It is better these pple are left alone because if 20million pple of SS should vote for a no on Biafra we might never get a Biafra.
Why do I say so? u do not assume that our 20million brothers outside the shores of Igboland wud want a Biafra too because of their Nigerian based property and benefits.

I wud advice that 2 referendums are held.

1) One shd be for the South Eastern states only if they want Biafra.
2) If the ist referendum comes out in favour for a Biafran state made up of only the 5 South Eastern states, the 2nd shd be for the SS region if they want to join Biafra or remain with Nigeria.

In honour of those who wished to have been Biafrans but who lost their lives during the war from other Biafran non South Eastern states i.e those states in the SS voting in the 2nd referendum (including SS Igbo territories already in them n which should be treated as special cases) those that want to join Biafra wud be joined to her while those other states whose majority say no that they do not want to join Biafra thru the 2nd referendum will be annexed back to Nigeria.

Anything short of this will always lead to future crises and suspicions within the newly formed Biafran state or an everlasting battle between the countries of Biafra and Nigeria, just like that between Israel and its neighbours.

That Biafra has 'silent supporters' is to state the obvious. If anything happens that a referendum or Biafra was declared, the whole world will be shocked as to the level of the suppressed dreams of the people of Nigeria.

For the Igala and Idoma...just forget it, they're in the Biafra column already.

Even the new King of Igalaland, Dr. Michael Idakwo stated clearly in 2013 that Igalaland belonged to the old Onitsha province and he's looking forward to a day they'll return home. Imagine that.

Biafra agitation has a lot of hidden surprises to those who understands history and ethnography.
