Politics / How Deborah Killers Where Set Free In Sokoto by Npfn: 5:42pm On May 18, 2023 |
Admin frontpage please After the force pRo released names of the arrested DEBORAH: Update on suspects arrested from the legal department Sokoto* The suspects: 1. Bilyaminu Aliyu 2. Aminu Hukunchi Who are also students of the college were arrested and arraigned on monday 16/05/2022 at *Chief Magistrate Court Gwiwa, Sokoto. He urged people to visit the court for further information not providing any picture evidence of the arrested. A twitter user has come out to debunk the news as false and also say that the killers of Deborah has been released back in to the society and was never charged for murder but instead for criminal conspiracy and inciting public disturbance and that the police officer inspector kahlid Musa in charge of the case never for one day visited the court for the case which prompted the magistrate to strike out the case and release the two only arrested. Hello @Princemoye1 , this report from The Insight detailed that Chief Magistrate Court I Gutwa, Sokoto, Chief Magistrate Shuaibu Ahmad, Esq set the suspects free in January 2023 due to the absence of the Police prosecution during the hearings. Why didn’t you add that? https://theinsight.com.ng/blasphemy-two-suspects-on-trial-for-deborah-samuels-murder-set-free/# Man of Letters. @Letter_to_Jack · 5h The reason they asked the court to strike out the case and discharge the defendants was because the prosecution was always absent. Prosecution did not even send any correspondence or any reason to the court to explain why they were absent on more than one occasion. Hours after the exposure the force pro has been very silent and quiet Pathetic. SaveNigeria # https://twitter.com/Letter_to_Jack/status/1659151132944416769 1 Like 1 Share
