@vicade they will be testing u against their set criteria which is the C.A.R CAPACITY, ACHIEVEMENT AND RELATIONSHIP.
Basically the interview takes the form of a structured interview i.e one on one with the interviewer, u just prepare a scenerio
where u led or were member of a team to achieve a set goal or target, rem the task u did personally in the project, the problems encountered or
obstacles and how these obstacles were dealt with, teamwork etc. also they will ask ur contribution to the project that made it successful.

Hope this goes a long way to clear ur mind?

Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Shell Nigeria - The Next Generation by nkenke: 1:09pm On Jun 17, 2009
yup laptops wud be provided when u are in your second probation yr i.e when u have been
assigned to a job.

@douecho carry ur offer letter enter any part of shell, either 1st 2nd or last gate show the
security guys n they will open the gates for u sharp sharp. walk up to rec office, its an open plan
office u cant miss agnes cos her seat position is opposite the others.
Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Shell Nigeria - The Next Generation by nkenke: 10:08pm On Jun 16, 2009
Shell is a conservative company, since u have ben given an offer letter
u are already a Shell staff, hence any mistakes will be brought forward
to you for corrections, feel free to ask for information from the recruitment peeps
its their job to be at ur service now.
Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Shell Nigeria - The Next Generation by nkenke: 10:06pm On Jun 16, 2009
@aguyemd tnx for the advice, wat i understood was dat on assumption we would still be provided with that
contract document to sign which includes dat of the acomodation in edjeba.

for the bank details babake is right, we will be briefed in edjeba on the shell nominated banks and be
required to fill the space there. These forms we are submitting now is for the purpose of onboarding i.e access card, profile
activation, laptops(maybe), so they(the forms) will be sent to edjeba i.e Dr. Ken Anierobi's Office. So chillax guys
u would have the opportunity of meeting ur forms again in edjeba.
Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Shell Nigeria - The Next Generation by nkenke: 9:11pm On Jun 16, 2009
well said babake2020, any latest on the witness thing? is it compulsary?
Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Shell Nigeria - The Next Generation by nkenke: 2:08pm On Jun 16, 2009
guys which one be witness form? its just two forms 1. staff reg 2. acceptance slip abi?
n there were no provisions made for a witness as stated in the offer letter but i didnt include a witness
and i submitted mine yesterday to Agnes Oke who went thru it and accepted it. We just talk abt the bank details
which she said i shld leave blank.

pls take note conditions of service/contract agreement is ur own copy offer letter inclusive. Submit just the other two
i talk about on the first paragraph.

both SITP and HR/FN, in such cases they fill others on
their waiting list, so we shud keep our` faith up and
