It is sad to note that after paying N16,800 to change the total casing for my Nokia E72-1 phone, the following happen;

1. The backlight torch of my phone does not work.

I think this people just wants to send their customers away.
How can they increase thier minimum balance from N1,000 to N10,000. Them jus wan form say them be big bank.
They also charge N50 when you use their ATM, even when the card is issued from them.

I think i will just withdraw all my money from their bank.
