As a Kenyan and true patriot, I must say I am exceedingly happy to learn that the Kenyan spirit of unfazed resistance to dictators is well and truly alive among our next generation. You have no idea what this means to me who lived under the Moi dictatorship!! This is pure gold to me!!! Because it means tyrants will never rise in Kenya again!!! And if they do they will be toppled before their satanic tentacles engulf everyone as Moi did for 24 years. The youths of 2024 are singing the same song we sang as youths in 2002 when we swept KANU and Moi the original tyrant out of power. 22 years apart, same same vigor! Btw, this song is etched in memory as Kenya's song of revolution. UNBWOGABLE which means unmoved, unfazed, or unscared. If Kenyans sing this song to you, just know you're going down. You have no choice. Who are you? What are you? What the hell do you think you are? Those are the actual lyrics to this revolutionary song that inspires real resistance fervor. Moi offered 10 million to the creators of this song in 2002 to turn it into a political slogan praising him and Kanu, the artists declined and instead accepted a paltry 800k from the opposition then led by Kibaki and Raila. The song went on to send Moi and his stolen billions home and earned the artists the GOAT status.

Couldn't find the actual campaign song which was actually more goated than the original!

I really don't like typing long, but I will be quick sha. You are really sounding like a politician or someone who is on the payroll of this present administration. It's very stupid and disrespectful of you to say, insecurity has reduced significantly, And I mean book haram, bandits, kidnapping and herdsmen attacks has been reduced to a record low. This shows that is either you are on the payroll of the government, and you will say anything to defend them, or you are not informed, and chooses to be ignorant to what's happening in the country. Not everybody that speaks about the evil of the government is against the country, we have to speak because it affects us in one way or the other. On the road infrastructure, you are not a frequent traveller, and I can bet you hardly knows of any Nigerian roads. You are the type that relies on news to tell you how roads are being constructed left right center, mine while nothing as such is going on. Few roads are being constructed, I agree, but not the way you are putting it. The only thing you could have told me is that, the government is still just 1 year in office, and I could have just kept my peace.
You said it's to early to have a full accessment on healthcare, the price of medical drugs and other medical equipments has gone up X4 of it's actual price, since this present administration came in. A wise government, can't just come in and remove fuel subsidy, health subsidy, electricity subsidy, education subsidy and any other subsidies all at once and claim is saving the economy. You came in when the economy was ranked 1st in Africa, now we are 4th in Africa. A government who is asking you to tighting your belts and be patients with the government, is spending 21 billion, to renovate a structure. Increased lawmakers salaries by almost 300%, yet, can't increase civil servants salaries. You have it, doesn't mean that all Nigerians have it. It's even a big security threat to you, to have it, while majority peoples around you don't. And that is the reason why kidnapping and arm robberies has been on the increase.

If the bolded is what is happening in Nigeria then that is the same situation Kenya is in. You'll notice the politicians will tell you all to tighten your belts but increase their salaries to cushion themselves from the tough economic times. These are the kinds of things Kenyans are completely fed up with. Like why cant you politicians also tighten your belts as we do TOO? Are you God? Instead they are making their lives more lavish as you all go down the toilet and laughing at you while at it. Some blatant politicians were telling kenyans that they are serving their master Ruto (those are the actual words they used, Master Ruto) and not us because Ruto installed them in power as MPs and not the voters. That was when they were voting for the financial bill. That was easily the most triggering statement Kenyans had woken up to in this debate. Its possibly responsible for half of the anger Kenyans have. Nigga, you didnt tell us when you became a master. We elected a president. When a third of the country's budget goes to your pocket you can afford to buy anyone and convince yourself and even educated leaders that you are a god. One of Ruto's female governors actually warned Ruto and his party just a few days before last week that soon they will feel the vengeance of angry Kenyans. They thought she was joking but the woman clearly was in touch with the ground.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XLlcjYvBqgA

We've had the same exact issues here too where school fees have quadrupled, doctors go on strike and are threatened with firing, they have built nothing despite borrowing trillions in 22 months, they used some of that money to pay loans but no one knows where the rest went, they increased our taxes last year and said its because of the loans (which they have paid already!), they have killed the national health insurance fund, they wanted to increase the price of oil to raise money for road repairs, we've always had roads repaired without such new charges, every member of Ruto's govt was positioning themselves to eat, but STILL, even as cash strapped as they claim the country is, they can still afford to allocate billions to offices occupied by a few guys to an extent that has never happened in history, they are buying choppers and apartments in Dubai and London left right and center, they are walking around in money bags , Ruto went to the US using a private jet chartered from the UAE at 200 M kenyan shillings, that is 2.4 Billion Naira for a single trip and when asked why he used such an exobirtantly expensive plane instead of the presidential jet or Kenya Airways he arrogantly told the foolish Kenyans that KQ would have been way more expensive!!! You can imagine. Vomiting on your shoes every day and treating you like mad men in a mental asylum. He had actually convinced himself that he's beyond reproach and Kenyans are just fools because he is their president. If this happens in Nigeria I would not be shocked to see Nigerians uniting in one voice. All you need is spectacularly bad leadership.

That's why I said we don't have 'one voice' in this country? Because Nobody cares. Tribalism is also the main problem.

Man there are some things a leader can do that can turn all you guys into a networked computer. If you'd told me two weeks ago that all Kenyans would agree on anything political I'd not have believed you. We were tribal as fvck. Its very possible under the right circumstances. It has taken having the worst possible leadership for people to realize how meaningless tribe and religion is. Some things happen for a reason man. Ruto had to be elected for Kenyans to have brains. Going forward we are going to have so many tribeless individuals and there will be so many non-believers too because the church was in bed with the govt for two years just eating our money.

An officer deployed to quel protests found his brother among the three people shot dead outside parliament, stripped down his own uniform and resigned on the spot as a police officer. Dude probably shot his own bro. This whole thing is jinxed for Ruto. On the first day of the demos last week an officer's both hands were blown off by a teargas cannister. It actually seems like the teargas being used are substandard beause we have never had so many cases of teargas canisters injuring officers. The incompetent cult lord probably ate the money meant for teargas too. Some police officers openly carried placards denouncing the bill and the Ruto. Others arrested and released protestors on the spot. Its getting to a point even the police will refuse to obey orders. On Thursday Ruto will be hunted down like a mongoose on the lush gardens of statehouse if he signs that bill.

In other even more fantastic news, as MPigs were being evacuated from parliament in ambulances disguised as injured victims, Gen Zees became suspicious and stopped one ambulance and demanded to see who exactly was inside. Who else was inside except Mpigs who voted Yes to the bill. They received a thorough whooping from the mob, to say the least.

Then the slogan that carried the day came from non-other than Gen Zees from Ruto's fellow Kalenjin people who told him in no uncertain terms: WE ARE NOT LIKE OUR ANCESTORS, WE WILL FVCVK YOU UP!! grin grin grin grin

RIP can expound on that but I think it refers to how young generations in his community were expected to show respect to the elders even when it was not warranted.

That’s because not everybody on a civilian basis be it individual or group is equal. Some indolent, the failing, some scraping by, most vibing, some succeeding, some Excelling. There isn’t a one voice because the Nigerian experience has a much wider spectrum than say Kenya or Mali.

The indolent just want everybody and everything to burn so they can scavenge the ashes or install there own corrupt system to benefit there own group.
[Anarchist Revolutionist/Coup]

The failing who find themselves struggling to escape the bottom weather it be from there own inadequacy or unfortunate circumstances in the unforgiving atmosphere of a developing nation-state where opportunities can be scarce at times.
[Hard Revolutionist/Coup]

The Scrapers who are one step above the failing who only make ends meet(scrape by) and struggle with advancing further do to said circumstances.
[Soft Revolutionist/Hard Reformist]

The Vibers aka the middle grown or the local middle class. There generally somewhat of if not totally secure both lower & upper. They have prospects of going up in the ladder; but also know a bad move can throw them off. They prefer not to risk rocking the boat to much.
[Hard-Reformist]

The Succeeding who are able to harness there skills and secure opportunities; are usually always climbing the latter with a positive outlook for the future. Like Vibers they prefer not to rock the boat to much and risk compromising there growth if at all.
[Soft-Reformist]

The Excellers these are the rocketeers of Nigerian society; on there way to becoming extremely wealthy and influential if they aren’t already are. Like anybody these people could have have achieved their place through birthright, nefarious actions, or honest hard work. These people want little if anything to change “fundamentally” because it’s working out for them.
[Soft-Reformist/No Change]

As said before there is no “One Voice” for Nigeria and likely never will in the foreseeable future because the Naija experience & retrospective is far to nigh equally broad with no class or group having the upper hand.

The average Nigerian is more interested in restructuring/reforms. Anyone who attempts extreme measures or holds zero urgency will never have a platform to get off the ground which is honestly for the better.

Its just that at the moment Tinubu is wise enough to not vomit on your shoes. The moment Nigeria gets a leader whose appetite for wealth is too high you will have the biggest revolution ever seen.

It will happen in one of the following two ways.

1. Ruto will honorably step down following laid down constitutional means.
2. Ruto will drop the finance bill entirely and call all Kenyans to the table after which a roadmap will be established.

If your very own people reject you to the last man and the entire country rejects you to the last man, you have to be incompetent beyond comprehension. There are towns that have never been known to protest where the residents woke at 4 am to protest. And in typical African tin pot dictator fashion, Ruto will now want to fight the entire country alone despite all advise. He will even want help from the Americans as their puppet. Then in the end he will end up like a dog in a ditch. No one wants his black ass here. Its way past the talking stage. Kenyans told him for over a month to drop the bill but since he and his cronies were the biggest beneficiaries he decided to bulldoze it through parliament by giving each MP 2 million shs to vote yes. His office alone was getting billions, He even created non existent offices for his wife (office of the spouse of the president), the deputy president's office (office of the spouse of the dp), the prime cabinet secretaries spouse's office etc as conduits for corruption and funded them in every budget with hundreds of billions each year. Kenyans told the idiots such offices are unconstitutional and should not exist in the first place let alone be funded. But the nigga, in typical dictator fashion told kenyans its not their business. So an idiot like Ruto has a salary, receives money for his office to the tune of billions each budget, also receives money through his wife's office to the tune of billions. Then the niggas walk around in titanium watches, shoes, belts, and cadillacs each worth millions. They dont even have any moral bearing. They cant even hide such wanton theft from the eyes of the common man. In the last one year Ruto spent 1 Billion Kenya shillings just for furniture in statehouse. That is 7,751,937.90 United States Dollars in one year just to buy sofa sets that no one even needed. Well, ofcourse no sofa set was bought, the nigga pocketed all that money but budgeted it. Kenyans want a complete end to budgeted corruption. As much as 1/3 of this year's proposed budget of 4 Trillion Kshs was going to budgeted corruption like such. That is a whooping 8 billion USD going into Ruto's and his chronies' pockets. And we cannot question because we are his willing slaves. Nigga please. Its now way past the talking stage. He and his loyal servants the MPs can vacate the country or retire honorably and let Kenyans chart a new course devoid of such wanton theft. Even Uhuru at his worst was never this bad. Uhuru borrowed 6 Trillion kshs in 10 years and build infrastructure we can all see, from the expressway to the new SGR to Lamu Port to highways in every corner of the country. Ruto, the lord of poverty, in one year and 10 months that he has been in office has borrowed a whooping 5.2 trillion and NO ONE in Kenya can tell you what he has done. He has built no road or anything else. Instead he has reversed free education and made univerisity fess tripple because the govt 'no longer can afford'. Maternity care that used to be free he has been reversed, hospitals no longer have medicine because money has been eaten. And on top of that he wants Kenyans to pay more taxes, including for getting cancer treatment. He must be so diabolical. If I gave a complete list of Kenyans' bewilderment at this maniac's decisions you will shudder. In the next weeks if he doesnt resign he will be dragged through the streets like a dog.

Ruto's sheer incompetence has brought on a tsunami of demos across the country from the north in Turkana, Mandera, Wajir to the South, from the West in Kisumu to the East in Lamu and Mombasa. Thats what happens when you decide that you are above your fellow citizens and a third of the national budget is private property that no one should question. Then use the 1 trillion to buy the entire opposition and all parliamentarians to pass draconian laws aimed at impoverishing the masses for them to become more controllable. The entire parliament has been ransackked, MPigs chased away for collaborating with the grand thief. I wonder where the likes of RIP and Kikuyu1 are now. They must be crying in shame. We begin the week that Sir Alex Ferguson would have called "squeaky bum time". By all assessments, the man who took the oath to guard the sovereignty of the nation, William Ruto, obviously appears clueless about how to handle young revolutionaries who have gathered enough steam to bring down the government.

But first, let us be clear that as long as the Finance Bill 2024 remains the bone of contention between the citizens and the National Assembly, you cannot engage in this conversation without celebrating the 115 MPs, real heroes, who stood up and voted NO! The media and the demonstrators may ignore this fact, but history is a tool for posterity, and it will always record that 115 legislators stood with Kenyans at their most difficult hour.

Anyway, back to the demos. There is a clear pattern that these things usually take. A demonstration by a certain demographic starts, then it drags other sections of the population and becomes a popular uprising. The uprising leads to a breakdown of law and order that the police are unable to tame. Unpopular regimes declare a state of emergency at this point, but often, a united population makes this irrelevant, so the last institution of state sovereignty usually steps in; the military. Now, militaries hardly shoot civilians. In fact, when militaries hit the streets as a last resort, they allow demonstrating populations to climb up their tanks and wave flags some more. By this time, the government will have fled into exile or resigned honorably. In the case of the Kenyan military, the current makeup is so balanced that no one tribe can bring its agenda to the streets.

What options are available for Ruto?

1. Withdraw the Finance Bill 2024 and seek emergency legislative and legal measures to appropriate the 2024-25 budget in the interim.

2. Sack the entire cabinet and top civil service, then go on TV and acknowledge that mistakes have been made but you now seek a fresh start and a more representative, more responsive government. This buys time while giving the youths something to bite.

3. Resign and ask parliament to fast track the process of constituting the IEBC, then call fresh elections.

The problem for Ruto is that because of the way he bulldozed the Housing Levy, and the manner in which his tribesmen are perceived to be looting the nation and wearing titanium watches, any promises he makes will mean nothing. He lost the goodwill. He has run the government like a roadside chicken kiosk, and it is coming back to bite him. The second problem is that as with all revolutions, the actors will have a raging appetite for more conquests the greater their power grows. They won't stop at the Finance Bill. They will want him out. They are tribeless and very very many. Besides, you can't shoot ten kids before Joe Biden himself asks you to step down, as Obama boldly told Hosni Mubarak.

Overall, I wonder where the National Intelligence Service went to sleep as all this was happening. You cannot combine a tiff with Gachagua and/or Kikuyus, with a national uprising. Ruto is in deep trouble. And there is little sympathy for him anywhere, the incompetent cult lord!

Just for context how the idiots run govt. You steal billions from the govt then dash around distributing breadcrumbs every weekend in events attended by poor uneducated villagers whose money you have stolen. You should have built roads, electricity, schools, general infrastructure to make their life worthwhile but you stole the money. Then tell people to pay more taxes so that you can loot more and turn yourself into cult personalities. Won't fly in Kenya. We ended this in the 2002 revolution that swept Moi and his cronies from power. We are doing the same with Ruto in 2024.

In this video an illiterate leader is egoistically donating millions of stolen money as villagers clap. This illiterate man is among the top closest confidants of Ruto. Ruto surrounds himself with such low IQ people because they lack the moral compass or brain capacity to question theft. Their reasoning is still stuck in the 90s. Look at the stone age photo below. People who think they can impress woke people with such cheap stunts as carrying mountains of money around in cash bags. Who in the modern world runs the govt like that except the mafia? You can imagine splashing money like that each weekend and telling citizens to tighten their seatbelts and pay more taxes. That kind of irony is lost only to such people, not the common man.

These are just a few of the things the majority are collectively MAD (not angry) about. Just wait for next week's revolution. Our future generations will say that Kenya gained independence in 2024 and the liberation was led by Gen Zees, tech savvy, educated, uncompromised, tribeless, nationalists. This time around politicians are trying to retreat to tribal cuccoons but are being told to shut the F UP. Church leaders are being told not to dare invite politicians to the pulpit or else their churches will become museums.

Btw, the guy you saw up there donating 20 million as villagers clapped was shut down by a priest the next time he was in a church function and told to sit down. The clergy have finally realized their BS will earn them the wrath of the people who really matter.

These are churches that have been swallowing stolen billions from Ruto now finally realizing the disaster it has brought them. Billions that were meant for floods, natural disaster preparedness, free maternity care, health, education etc. Anyone who tells you about IMF is just lying to you to give themself more time to loot. Dont buy that BS.

This is the same thing going on in Argentina and Nigeria as well. The government's are trying to cut down on what they spend paying back debts by strangling the masses. Subsidies were cut in Kenya, Nigeria and Argentina.

In Argentina, as the youths protested outside the parliament building, the parliamentarians inside the building passed the wicked bills submitted by the president.

Things are crazily expensive in Nigeria right now, especially food. The same thing is happening in Kenya. I heard your president is proposing adding a 16% tax to bread prices.

All this economic moves against the masses are imf stipulations to get poor beggarly countries to balance their books. The curious thing is that the politicians are not cutting down on their own corruption. The masses are the ones to bear the brunt.

The difference is that in Kenya the finance bill is a symptom not the problem.

What's going on in Kenya sad

Ruto's incompetence has finally shone through!! He has managed to unite all Kenyans from the lowest class to the highest against him. The woke Gen Z demographic are tired of seeing his Lootocracy and wanton theft. Guys from his clique are splashing millions every weekend on useless church functions to silence the sheep and turn themselves into demigods that must be worshipped for being the only people with money in Kenya after three years of turning everyone into a literal beggar. Now he is staring at a revolution led by no single party of individual, all politicians on both sides are shocked. He bought Raila by financing his bid for a useless AU post but now cant buy 50 million Kenyans who are tired of his IMF policies. This years budget proposal was the final straw. Not even the minister of finance knows what's in there, it was written in Washington DC and sent in for MPigs to pass. But Kenyans wont have it. Watch this space, if they pass it in the final voting next week the entire political leadership led by the most incompetent megalomaniac will fall. Mps who voted for the bill are already seeing their homes attacked and burned. The church is also implicated in this and things are really hot for them. This is what needs to happen in all of Africa and I hope Nigerians can also join the Kenyan youth in purging their country of these hungry wolves.

PS> Nothing that has happened so far was not a prediction I made. I knew the same people who brought Ruto to power would bring him down once they finally experience what we in the opposition knew all along. Providence has its own special way of righting wrongs.

Politics / Re: Kenyans Are Far Behind Nigerians In Every Aspect – Fani-Kayode by Obiano13: 5:17pm On Jun 13
QuietMynd:
Dear Kenyans, what is the update on the two nigerian suspect that were arrested in connection with the death of a kenyan lady a while back.
Cuz I read they were released without a charge.
Anyone have a contrary info.

The actual murderer was never caught. The two guys who were arrested were thought to be accomplices. They were released and told to appear in court every third day of the week. Presumably thats still happening. They were to do that untill DNA evidence ruled them out. Nt sure if the DNA results are out. One of them was found with an axe which he said was for self defense shocked shocked, both were in Kenya illegally. Do you guys use axes for self defense over there?
