Politics / Re: PDP Governors Panic Over Buhari - Daily Sun by Obimuodawayi: 1:21pm On Jan 25, 2015
I pity Babatope, a betrayal of Awolowo and the Ijesa nation of the Yoruba that have no say again in his hometown Ilesha, can stay in his hideout and be talking rubbish. What I know the Ijeshas for is that they are die hard supporter of what they believe and not a sell out like him(Babatope). If he doesn't tell the people the truth, the hand writing is on the wall and they can read it. "CHANGE" is what 80% of Nigerians want. And it is at the door step.
Politics / Re: The Bricklayer’s Breakdown Of Nigeria’s Proposed 2015 Budget by Obimuodawayi: 11:31pm On Dec 29, 2014
This is a good analysis of the budget. Nigerians are becoming wiser & economy conscious. Now that the choice of our leader is in our hands, let's seat back and look critically into the spending spree of our government then choose a leader that can help manage this economy back to the days when dollar was a baby to Naira. Still all hail BRF for rescuing Lagos where I reside from chop-am-all people like Igbinedion, Akala, Gbenga Daniel, Oyinlola, Orji etc. FASHOLA for life. Eko onibaje ooo IJN Amen oooooo.

Politics / Re: Happy 57th Birthday to President Goodluck Jonathan! Drop Your Wishes for Him by Obimuodawayi: 10:02am On Nov 20, 2014
HBD Mr. President, I from the depth of my heart wishes u long life & more years of prosperity. But ur prosperity will be completed if the interest of the whole nation is considered & not that of a segment or the sycophants around u. I don't speak evil of those that rule over us & I don't abuse them too, but one thing u should know is that people in Lagos also voted for u & that contributed to ur being the President of this country. Pls where is the thing to show that u or ur administration did to benefit the residents in Lagos? I personally voted for u & canvas for vote for u as a fresh breath just like I did for Fashola (the governor after my hearth), thinking if a young academia like Akunyili comes in there will be change for good not knowing that it was politics of bitterness that will continue(oh how Lagosians miss Yar'adua) the project he jointly started with Fashola even though opposition party u refuse to continue. Yar'adua puts the masses before the party differences. May his gentle soul continue to rest in peace. As an Igbo man I ply my trade at Alaba, I know the hell am passing through daily on that road to & fro my market place. Am a shame to to canvas as before on less someone will point out to me what u did in Lagos where I reside and feed my family for the past 15years plus. Thank u.

Health / Re: Health Workers Shut Down NAFDAC by Obimuodawayi: 1:47am On Nov 13, 2014
The problem of NAFDAC is man made, you cannot be building houses at the detriment of the welfare of the staff that are generating the money at the expense of the lives day and night. But the so called DG does not cut the allowances of his numerous babes. NAFDAC staff does not work as Civil servant, at time I wonder if some of them go hom, because if you get there you"ll see piles of work on tables for few people to do and when the work is too much the people starts breaking down. No where have I heard that as one is progressing in level your salary is decreasing. Such is the case of NAFDAC. Ask anybody, for the past two years now huge amount have being cut off from the staff salaries due to change from CONHESS to CONRAISS salary structure. As a visitor to the Agency almost on a daily basis, you see NAFDAC staff begging for money to transport or feed at times. Which was not so before. I know this and thats why am saying this. I see them, I hear them and i stand or seat to observe. Some younger officers that where employed two to three years ago were sent on training abroad while the senior officers in the same office having sleepless night on piles of files with them have not even gone on local training not to say abroad. You know Man-Know-Man syndrom.
