thinking of just doing an original like and the only thing they would change is the year and not tamper with the result. The result would stay the same but the DOB has to change as I dont want anything to bring wahala. But if there is a way I can go with a scratch card instead of the WAEC Cert I would really appreciate that. Can any one confirm this? Would they not ask for original if I present a scratch card?

Thanks think2ce I did not know there was a security or water mark on the WAEC Cert. With this info you have given me I would just take my original to the Embassy I know they have no choice but to give me Visa because God pass them!

  I paid my sevis fee through a contact in Nigeria (who had a contact in the states). It took 5 days for my I901 fee to be processed and reflect on their system.This was because while my sender was remmitting my information through the western Union quick pay, there was an error in my details. The error was my school code. After 3 days with no reciept online, my sender had to call sevis to find out what happened. They said there was an error in the school code so the I901 fee couldnt be processed. The error had to be corrected before the fee could be processed. The fee was ready in the next two days.
This applies to all fees. Once there is an error, sevis sends back the payment to the sender and in some cases leaves it pending for a while.
I dont know if this applies in your case. There might have been an error in your details, either from you to the sender, or from the sender to sevis.
I got this message for you from the sevis site:

"If you believe sufficient time has passed for us to receive your form and payment, contact I-901 Customer Service for assistance at (US) 1-314-418-8833"
You will be asked for your surname and sevis Id. so have them at hand

Mudley or what ever your name is. You are not ok! You think you give yourself visa? Have you seen any one on this thread crediting his or her self after getting a visa? It is only God that can give it to you. If god says no you can go to any Babalawo and the answer would still be no. Me I don know since say my Visa sure whether you like am or not because God has said I would get the visa.

Unofficial transcripts definition: Transcripts that are not sent directly to the organisation in question and not in an envelope sealed and signed over by the schools registrar.

the simplest and official thing to do would be to apply for a 'statement of result', and if you're asked for your transcripts hand over the statement and tell them that your school doesn't issue transcripts to students but sends them directly to the university

I got Unilag to send my transcripts to an educational consulting firm, there i got the copy. Statement of result doesnt hold enuff water. Its printed on a plain paper with just LAG letterhead. Transcripts are printed on a special paper.

Yeah, I did the GMAT, but I didn't score high enough. In short, I got 400. I was not surprised about my score, because there is no place to take the GMAT tutorials around me, and I didn't have the time to study on my own. I only paid for the GMAT and did the exam almost immediately. Remember, the school did not require the GMAT, so it would not affect their decision. Infact, I did not send the GMAT to the school. My questions are as follows. Does the consular have any business with my GMAT score? Do I have to write another GMAT again to get a High SCore? Can the consular capitalize on that score to deny me the visa? All my questions appear to be a kind of repetition. Please dont mind me. I just need to express myself as simply as possible. I am looking forward to hearing from you pros in the house. Thanks!!

From what I heard, I understand that you can take the western union money transfer receipt to the Embassy for interview. But the people in UK trying to help you are lying as you dont need no stupid ID card to send the money. Mine was paid for me in The US and the person has not even seen me physically before. I only forwarded my details to him and he paid and the the next day my receipt was online to be printed. So look for someone else in the UK or US to help you pay if you dont want to go to Cotonou.

Guy since time is ur enemy right now,by tomorrow morning take a bus to Seme Border and pay the damn fee and take the receipt to the Embassy for ur interview.If u pay like 8am tomorrow before Tuesday Morning ur receipt will be online.Even without the Online receipt just take the ECOBANK receipt and show them at the Embassy.Its that simple.Go and pay very early tomorrow.Seme is not far from Mile 2 nowwwwwwwwwwwwwww

Yeah, I think dats an Ok idea. Dasleeky is also doing the same thing. If you are asked for your transcripts, show them the scanned copy and explain to them that the UNIVERSITY OF LAGOS doesnt issue out transcripts DIRECTLY to students, but you had to go through pains to get a scanned copy sent to you (your email), and that this scanned copy can be verified by them (the embassy/consulate), if they want!

The online reciept cant be ready by tuesday ooo (under normal circumstances)
you have only one option,  the second one you should have done on thursday (postpone appointment)
Quikly run to the seme and pay the fee at  the designated Ecobank. ( hold like $235)
After the payment you have two options, depending on how serious you are,  (cos ordinarily the online reciept can never be ready tuesday 7am naija time)
1. Go to embassy with the western union quickpay receipt. I dont know if it is accepted in d Americn embassies in Nigeria ooo, but I know it is accepted as proof of payment in many American embassies around the globe. You know as then dey look naija naa,
2. after paying at the Ecobank, wait till like 2pm naija time and call Sevis on customer care (chec previous post) and explain to them your everys,  You might be lucky to meet a nice CSO who will assist you. they will put your payment on their research log,  bla bla bla
