As a phd applicant you sholud have a higher chance of visa approval.. You need to address the basis of rejection one after the other. 1.Insufficient fund..read the detailed requirement for finance. The 7000 Euros requirement either in bond or ur in account and well explained.... 2. Ur uk immigration evidence shd be evident in your passport.. though I dont really get that. 3. Pls write an application letter stating your reason for applying for phd, choosing the school and why Ireland. and another letter of undertaking stating the 3 undertaking statements....hope this helps otherwise you contact for more GoodieAk: |

Hello Kingsley, I want to assume the name on your passport is thesame as on your credentials. But your birth certificate its different. You only need to support that with a sworn affidavit. You lucky you and your sponsor shared thesame last name. I submit... quote author=Rap101 post=94385852]Good evening everyone. I am Kingsley. A friend of mine recommended that I sign up here to get ideas on how to solve an issue bordering on some irregularities in my name as appeared on my birth certificate. At birth, my birth certificate bears CHINEDUM UKACHUKWU ABBAH. But my WAEC certificate bears a different name though similar as my name since then has been CHINEDU KINGSLEY ABAH which appears on all my certificates. The KINGSLEY is my English name so I am no longer using UKACHUKWU as its my tribal name. The issue here is that my brother that wants to sponsor me is bearing KENNEDY EMEKA ABBAH. Wouldn't this difference in surname cause issues for me? Please what can I do to solve this issue before submitting my application?
|

How many years program did you applied? If it's over a year I think you need more than that. and did you have a sponsor that can conveniently sponsor you for subsequent years. quote author=Nelse post=94360353]I received a refusal letter last week from the embassy. the reasons for refusal are (1) insufficient fund when I showed 3516000 naira in my account after paying full one year tuition fees(2) Need to undertake the course in this state not demonstrated or warranted( i don't understand this). please how do I solve this..
|

Adekemiejiro: 2 means your employment details.. this is certified through your employment letter, payslip or promotion letter. Or I'd you are into business show your business details 3 is sponsors details. Account statement showing enough financial capability, employment details and letter os sponsorship. |

First mistake was that you were not allowed to go at 16 because if you can adapt to the Nigerian system you can adapt to any foreign system. Having said that, now that you have started higher education I Nigeria. This is the question you have must be prepared for. Why are you not completing your first degree in Nigeria. You can only escape this by not stating that you have started university education at all...Just start afresh or better still complete your first degree in Nigeria and go for masters abroad...my piece Theblink123: 2 Likes |

BabajhideySammy: I think your sponsors account is just an added advantage since you are going for the edubond, but your sponsor should be able to show that he can cater for your living expense for subsequent years of your programme, so I think having any amount more than 7000 euro isnt bad.... |
