Been really super duper BUSY.

No, you dont need GRE. Only Top schools RWTH and TUM need GRE. You should consider applying to small schools though. As the wahala you will face there, which is overly massive, would be less compared to what you'd face in a top school

Hello everyone, I have sent an appeal, but I sent the appeal a month after I was given the rejection letter. Should I forget about the visa application and apply for a new one? Advice please! Seems I have made a very huge mistake.
Calm down bro..you've sent it, you've sent it. All you can do now is to go down on your knees and call upon the G(g)od whom you believe in.
All the best!

Ain't difficult to un brick na ... As long as it's not a perma brick.. There are some stores selling cheap second hand phones. You should try that out.

bro...we are in d same situation, although I'm for winter 2016. What's up with informatik? I need the programming more... I hope the little we got from Nigeria will help us cope.
You want an excellent advice? Take it:
Start now to learn those programming softwares on your own.
Start now to learn German.
Believe me, I too had or made plans to learn both of the above, but there wasn't any motivation. Well now, I am regretting by procrastination... but again its better late than never... although NEVER LATE IS ALWAYS BETTER!.

Yes, I got some also, and one of them is useless, the others I got are not 'useless'. And guess how much I bought each of them? 600 Naira. That is approximately 2 EURO if I am not mistaken.

Galads, Wilkommen in Hamburg. Its steady 7 degrees abi? And I have been reliably assured that its going to get worse...Which end you dey?

PS: The school I went to in Naija wasn't completely useless afterall. If only we dug deeper, were taught software packages and fiddled more with practicals?

Um well I dunno duck is a bit cost. 10 euros for 1 k.g or something. Not so sure.
What I do is I put it on a surface and massage it a lil bit... then I put the pieces in a bowl, add olive oil, black and white pepper, salt , thyme and rosemary. After massaging all this in, I leave them in the bowl for about two hours...
Then I take out the potatoes( u can boil it or fry or whatever u want). The red cabbage I cook with salt and sugar to taste. U can add apples for a perfect taste when finished. Champignons u fry with little oil and salt with finely chopped onions .
Back to the duck, put a pan on the cooking plate and turn it on to the highest level. Put the duck in ( no need for oil cause of the oil on the duck) , fry it on each side for 4 minutes like steak and then take it out. U can then cook in the oven at 200 degrees for another 30 minutes depending on how u like ur meat... if u like it half cooked like steak, 15 minutes. After 25 minutes, being out of the oven and then brush some honey on the both sides . Put it back and then finally remove after 5 minutes. If u do not like ur meat brownish, then dont fry before. Just put the meat in the oven from the bowl. Happy eating!!
By the way my chanpignon is missing. We were too hungry so we skipped it.
Bookmarked. Surely trying this out soon.

While majority of Nigerians can't boast of 700l savings, 62% of Americans cant boast of a merely $1,000 in their savings account. And that's just 200k when converted. http://www.marketwatch.com/story/most-americans-have-less-than-1000-in-savings-2015-10-06?siteid=yhoof2
We all know that the average oyibo man doesn't really care about money and savings. It's the average black man that does, hence the corruption thriving in Africa. Let a black man get a job of 50k USD before tax in a western country, and see how he transforms his family in the end.

We're not comparing him to other wage earners in Nigeria. We're comparing whether a person who got green card is better off than a person getting 20million and staying in Nigeria.

I was just showing how you'd have to work for and save 700k over 28 years to save 20million, and all you'll have to show for it is old age. A person with 20million can transform his life by business. A person with green card will grow old working hard for others and never really transform their life.

20million today, well utilized, will yield so much more than a green card, well utilized.
Your opinion

Lol.. .if you consider a person talking about a retirement fund "flaunting", then i really pity you. Retirement is a normal topic as normal as breathing. Who lives today without a retirement plan? I sometimes forget who i'm talking to. I forget i'm talking to people who think driving a car is a big deal, having a retirement plan is "flaunting", Owning or paying mortgage is crazy or impossible and getting a job as soon as you graduate a miracle. To me, it's not "showing off", it's "normal". There are no big boys here because everyone has the same thing. I spent a better part of my life in Nigeria and i realized that the bane of Nigeria is not corruption but it's mentality. It's just too phucked up for any change to happen as evidenced from the above post.
