Please ooo, I am a gamer from port Harcourt, I would like to know how gamers in Port-Harcout optimize their internet for gaming.

I play on Pc and for as long as I can remember, online has always been awful, I am very much into fighting games and have been playing SFV and Tekken 7 recently, but matchmaking is the absolute worst, especially in SF Everything is 1 bar.

I use my phone as Ethernet, basically I use my phone connect it through cable and use it to play games on Pc.

I was wondering if there was a better solution, Nigerians who game, especially Nigerians who play fighting games, how do you get reasonable connection in your games.
Is there something I am doing wrong, something I need to set in my pc, I am confused and I don't know what to do
