May I know if anyone has gotten a feedback, those of us scheduled for an emergency appointment for Nov 13, and later got an email to pick June 19, 2021 to fill an emergency appointment on the portal..

I did accordingly to the instructions in the mail and yet no feedback from them.

What can I do??

Good morning chief, the procedure are attached to the email. I got the same email yesterday as well. After you pick the June 19th, by your left hand side, you will see request emergency date then you will be directed to fill your tentative travel date, why you want the emergency and you attach the copy of the email that was sent to you to the box asking you to upload documents and that's it.

I already had a date for December. I just proceeded in booking for an emergency. I thought of rescheduling to the June 2021 date, but it was not available.

How did you proceed with requesting an expedited date?

Same here. The date isn't active, what I did was to proceed with requesting for emergency and following the instructions in the mail I.e uploading a copy of the mail in attachments.

So i had to defer my admission from Fall 2020 to spring 2021 having paid the SERVIS FEE already.I am on the process of getting the new I-20

I have 3 questions

1) How can I transfer my servis fee to new I-20
2)Will a softcpoy I-20 suffice for the visa interview
3)How do I go about getting an emergency visa appointment

You would need to create an account with WES

Once you have your reference number, you will then send an email to CIMA to send your transcript and letter of good standing to WES. Make sure you quote your reference number. Also state you would be opting for courier service to pick up at their office for final delivery to WES. I used DHL UK and paid using PayPal.

Your certificate would not be ready until after 6 to 8 weeks because it is usually delivered to the Lagos office in batches.You might be lucky, you might not need to wait till that time.

Make sure you send your certificate via hellofax once received as your evaluation with WES will not be completed without it.

No wahala. Just sent it to you. It's a zipped folder so you gotta extract the files on a computer. It will not open on a phone.
To extract, right click on the folder, click on extract files, select destination folder finally click okay.
