Absolutely right.

Euforia:

What makes you think that these guys are interested in any reward?

At their level just showing up to support Soludo is an act of goodwill that they can afford.

Look through that list, there is no e among them that cannot afford his/her flight tickets and hotel bills for that period.

Also look beyond the ensemble, Soludo is showing the world his trajectory even before being sworn in as a governor.

Our best bet is to watch him and also encourage him. He may just set the tone for a new approach to governance.

Anambra has indeed assumed the pacesetter status. Kudos to Peter Obi who was the trailblazer here making it possible for a minimum standard tro be set.

Believe me, they do not need any compensation. All of them are professionals in their fields. It's rather a good thing for them to serve on a temporal capacity to send the right message. It's time we begin to do things the right way in this country. Yes, we must recognise excellence and shun nepotism and mediocrity.

This list is too big.i didn't see heavyweights like chikodi anarah(igbakigba)uche okafor(wiper) don adinuba.soludo hw will u compensate all those in that list.

These people will not be paid by Anambra State government. This is mainly on a different level and many don't understand it. Gradually, there is a paradigm shift in politics and governance. You all witnessed what happened during the election. We watched the video how some of the voters rejected money being offered by some party's representatives. It will stay from the east and I do hope other states will emulate. It's time we vote the right people in government, defend our votes and hold them accountable for any failure.

That's because he was probably sick with some ailment for a long time. But due to the nature of the business the family runs they will hide it and claim that he died in his sleep so no one can question why they couldn't cure him of the sickness despite claiming to cure people and drive car on empty tank. It is sad really.

Good morning house

A friend has asked this question and I don't know what to advice.

Her F1 visa was approved on the 30th. However her school sent a message some days ago that her cause will be studied online for Spring semester. That she should plan to be in campus in Fall to continue.

The twist here now is that another university has given her admission for Spring and in-person classes.

Whats best for the situation. Can she travel to USA with the other 1-20 and change while n US? Would that be an issue at the point of entry since the course is online for the semester. Let me add it's an MS in Economics
Romance / Re: My Dilemma With My Virgin Girlfriend by nitdude: 9:41am On Nov 29, 2020
My dear consider my advice and you will be glad some years from now.

The first consideration is who doing you want to please first with your decision? God or the young girl (who probably do not know what she wants at the moment). I advice that you choose to please God first. Learn to honour God with your body. It will become wisdom to you, bless you and lengthen your days.

The second is that you must not loose focus now. Focus on your studies and graduate with good grades. Once you are successful and keep God's instructions this lady may still be yours else God will bring a true home maker whom you deserve and your joy will be complete because she is priceless and not many would have seen her for God himself kept her for those who truly deserves her. She is the carrier of blessings beyond your imagination.

If you make this girl pregnant then so do not love her. The responsibilities will distract you.

I tell you the truth a lot of young men and women made a good decision when they were young to honour God with their bodies untill marriage. God in his faithfulness blessed the works of their hands and gave them the partner they deserved. Then comes a home that is truly blessed without unnecessary spiritual entanglement.

Stay focused, stay blessed bro.

Good evening my people. I want to ask this question for those whose study visa have been approved.

Did your University request you register for 6 hour in-person classes (6 credit) and a total of 9 credits for fresh I-20 holder else the person will not be allowed into the United states?

PLS let's confirm this and be sure b4 leaving. My IPO said it's the guideline from USICE

You may not need all these details after all. When I did mine I just typed the name of my graduate program send the start date.

BrTune:
The reasons I outlined when applying for an emergency visa are:

"1. Research Assistantship funding - I am interviewing for paid research assistantship positions and a major issue I am having is convincing Professors that I will be attending the Spring semester in person. This is because I need to be on campus to utilize most of the resources available, like offline library services.

2. Experiential learning: I will be taking some experiential learning courses, which involves meetings at the United Nations office, traveling for meetings in Geneva and in-person discussions and classes, and I need to register early enough for these classes due to limited seats, in other to secure my place - I must show proof that I can meet the in-person requirements, which can only be done by obtaining a visa.

3. University Campus housing: In other to confirm my University housing booking, I must show proof of my ability and intention to be available in the Spring semester. The most incontrovertible proof that I will actually take up my university housing reservation is evidence of my Visa.

4. I need this emergency appointment so as to apply to my employers for a paid academic leave of absence. To facilitate my application, I must show my employers that I have secured a visa.

Finally, an emergency visa appointment will enable me plan my travel logistics. Especially so, in light of the ongoing pandemic, which necessitates I make early flight booking, put in place quarantine measures upon arriving USA and undertake any necessary tests or vaccines prior to my departure. Overall, this emergency visa will help me plan for any contingencies.

I look forward to your response.

Thank you."

There are currently two ladies on this thread that are bank branch managers and head of her bank department. For privacy reasons, I cannot mention their usernames, but if you tell me what you need help with, I can ask them if they can help. What do you need help with?

Good day Sir, please I send a request to DM you.

It will be safer to fill out another DS 160 honestly, but use the same MRV to do that if it hasn't expired. You'll need to wait for the new I-20 and it has to be hard copy and original, not emailed. For your start date, you're fine.

For people like me whose start date has passed, we need to ask our DSO to help change the date.

I spoke with my school international program officer he said the USICE guideline is that 120s are to be issued via email not posted by mail till further approval from the government. He said they hv issued emailed i20 to many international students who hv obtained th their visa before there fall semester including those from Africa region.

Some people here are out of dept with reality. I believe the man's concerned is purely on financial security for his daughter considering his investments. It's not about being a polytechnic graduate. Many polytechnic graduates are in top management positions of many reputable indigenous and multinational companies. I have the honour of mentoring students from Uni and poly in my career. It's all based on individual. I graduated from both at HND and Bsc level

Current trend in the nigerian labour market indicates that both Bsc and HND graduates needs to upgrade their knowledge/skill set after certain time in their careers.
