1/2 education is really dangerous
Y speculate when d black box will reveal all details
V soon we will start hearing that the black box has been bombed

What happened to probe reports of Belview & Sosoliso crashes
V soon they will claim that Patience is with holding them
Many people are sick. We behave like women in labour
Once the pain is over we start planning for the nxt

Even the senate & her over sight functions----
How many times have they tried to confirm exactness in execution of regulatory authorities?
The president, they will claim, has caged them
They are already asking Oduah to step aside!
Politics / Re: Wole Soyinka Opposes UNILAG/MAU Renaming by nsiadi: 2:43pm On Jun 06, 2012
Not evr 1 is gifted with talking from both sides of d mouth. Follow Kobojunkies responses

Many people will be taunting that the sage is against this move
Which sage? Ibru was attacked for chaopioning Abiolas cause. What significant thing did Soyinka do?
Ranting isnt enough. Taking sides isnt enough. Let him dare & Boko will deal with him
Any way, like Unife that was renamed in spite of his protest Unilag will be renamed.
We are tired of being misled. Soyinka should dust his party & prepare for 2015.
Ditto for all those foul mouthed giants with clay feet. Voters are waiting

@ Kobojunkie
um . . . aren't you confusing issues here. Soyinka is not a politician and have never told you he is one or intends to run for office. He is simply a Nigeria with a right to speak out in favour or in opposition of issues as he sees fit.

nsiadi: @ Kobojunkie]
Soyinka formed DEMOCRATIC FRONT FOR PEOPLE FEDERATION
He didnt garner supporters to win even any councellorship seat
If you are still in doubt please Google is there to re-assure that

@ kobojunkieI know he did but that doesn't change anything. He is a civilian . . . he is not an elected leader in any capacity. He has never run for office or informed you that he intended at any point to do such.
Again. . . .

OBJ knows his game v well
He wants to lure Buhari
So that the votes from the North will be split
Thus paving way 4 a sole candidate from the South

Well the mans explanation shows him green.
Unless the journalist concerned has a rejoinder
If this man is fake he should have lost people flocking his place
Beside the hummer jeeps should have stopped coming
God gives talents. Different to different people
Some have healing gifts. Even if you dont believe dont pull people down. Please
Be aware---not every one that is afflicted gets healed. There are ingredients that must profess b4 healing

Politics / Re: Was M.K.O Abiola Truly A Martyr In The Interest Of The Masses?? by nsiadi: 7:15pm On May 31, 2012
Most wealthy people have dubious past. This doesnt necessarily mean that all wealthy people are dubious
Fela tried to x-ray Abiola. Abiola may have been a successful business man but he wasnt an astute politician
He chose a moslem as a vice. We didnt mind that. After all Idiagbon & Buhari were both moslems
A coup financier should be regarded as an abbe ration. He derided the Igbos. Nobody does that & gets free from scars
His presidency could have fed back some of things he took from us. It may not have prevented him from taking more any way
But he did not deserve the way he died. His death, however, threw the doors open for non Northerners to have a peep!
Politics / Re: President Jonathan's Democracy Day Broadcast: What Do You Make Of It? by nsiadi: 11:03pm On May 30, 2012
Seems some people can't recognise diamond when they are near it. If u have a randy neighbour its easier to relocate than try cutting d guys man hood. The changes @ d ports are great. Its unfortunate if u won't give credit to this administration. May be u are waiting till they hit 48 Hour clearing time.

Politics / Re: President Jonathan's Democracy Day Broadcast: What Do You Make Of It? by nsiadi: 8:10pm On May 29, 2012
Most people have been caught gasping
For those of us who have been asking what GEJ is up to---u have been served hot

These things were accomplished within one year. By this time next year more is expected as he is gaining speed
Some dont understand what he meant by "Reduction of avenues for corruption"
Graphically put : we know for germination to take place there must be a healthy seed, warmth & moisture
If any of these is lacking germination wont take place
In the same vein things like
(a) Reducing agencies @ Port from 14 to 7
(B) Removing Fuel subsidy
(c) Removing fertilizer handling from political farmers
(d) Breathing fresh air into rail & inland waterway systems
(e) Empowering women & Youths
etc
These measures are knockouts on hangers-on that swindle us
And these people who are being displaced are using all arsenals to discredit him
But they are failing woefully
Did any one hear of any bomb blast today? We are not yet in June--mind you
Politics / Re: Is Jonathan's Administration Making Progress??? by nsiadi: 3:38pm On May 29, 2012
The beauty of democracy is unlimited
It allows some people to rule, some to complain, some to protest, some to agitate
Unfortunately some people who invoke baboons, tortoise, & dogs have forgotten that the man in charge read Zoology
He can take care of all--domestic, wild & cross breeds.

Politics / Re: Democracy Day, Jonathan 1st year, How Is Power Supply In Your Area? by nsiadi: 9:40am On May 29, 2012
My area is fairly ok. We have power up to 20 Hrs daily. It stays even during peak periods
I believe it keeps improving when the mess on the ground is cleared
The mess? A lot ---mostly man made
These are being addressed. Examples gas supply, diversification of sources, even ghosts working @ PHCN are being unmasked!

Politics / Re: Lawmakers Reject Jonathan’s Cassava Bread by nsiadi: 5:26pm On May 25, 2012
Our law makers are not objective
They never were. They are looking for every opportunity to rake in money
Its possible some foreign wheat marketing company has settled them
Apart from this they see the presidency, now, as having aradite hand
They arent hapi their allowance is being cut.
They prefer to arm twist so that Ghana-must-go will re surge

Even though Enugu isnt an oil producing state the pace of development , since Chime came on board, is v laudable
He works & keeps working. I wish he will find little time to allow the press know of his achievements
If we are looking for the governor who has achieved most with little resources Chime has no rival
The quality of work is superb---all without exception. The fellow who succeeds him is blessed---going to rest!

People who were bruised by ongoing reforms in the petroleum sector are numerous
And they are v powerful & influential.

Their last weapon is to insist on DAMs removal. They can have their say but definitely not their way
The full stories are there---simply sieve through and make educated unbiased judgement.
People expect her to be in rags in order to conclude their monies are not being used for her clothing.
They have tried several other ways to portray her in bad light. None has struck & they are fuming with rage.
What she has accomplished within the short time she has been there is close to combined efforts of other people who have been there b4. Are you having any doubt that is not based on prejudice ?

Declaration being sought is just the 1st in a series of steps
Those pushing want to remain proactive. Protection of lives nd properties is their paramount objective.
Getting there will definitely herald some unpleasant challenges. Doesnt the end justify the means?

Tx 4 the pep. Its necessary, @times, to take some people to the cleaners
We must be allowed to celebrate our own especially when they are jewels
We will all be better off if we stop under rating others. You never know who has the capacity to hold on

U avoid reacting to key issues. U react to selectives
Others will like to know your opinion on Isa Hayatu & Adamu who served on FIFA committee on our behalf
Do u know that that one of the new rules of the CAF committee is "No one wins if he isnt physically present @ d ceremony" Doubt it?
These are the people who dish out what you want to believe. Try to distinguish bw Politics & realities
The group that selected Achebe that we are discussing now dont have ilks of Isa Hayotu & Adamu. Do they? Be direct
Literature / Re: Achebe's Things Fall Apart Named One Of 50 Most Influential Books by nsiadi: 1:20am On May 22, 2012
Objective?-Name those East Africans you have in mind. Have them recommended!
Objective?-Who stands a better chance to know Africa`s footballer of the year? Is it acclaimed BBC or likes of Isa Hayotu with itching palms?
Most of us know the windy routes which monies straighten. Still in doubt?
Hope we are not deviating---y are they talking of goal line technologies? To eliminate crooked refereeing manipulations!

Soccer is quite distinct from literature
Luck plays heightened part in soccer
That Chelsea won the CL doesnt necessarily mean that Bayern didnt outclass them
No one perfects the art of scoring penalties. World`s great footballers miss penalties
Messi, Ronaldo, Rooney nd even Drogba missed. Literary art is different

Snobbery, @ times, speaks as loudly as dignified/well applied silence
Achebe comes out smoking each time he snobs in order to correct
What else do you need from the sage? Grow-up & denounce ill tendencies
