Sent them a mail already. Tried reaching out with the number provided in the mail sent to us but it wasn't going thru. It was showing me i have no exam scheduled now but yesterday afternoon it was bringing up the old date.

I tried logging in to mine too, kept telling me invalid email address..
There’s no update whatsoever on the test i wrote.

Try the forget password and put in your email. If it still didn’t go thru. Reregister and it should go thru. So you have to rewrite your test. The same happened to me and I’ve been able to sort it out.

Yea. It’s for updating and choosing the department you would love to work in. Then your documents or certificates

Yes documents like birth certificate, nysc, degree cert, gov id etc
And you are basically applying all over again on the smart recruiter platform.

I think it’s an update. So you have to choose the department you would like to work in and upload your certificates or docs.
