nice competition this season, I was really slow out of the blocks and slowly became the punching bag of the league, but the Victors recovered slowly and made an assault on all comers in the final weeks. Next season is going to be bloody wonderful with the Victors back at full strength, be afraid!!!!

The h2h code, is limited to 20 per each league. FPL stops the number of entrees for private head to head leagues to 20 .

I am starting to hate this year's Fpl. No consistency and wildly depressing. Don't even know how I am top of the group now.

The fpl Season is still too young just ask the people that led for twenty plus weeks last season but when the real deal started they faded badly. Some were even forming professors then and giving us tutorials.

Thank God for another good Gw... Initially looked like Sanchez would mess me up but he justified his captaincy. Now looking forward to the next Gw with renewed optimism and hoping that my patch of poor form is over.

I guess almost all the Ninjas in this forum had Austin so my search for differentials continues... I just hope that i get enough green arrows to climb a few spots from my 86th position on the league. Btw hats off to Dare the king of differentials.

At the rate i am falling in the nairaland league and fpl in general, i'd either find oil or the Devil. My Victors have been so disappointing and the more i try to manage the team the worse they perform.

Abeg them never give out bonus points so no need to be gloating..., Moreover Costa also scored and should get at least one bonus point too.

This GW is very strange and the average scores should be really poor.

I didn't know i was selected to give a lecture by the honorable nairaland fantasy group having just logged on after such a long week.

I don't have particularly wonderful tactics as evidenced by my humiliation at the hands of average on gw4. Its also surprising to see the amount of effort being put in by HRH Intelligesia and Gbogan fc.

the above not withstanding i still hope to keep doing very well and climbing the table until i get to the pinnacle of the nairaland table. My rules evolve over game weeks and can be crystallized into the following:

1) Make sure to keep up to date with the injury news of your players as that may determine the transfer(s) I make.

2) I decide my captain at the last possible moment and is usually high output players like Di Maria who is sure of assists every game and Costa that always scores goals.

3) Cleansheets are also not my forte as my defenders barely bring in points per week. Defense is actually my weak spot, so i look for goal scoring defenders who will boost their points total that way like Ivanovic.

4) Final rule is never make more than 1 transfer unless absolutely necessary. Those players you are looking at as the solution to all your problems may have a rotten game week and cost you a whole lot including your H2H matchup as Indian Oligarch found out last week.

In summary FPL is a very interesting game but very unpredictable and requires lots of luck, so may the lucky ones win.

Nwikys Victors slowly but surely creeping up the table. Also beat my H2H opponent the great Indian Oligarch by 53-52 pts. HE could have won but he made an extra transfer and dropped 4 pts from 56-52. one of the best game weeks ever...
