I seriously need tips on how to add weight.
I work with a bank and usually take light breakfast like tea and bread or egg and bread. And i dont usually take lunch until 5pm because of the nature of my job.

I really need advice on how to gain weight because people are telling me that i am getting slim and it is really affecting me. I have tried the gym but could not keep up because of my tight schedule and i rarely take beer so what other tips can i use to add weight.

I use a infinix hot note. And i can't access facebook and whatsapp plus other social network app on my phone except for bbm. .
I was on airtel plan that gave me access to only whatsapp and bbm. But i recently switched to mtn and subscribed for 1gb cost at 1000 naira. But ever since i have not being able to access any other social app apart from bbm and opera mini. I called the customer care service and they said it has to do with the settings i changed the settings but it still did not work.
I only receive airtel settings even when i have removed the airtel sim card.

Pls can someone advice on what to do

Change in attitude may mean sge became withdrawn, rude, outgoing, not allowing you dictate the pace or direction of her life like she used to let you do before, having a say in what she wants do do with herself unlike before when you decide what she should do, not dropping everythibg she was doing abd racing to you as soon as you call like she used to do before, becoming born again and not wanting to bang you again etc. A change in attitude may be a good thing for the girl. Anyhoe try to move on. I hope you two find vetter people to be with soon.

Her attitude was really bad. 1st she stopped the banging thing which I didn't object because I thought was for religious sake. Then the rudeness and finally she only pick my calls when she felt like an when I ask her such would reply that the was playing music or should doesn't want to talk at that moment. Yes, giving her what she wants should be fine. If she want her needs fulfilled let her go get a job for herself. You're not her father.

Just maintain the relationship and if she isn't married by the time you think you want to settle down and you still see her as the one then put a ring on it.

Don't get ensnared and deluded by the love trick. You don't necessarily need love to be in a happy and subsistence relationship. Enjoy the moment while it last and don't get too emotionally attached as she might dump you for him or someone else tomorrow.

My guy moving on would be the best path to tow but I'm afraid the next girl out there might be worse. A lot these girls keep their option open just incase one of their boyfriend's disappoint. She just might have adopted same mentality.

Now I'll advise you still put up with the relationship and brace up for any negativity that may surface in the future. However, gradually start detaching your emotions and love towards her, bring it to a level that won't get you hurt while the relationship last. Please i need advice on what to do in my relationship.

I have a girlfriend whom i love so much and intend to marry. We love each other so much and everything have was perfect untill few weeks ago when she developed some kind of changes in the relationship.
I suspected that she has being seeing someone else but was not so sure. But yesterday she begged me to come visit her in school since it was a public holiday and i gladly did.
I was able to clear my doubt that she is really seeing someone else when she starts picking someone else call and talking in a romantic way.
I felt so bad because even though she asked me to come see her.. Her attitude towards me was cold and i wondered why she said she missed me so much but now she is not showing it.
I have tried talking to her but she said i didnt doing any thing wrong and i dont want to ask her about the guy that have being calling her.
It is hurting me badly that i cant sleep because this is someone i want to spend the rest of my life
