8/ 09/2010. B/f 120g indome, 2 glasses of water,2 oranges n 2 garden eggs. Lunch :a serving of garri with vegetable soup n snails ,Dinner:a serving of beans with fried potatoes. 2 litres of water. exercise: 100 skips,20 squats,15 crunches. |

@ romeo4real thank u 4 welcoming me to the thread.am 1.64m tall, weigt is 98kg, my target is to get rid of 10 kg in 4months time. 14/8/2010 B: ate late 'cos i went for a church meeting 10: 00am little qty of beans, a glass of malt drink and a glass of water. 12:30 am a glass of malt drink, and 1/2 pkt of indomie nodules. 50pm 3 fingers of sizeable banana with peanuts 7:00pm 2 servins of unripe plantain with vegetables EXERCISE LOG nil 'cos i feel pain in my groin WANT TO KNOW ur opinion on slimming products such as slimming soap, slimming tea etc |
