Business / 7 Surprising Reasons On Why Entrepreneurs Go Broke by Novak(m): 8:08am On Aug 02, 2017 |
I remember having a flashback reading the November 2014 Forbes Africa Edition, where billionaire Femi Otedola shared how he lost about $1.5 billion, hit rock bottom, and climbed back to the billionaire list. That was the same year I went broke despite the massive work I put into my business. There’s a popular saying that goes like this “learn from the mistake of others” that was the inspiration behind this post. The following are reasons why most entrepreneurs go broke: 1. Inexperienced founders This scenario happens a lot, the founder of the business has so much enthusiasm and passion towards growing the business when starting out. The challenge happens when they don’t invest time in studying their industry, network with influencers, have an experienced team around them or have people mentor them. Enthusiasm and passion can only take your business to a particular level. When Mark Zuckerberg started Facebook, he built up a power circle of billionaire’s, millionaires and top performers in the tech industry. That’s why top performing teams and organizations recruit only A-level talent, you must have people who have proven themselves and are capable of taking your business to the next level. 2. No Strategy in Place Working hard and hustling is great, but hustling alone isn’t the answer. When I started my first business I felt stuck. I worked hard but didn’t see any considerable progress. I didn’t see any increased success until I was able to leverage the internet in growing my business. Work smarter, not harder, leverage other tools; leverage your team members, put in the appropriate amount of work at the appropriate time. Hustling 24 hours a day isn’t the goal. The wealthiest people on the planet aren’t necessarily the hardest working people. They leverage their resources, and the time of others to achieve their goals. Success stories like Femi Otedola, Aliko Dangote, Mark Zuckerberg, Elon Musk and more had systems in place to ensure that their ggoals are easily met. 3. Lack of Sales This is one of the most common reasons founders of businesses go broke. They have a great idea, get their company registered, get business cards then expect sales to come naturally. The truth is that sales have to be intentional and a major part of your business plan. You must have a sales strategy that can bring in customers on a regular basis. Having an online and offline strategy in respect to sales is great, also set weekly and monthly targets. Review it from time and analyze why you achieved your targets or why you didn’t. Conduct training with your marketing/sales team on a regular basis and ensure your business is up to date with what’s working. 4. Bad Product/Sales Some entrepreneurs argue that there’s nothing like a bad product but the truth is that they exist. Many entrepreneurs go into business with the mindset of “what can I get” instead of thinking about what the customer wants and how the product/service being offered can add value to the customers. When Mark Zuckerberg started Facebook, he did a launch in Harvard, his university, to see how the reception would be. After he saw that the response was great and the market really needed it he got funding and expanded it. Start your business from somewhere and see the results the market gives, re-iterate and improve on your product. Always test on what’s working and what’s not. Don’t invest all of your capital at once, have different strategies, invest some money into them, re-invest some of the profits and keep on growing. 5. There’s no Competitive Advantage This happens a lot, somebody comes into the market with a business idea that turns profitable, and then all of a sudden we have over a thousand competitors with the same idea or carbon copy in the market. It’s not bad to implement an idea that’s already working, in fact that’s being smart, but you must have a competitive advantage when doing that. If Konga and Jumia are dominating the Ecommerce scene why not stick to just one product for your Ecommerce Company and be the best in that category. You can also make delivery time faster or offered free shipping, there are many examples of what you can do to stand out. You must always have a competitive advantage that would make you stand out in the market. While the reasons stated above are very important, in most cases, had they had more revenue coming into the business, they could have fixed and prevented majority of those problems. Also, when you have a strategy in place to acquire customers, you would not worry about these issues. This doesn’t mean you don’t need to have a great product or service. It’s vital, but something amazing happens when you have a great product/service and the ability to sell. A synergy is created. It’s truly a 4+4=10 relationship. Meaning, the sum of the whole process is greater than each individual part- the product and sales. Feel free to share your experience in the comments. http://demidigitalagency.com |

Business / 5 Key Ways To Get More Customers For Your Business by Novak(m): 7:02am On Aug 01, 2017 |
5 ways to get more customers Getting customers sometimes isn't always romantic... Sometimes it can be all hustle. Let's get through 5 ways you can get more customers. 1. Paid Advertising This involves utilising platforms to acquire customers. It can be online or offline, they include online ads, print ads, billboards etc. You must very specific with your ads and know why you're setting it up, whether it's for brand awareness, lead generation or making sales. Also be specific with your target market online in terms of age range, interests and more. Always monitor your ads to see what's working and what's not. 2. Cold Calling/Cold Emailing This involves having a list of prospects you don't personally know and contacting them through the phone or email. There are online directories like Vconnect or BusinessList and lots more where you can get the contact of business owners. This works best for B2B or service oriented businesses. As long as you have a product/service that adds real value to people's lives don't be shy to pick up that phone and make that call. 3. Hiring a Sales team/Affiliate Marketing This involves having a team of experienced sales people. The upside to this is that they're already experienced and proven. You can set targets for them and pay on performance. 4. Joint Ventures/Strategic Partnerships This involves partnering with businesses who already have your customers. This must be a win/win type of relationship and not just a parasitic one. Examples can include a law firm and a web design agency deciding to partner up. They can cross promote each others services to existing customers and make additional money. Another example can be partnering with social media influencers who are relevant to your product or service. They can get a percentage on sales that come from them. 5. Word of Mouth/Referrals This is obviously the aftermath of all of the above. This can only be done when your customers are happy or (else you might be the one doing the word of mouth in a prison cell or in court)... Just kidding. You can also take matters into your hands and give customers an incentive to make referrals maybe through a discount or something else. You can get creative with this. http://demidigitalagency.com 4 Likes

Business / Game Of Thrones For Entrepreneurs by Novak(m): 9:21am On Jul 21, 2017 |
One of my favourite TV shows is Game of Thrones. You may have heard of it or caught a glimpse of it... Or not... But there are many lessons to be learnt. There are 7 kingdoms fighting(directly or indirectly) for the ultimate power. To win the "game" you must have certain qualities. They include... The ability to thrive under pressure, forming alliances, being skilled at communicating your vision, and making strategic moves. Many Kings and Warriors started the game... One after one... They met their death... only few survive. Some started the game thinking their physical strength or force will give them the throne but they learnt the hard way. Some died learning the hard way. The same qualities are needed to be successful in business. No business can do it all alone... Or else, they would learn the hard way through bankruptcy or closure of the business. I would create an FB group where we can all network and also send some information on how to utilize paid advertising for your business. Put your emails in the comments to be added. Cheers! |
Business / Re: How Can I Run A Successful Online Store? by Novak(m): 12:46pm On Jul 06, 2017 |
Nice work, there's no need for page likes. Run Facebook, twitter ads and track your return on investment on a monthly basis. Have a website, email marketing and content creation plan. With time you can expand, get an office space and go aggressively offline. |
Business / Re: 5 Businesses That Ruled The Online World In Nigeria In The Last One Year by Novak(m): 12:11pm On Jul 06, 2017 |
Find a product/service/skill you've passion for and see if there's a demand for it in the marketplace. Create a website, and set some amount for ads. Reach out to your target market in a strategic way both online and offline. Use the return on investment to strengthen your business and keep improving. If Lionel Messi or Cristiano Ronaldo don't train for a month it would show in their game, that's the same mindset you should have as a CEO. With more experience you will get more confident and see better progress. Cheers to all the hustlers, I hail ooo! |

Politics / Don’t Expect Magic From APC –bauchi Governor by Novak(m): 10:05am On Mar 14, 2016 |
The Governor of Bauchi State, Mohammed Abubakar, has urged Nigerians not to expect magic from the All Progressives Congress. According to him, this is because it took the Peoples Democratic Party 16 years to create the mess the APC is trying to clean up. Abubakar said this in an interview in Abuja, on Saturday. He explained that it would be unfair to pass judgment on the APC which has spent less than 10 months in power. He said, “It is unfair for the APC government to be judged. People have forgotten that the PDP held sway for 16 years. Therefore, people should not expect magic from the APC. We are committed. You can see from the time we took over that even oil, which price has been dwindling, has started to rise due to the efforts of Mr. President. “So, people should not be impatient. People should give us at least 16 years and see if we would not remove the rot that the PDP had caused. It is unfair for Nigerians to judge us in eight or nine months. I am assuring Nigerians that the APC government at the centre is on course and all the APC governments in the states will deliver Insha Allah.” According to him, investigations so far carried out by a high- powered committee earlier set up by him, has in addition to recovering looted public property, also exposed 19,000 ghost workers. He explained that although the state government was not an investigating outfit, the people of the state deserved to know how their affairs were being managed. Abubakar said, “We are probing the last administration and a lot of revelations have so far been made. Right now, I have a high-powered committee that is investigating all contracts from 2007 to 2015. “This is after I set up a public property recovery committee under (the chairmanship of) a retired Air Commodore that has succeeded in recovering a lot of property that were earlier carted away.” The governor put the figure of ghost workers so far on the state’s payroll at 19,000. He said this was made possible after his administration insisted on the use of the Bank Verification Numbers to authenticate those on its payroll. http://www.punchng.com/dont-expect-magic-from-apc-bauchi-gov/ |
Religion / I’m Not About To Die, Malawi President Tells TB Joshua by Novak(m): 7:13am On Mar 14, 2016 |
President Peter Mutharika of Malawi Sunday attacked Nigeria’s Prophet TB Joshua over an alleged prediction that he would die before April 1, state television reported. “I’m told there is a man in Nigeria called Joshua and he is saying that Zimbabwe President Robert Mugabe and Peter Mutharika will die before April 1,” he said, referring to popular televangelist. “Let me tell you, Joshua… you will fail. What you did in 2012 will not happen again this year,” the president told a rally in the capital Lilongwe. In 2012, Joshua reportedly predicted the death of a president of an unnamed southern African country. Mutharika’s brother, Bingu, who was president at the time, did die within the predicted timeframe, giving the prophecy strong currency in Malawi. Mutharika did not say when or where Joshua made the latest prophesy. In January, Joshua reportedly gave a televised prophecy, telling his congregation to pray for the leaders in southern Africa, saying: “End of February to April this year, peculiar months for Southern Africa.” But Mutharika questioned Joshua’s credentials as a prophet, pointing to the collapse of a guesthouse in his sprawling Synagogue Church of All Nations (SCOAN) in Lagos in September 2014, which left 116 people dead, mostly South Africans. “Why did he not foretell this tragedy? “This all shows that he is a liar. He just wants to raise money,” said Mutharika, who is in his mid 70s, pledging to be around in 2019 for the next presidential elections, and in also 2024, when – if re-elected – he will wrap up his last term. Mutharika came to power in 2014 after defeating Joyce Banda. Banda, who succeeded Bingu Mutharika, made several visits to the Nigerian headquarters of Joshua’s church and once described the evangelist as her “spiritual father”. http://www.qed.ng/?p=23243#.VuZVtvkrLIU

Politics / Fuel Scarcity May Linger Till End Of March –NUPENG by Novak(m): 10:24am On Mar 12, 2016 |
The Nigeria Union of Petroleum and Natural Gas Workers (NUPENG) on Friday said the ongoing fuel scarcity in the country might linger till the end of March. The South-West chairman of the union, Tokunbo Korodo, made the disclosure in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Lagos. Mr. Korodo said that from all indications, loading of petrol at NNPC depots and private depots was slow. He said if there was no improvement in loading the product by next week, the situation might be worse. “The pace of loading of fuel at NNPC depots in Mosinmi and Ejigbo is very slow as most tankers drivers that wanted to load, left the depots with nothing. “Even at private depots where they sell above the ex-depot price, the pace of loading is very slow. “Presently, we need massive loading of petrol nationwide to get over the present scarcity. “I am imploring the government to improve on supply of fuel to all depots nationwide so that our tanker drivers can get the product and transport it to filling stations,” he said. Meanwhile, scarcity of petrol continued as queues of motorists persisted in few filling stations that were selling the product. http://www.qed.ng/?p=23162#.VuPdgfkrLIV

Romance / Eight Types Of Women You Don’t Want To Date by Novak(m): 4:38pm On Mar 10, 2016 |
Knowing the right woman to go out with is not as easy as picking a detergent to wash out your cloth stains. Nevertheless, there are some women men should not attempt to be with because the thought alone can drive one crazy. Here are eight types of such women. 1. The nag Although all women tend to nag at some point, there is a certain degree of nagging that should not be accepted. If she is always on your tail every second and she constantly pesters you over silly things, there is no guarantee that peace will ever reign in the relationship. 2. The clinger A clinger is your plus-one to everything. You don’t have to invite her, she is always there 24/7. She never wants to leave your sight and wants to be with you every time. While it is nice of your partner to always want to be by your side, the clinger takes it too far by suffocating you with her appearance. You will stop having your ‘guy-time’ and it suddenly becomes just you and her at all times. With a clinger, you have no chance of having a life of your own. 3. The Mrs. The Mrs. is a married woman. Being involved with another man’s wife is not only stressful; it can eventually lead to injury if the husband is the violent type. Instead of opting for a married woman get yourself a single lady. The problems are less. 4. The troublemaker Except you are willing to marry the troublesome ‘Abike’, a role played by Mercy Johnson in a Nollywood flick, stay away from a woman who always wants to pick a fight with anyone. A troublemaker will tell you she is a no-nonsense person, but in reality, she is just a noisemaker. 5. The spoilt brat The spoilt brat is the woman that thinks there is no wealth that can surpass hers. She tends not to appreciate anything you give her because she feels it is not enough. She has expensive taste and no one is good enough for her. 6. The emotional wreck The emotional wreck is an unstable woman who thinks every love story ends in tragedy because of her past experiences. She is the cry baby and always seems to get worried if she senses that she is drifting apart from you. Most emotionally unstable women are also suicidal because they can’t bear the thought of losing someone they love. 7. The gold digger Not all women with the desire to be comfortable are gold diggers. Gold diggers are women that stay with you simply because of your money. There is no love or infatuation, just the desire to spend your money as they deem fit. The only reason they put up with the charade of being with you is so that they can have access to your valuables. If you love being used as an ATM machine, then by all means rock and roll with this type of woman. 8. The dependent lady The dependent lady always appears so sweet at the beginning of a relationship. They are the type that lean on you and are always willing to share. They appear as the perfect woman until their constant need for help becomes too much. This type of woman does not want to do anything herself. She always needs the man to help out every time. Without someone to lean on, this type of lady is useless. http://www.qed.ng/?p=21960#.VuGSmH0rKt8 |
Sports / Retired Goalkeeper, Edwin Van Der Sar, Set For Surprise Return To Football by Novak(m): 4:25pm On Mar 10, 2016 |
Former Manchester United goalkeeper, Edwin Van der Sar, will be making a sensationally return to football, five years after quitting the game. Van der Sar, 45, ended a 31-year-old career in 2011 at Old Trafford – after a highly successful career which saw him make over 600 club appearances for Ajax, Juventus, Fulham and United. The Dutchman will be returning to the pitch for his boyhood side, VV Noordwijk, on Saturday afternoon – same club he started his career. Noordwijk is a fourth division Dutch side, founded in 1933, with an average spectator of 500. Regular goalkeeper, Mustafa Amezrine, sustained a knee injury during a recent match which has left the club short on options, and has led to the Van der Sar answering the call. Club director, Pieter Vink, revealed that the country’s most capped player has always stayed in contact with officials and his close relationship meant he was never going to turn down the opportunity. “Edwin still has a place in his heart for Noordwijk and is still here regularly,” Vink told reporters. “We asked him about his availability and after a moment’s reflection he accepted. We are happy that he wants to help us.” Van der Sar, behind Vitor Baias, is the second most decorated goalkeeper in history with two Champions League, eight domestic titles at Ajax and United, UEFA and Super Cups among others. http://www.qed.ng/?p=22963#.VuGR2n0rKt8 1 Like |

Jokes Etc / 7 Emoji’s Only Nigerians Will Understand by Novak(m): 1:56pm On Mar 09, 2016 |
It’s a fact that Nigeria needs its own set of emojis. Why, you might ask? In the hands of Nigerians, minor day incidents can turn to Oscar winning productions, let’s start from the basics. 1. Chai What it means: At its most basic, surprise or amazement. On the more complex end, it can be a 1 hour lecture from an elder relative after you ask for a simple advice. When to use it: Far more important is how to use it. Hands on your head, eyes wide open, dramatic body pose and make sure you really draw out that sound. The delivery is 90% of it. 2. Abeg What it means: Literally, I beg you. In practice, when someone is flattering you and you know most of the praise isn’t true. When to use it: Ideally use this gentle word to preface aggressive dismissals. Don’t forget to show the hand too. 3. Ghen Ghen What it means: Equivalent to a loud, clear DRUMROLL announcing a showdown! It’s about to go down! Often follows some kind of trouble or wahala situation. When to use it: Nigerians love an audience and you should use this call to alert ever-loitering rubberneckers and busybodies that some drama is about to play out. 4. All na wash What it means: All is an illusion. Some might call this “faking it until you make it.” In practice, when someone is trying to get a favour from you and flatters you in order to get your approval. When to use it: During election season, you can aptly describe and understand any politician’s behaviour through this simple phrase. 5. God forbid bad thing What it means: A call to the divine to save you from terrible things in life – from natural disasters to going out with Uncle Banji. When to use it: There’s no shortage of opportunity to invoke the Gods in Nigeria but if you’re bringing the Almighty into this, you should have a suitably grand gesture to go with it. The full move is as follows: twirl your hand – or hands! – Over your head in a circular motion. The number of rotations depends on the gravity of the situation. Minimum two whirls. Snap your fingers as you do this. Some people add a foot stamp for garnish. 6. The Nigerian Amen What it means: It does not mean a prayer has come to an end. When to use it: To give false hope that a 40-minute long prayer is coming to an end. Say “amen” then continue talking for at least another 10 minutes. Repeat at least three times. (Note it’s never just “amen” singular. Say amen at least three times, getting louder with each repeat.) Amen is also used to get favour. For example, say an office meeting opens with a prayer. Strive to say “amen” loudest to get approval points from the boss. 7. Story for the gods What it means: Either you’re humming the hit song by Olamidé or you’re dealing with someone who is a master at telling lies. When to use it: When dealing with people who are economical with the truth. If someone tells you “I dey church” but you know they’re really at Mama Ngozi’s beer parlour washing down catfish peppersoup with a fourth bottle of Harp, fire back at them: “Story for the Gods.”

Sports / Afghan Women Football Team Gets Hijab Jersey by Novak(m): 9:38am On Mar 09, 2016 |
Afghanistan national women football team has gotten a new jersey design in which a hijab is connected to the base of the team shirt. A hijab is a veil that covers the head and chest, particularly worn by some Muslim women beyond the age of puberty in the presence of adult males outside of their immediate family. It can further refer to any head, face, or body covering worn by Muslim women that conforms to a certain standard of modesty. The Asian nation becomes the first to adopt this modest form of dressing in football. Though optional, the new creation also includes leggings, which will make it easier for women to combine their soccer with their faith. “This jersey is the Afghani team uniform and I am proud to be a role model for thousands of young girls and women back home in Afghanistan,” said Khalida Popal, the team’s former captain. “It is very special to me. It is our identity.” The outfit was designed by Danish sportswear brand Hummel, the company that also makes the national team uniforms for Denmark and Lithuania. Playing football in Afghanistan can be dangerous for women, so many members of the national team live in Europe. “Football was not easy for us to play, especially in a male-dominated country,” Popal told The Associated Press. “It was not acceptable for women to play. Football is a man’s game.” When women are allowed to play in Afghanistan, they are usually required to wear a headscarf. But that often proves tricky with the cloth sometimes falling over the players’ eyes. “So we thought of this solution, the sports hijab that is part of the whole package we made for the Afghan Football Federation,” Hummel owner Christian Stadil said. “We wanted to make one that is cool and fashionable.” http://www.qed.ng/?p=22796#.Vt_gIn0rKt8

Politics / God Has Given Everything To Women -oshiomhole by Novak(m): 6:03pm On Mar 08, 2016 |
Governor Adams Oshiomhole of Edo State has called on more women to join the state’s gubernatorial race before the primaries in June, saying women must be bold to vie for political offices as men are unwilling to yield the ground to them on a platter of gold. Speaking Tuesday at a ceremony put together by his wife, Iara Oshiomhole, to celebrate the 2016 International Women’s Day, Oshiomhole said women have the numbers to win political offices and should leverage on the numbers. He said: “I am happy that a woman has stepped out for the governorship primaries and has printed forms. It is important that we don’t think that men will get to a point where they will be tired of domination and they will say, ‘you know, we have dominated you enough, you women, come and take power.’ It is never going to happen. The only way women will take power is not to wait for men to beg them to come; they have to stand their ground because in Edo State, two out of every three votes are cast by women. “It therefore means that women have the numbers, they have the patience and what it takes to contest and win elections. It is not about money. If it were about money, I wouldn’t have been able to contest and win. The first thing is your heart, your conviction and then your brain and God has given everything to women. “The former Head of Service, now the Chairman Civil Service Commission asked me who I will vote for in the forthcoming primaries in my party, now that we have, if I can quote her correctly, ‘the only female gubernatorial aspirant in the person of Lady Tina. And I said it is too early to stop counting, because the primaries will take place in the first week of June, so we still have some time. So I imagine that more women will join the race. “So, I want to urge you to take to heart the central message that you have listened to today, and also the central truth in that drama that in everything, women can do even better. Let’s make some investments in ensuring that our daughters go to school. “It is better that we don’t celebrate our birthdays so that we can celebrate the graduation of our daughters. I don’t have money is not an excuse. If you make up your mind that your children will go to school, God will help and empower you to make it a reality. We must train our children because that is the only insurance for the future. In today’s world, that is knowledge driven, it is not about ones strength that matters but the brain.” http://www.qed.ng/?p=22772#.Vt8FW30rKt8 |
Politics / FG Welcomes Swiss Offer, Attorney-general Signs Agreement With Switzerland by Novak(m): 5:22pm On Mar 08, 2016 |
The Federal Government has welcomed an offer of the Swiss government to return $321m stolen funds from Nigeria under the Abacha government, and is now developing a framework that will aid the repatriation of such stolen assets starched abroad by those who have looted from the country’s resources in the past. Vice President, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo, SAN, made this disclosure today at the Presidential Villa, Abuja during a meeting with a Swiss delegation led by the country’s Federal Councillor and Head of its Foreign Affairs Department, Mr. Didier Burkhalter and the Swiss Ambassador to Nigeria, Mr. Eric Mayoruz. “We guarantee that recovered assets would be put to uses for which they have been intended,” according to the Vice President who explained that the framework being developed would ensure exactly that. Prof. Osinbajo said the framework once finalized will be made available publicly, and it would cover the whole spectrum from the source of the stolen asset to how it would be managed once recovered. He said “the framework will guarantee that returned assets will be used in the interest of the people of this country.” Commending the Swiss government on its assistance in repatriating the country’s stolen assets, the Vice President said the federal government appreciates the Swiss government for their very laudable efforts, noting that the “Swiss has always been at the forefront of returning stolen assets and ensuring that the people of Nigeria gets the benefit.” Later the Attorney-General of the Federation and Justice Minister, Mr. Abubakar Malami, SAN, signed an agreement described as a "Letter of Intent" between the Swiss government and the Nigerian government on the restitution of illegally-acquired assets forfeited in Switzerland. Mr. Burkhalter signed the letter for the Swiss government. Under the agreement the Swiss government will award to Nigeria $321m “of funds illicitly acquired by the Abacha family, initially deposited in Luxembourg and confiscated by the Judiciary of the Republic and Canton of Geneva pursuant to a Forfeiture order dated 11th December 2014.” LAOLU AKANDE SENIOR SPECIAL ASSISTANT (MEDIA AND PUBLICITY) IN THE OFFICE OF THE VICE PRESIDENT MARCH 8, 2016. 1 Like |
Celebrities / D’banj, Banky W And Three Other Celebrity Bachelors Who Could Date Toke Makinwa by Novak(m): 3:25pm On Mar 08, 2016 |
Toke Makinwa is off the Maje Ayida train once more and it’s becoming harder to keep up with the relationship status of the OAP and her estranged fitness buff husband. The 31-year-old recently announces on Instagram that she’s single and in need of a guy. While not sure if she is just playing around or not, instead of diving into the past – Maje impregnating another woman, Toke calling it quits, both reuniting at Future Awards in 2015 – we look into the future to explore the possibility of Toke hooking up with an eligible bachelor. Here are five eligible bachelors we think could be compatible with the fashionista: 1. Banky W R&B star and label executive, Banky W, would be a good choice. Deemed successful, handsome and still looking for Mrs W, it would be a delight to see a picture of both on a double date with new couple and their jolly friends, Tunde Demuren and Toolz. 2. Bryan Okwara If Toke and former Mr Nigeria, Bryan Okwara, become an item, we can expect the cutest babies. Not to talk of the magnificent red carpet presence the pair will taunt us all with. Just think about it. 3. Lynxxx Lynxxx is on this list because we have noticed how sensitive he is when talking about women and relationships. He shares this with Toke and with that in mind, it wouldn’t be a bad idea for the two to get together. They can talk about relationships, life, men and women and maybe make marriage plans at some point. 4. D’banj It has come to our attention that D’banj goes for a certain type of lady and fortunately, Toke fits the bill. The pop star’s last rumoured girlfriend is the beautiful South African media personality, Bonang Matheba. Also fashionable, popular and one of the most respected OAPs in her country – Toke ticks the boxes. So we ask: What are they waiting for? 5. Uti Nwachukwu Like Toke, Big Brother Africa All Stars winner, Uti Nwachkwu, is all about self-love. Their Instagram pages share a certain degree of similarity. They both love sharing pictures in collages and have perfected the art of posing for the cameras. Simply put, it would be a picture perfect scenario if the duo walks down the aisle. http://www.qed.ng/?p=22602#.Vt7b8X0rKt8 |
