Which address did you send the document in the UK?

Regarding acknowledgment from UKBA they are terrible at that, you may not get the acknowledgement from them for weeks.

Tls contact Uk settlement scanning Hub
Exhibition house,suite 18, ground floor
Addison bridge pl,London w14 8xp

That was the address i was given from the application center in ikeja to send the documents too..
I sent since 11th of dec and i have a confirmation it was received and signed for through Dhl

Gdday house.
Please i need assistance on my application.

I submitted last month but i forgot to take my original Tb and english test certificate with me. Though i have the copies submitted along with my supporting documents..

I posted the supporting documents through Dhl from nigeria to the assisted scanning hub in Uk. I havn't received an email if my document was received but i tracked it online and saw it was delivered and signed by someone there.
I only received an email that was application is with the decision officer.

Please, is there anything that can be done for the errors i made?

Sorry for late reply.

Your sponsor will submit the application online and make all the payments then book the appointment for you to attend, he will print out the application form and email it to you to take along for the appointment, the applicant will go with passport and appointment booking confirmation slip

Thanks!

You don't need to go to your network provider, you can get your call log online if you are registered with your network online or you do the screenshots

You can import your whatsapp chat and send it to yourself as an email or print it out, just google how to import whatsapp chat in ..the type of smart phone you use.

Oh my days, look at God! I'm so very happy for you, I'm just so thankful that God continues to administer justice....11 weeks....wow, God is good! It was probably that last document you sent, they just realised that there truly was no reason why they should continue to maintain their refusal.

Enjoy every minute of this victory. God has the same victory in store for those who are waiting....He will do it again

Hello Vo. I applied for us visa with my 1st child last year nd was denied. I applied then has my husband was then my live in partner but we are married now...the issue hs when my hubby applied then from England when he was still married to his ex wife buh they were in the midst of divorce when he gave his support document to me.the case worker then ask about the wife and i told her they were in the midst of divorce and even showed her the letter from court but she refused us.....months after the divorce was finally granted nd marriage dissolved so my husband email the Us embassy about t and they replied him that we should reaaply nd adress that to the case worker.....Now we have another child and legally married what are our chances of gettting the visa since they wont allow my husband in with us cause he has a british passport

If your marriage is genuine and you can prove that then you stand a chance of getting spouse visa even with the ban though they can still drag you around a bit by refusing and you end up in immigration tribunal.

It's important that you pay attention to a very small detail about the requirement leaving no room for refusal.
tnk you justwise..my marriage is genuine and i can prove it..i'l try my luck since there's still chance that my Visa can be approved
Travel / Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 2 by NuNu08(f): 7:21am On Sep 16, 2014
Vicjustice: First of all, you need to prove that your marriage is one that is credible and that it's sustained (having a child does not represent a sustainable marriage): you need to satisfy the authority that you are not trying to by-pass the ban with your marriage.
Secondly, your ban remains, therefore, you are short of every right that should be given a spouse of a UK citizen: so, your wife needs to contact a solicitor and use her rights to plead your exclusion case.
tnxx for d advice..i'l do just that
