I'm a young man in my mid 20's trying to get a hang on life. I'll be graduating in about a year from now but my biggest fear is not getting a comfortable financial start when I graduate.
It's been a tough one in school and at this point I really need to get something doing for finances.
I'm not asking for money, I'm just appealing, if there's anyone here willing to give me a legitimate financial idea and walk me through the process, it's going to be a big step to my life. I have the next 5 months to learn and work, but if it requires pay to learn, I honestly don't have the funds for that.

I'm a Business person, I'm into importation and I deal mainly on shoes, bags, hairs and jewelries.
I have a shop located in Benin. I need a loan of 2M Naira to help expand my business to Abuja as I'm currently setting my base there.
I'm currently in Abuja, I have a landed property in ogun state (land 120 × 60) which I'm offering as collateral for the loan.
I can pay a spread of 30% in 1 year.
