What disciplinary action would you take on your farm attendants if you lost 29 laying birds due to heat and 2 surface pumping machines, as a result of his/her failure to server/pump water for birds, and to use fogger or spray water on them. My people poultry business is very stressful especially when you have attendants who aren't serious and/or do not value your investment. It's not also easy to get loyal employees nowadays, it will help us all if farm management challenges and solutions are discus/shared, so we all can learn.

Firstly ,their is some fringe bird that får than Paksat . satellite like Nilesat , Hispasat ,Sky uk ,Hotbird .but the funny matter is that the paksat beam is reach to region than Nilesat ,and will use 2.4m dish to get Nilesat and canal package on hotbird . that mean ,we can use 2.4m and snové to pick Paksat bord in naija .If you want to confirm ,just contact any member in Ondo Státě .

1.8M dish shld b around 10k. If your main target is IRIB, n your location is Nigeria, you should go for at least 1.8m dish to avoid stories that touch.

I am an experienced poultry apprentice/student courtesy of my Dad who ran a medium sized poultry for about 20 years. He retired about 2 years ago due to ill-health and none of us were willing to continue the business.

faithchild in terms fringe receptions you need to concetrate and determine and for you to archive best result or to know if your dish has a problem or not first track dstv signal on this frequence 12245h27500 and after getting the maximum signal at least 98% then blindscan your receiver and if everything goes well you will get ZAP package on the same dstv position which is 11222v30000.
From there your journey to fringe reception begins and your second uption also is multi tv position where you can get sky uk , track multi tv with 12522V27000 and blindscan if everything works well you will get sky uk try this and let me know.

True ooo, I am sure you can put something together, are you able to get the materials that you will need locally? There is a farm I visited sometime ago, they have a pit that they flush the poo into and some farmers or fish farmer come to pack them, So thinking about it, using a power hose to flush the poo on a daily bases. But then, the smell is a function of wetness that creates the chemical reaction, So, the deal is to keep the poo dry. I have not really invested time to check things out though, because I am not doing layers at the moment, and in my broilers pen, I am installing DIY water drinker (using the nipples) I will hang them up by tomorrow, that will cut the wetness by almost 80%, because the attendants while changing the water, spill a lot on the floor, and the birds step into it, and even knock over the water holder every now and then. So, with this system, we don't have to worry again about wetness as a result of water, only through their poo which can be managed. Also, there is a DIY I saw on using a 4" PVC pipe to construct their feeder, in such a way that they won't spill the feed on the floor. There will be a small mechanism that will help push the feed through the pipe so that the attendants are not going through the pen filling one feeder at a time, also this will curtail feed wastage. With all this in place the work will be less tedious for my staffs, it will also curtail mortality as their will always be fresh water running in the water drinker.
As I think about entering the layers market before this year runs out, I will start doing some investigation, though I have the largest space in the area where my farm is, at the same time I don't want to a nuisance to them, I want to be corporate responsible. LOL!!!

Try to keep the liter from getting so wet, that means changing the liter regularly, it is not going to be easy, but that is about what you have to do. Good luck

@ifyking, i track it with 60cm dish in Abuja nigeria, and it is even on lnb attached on amos 5 setup, and am using srt 4922A

The local oscillator of the lnb setting on the decoder should be set properly at 9750/10600 for Ku band lnb..depending on the lnb type if you use wrong settings...the receiver will misinterpret Tp frequencies (that is why 10992 is working on 11727)..I think the feed was off the center of the dish that is why you receive zuku with dish pointing towards west...you may not be able to track multi TV at 28east..since receiver/decoder is using wrong lnb settings!

I think the dish has a problem and receiver using wrong lnb settings!check receiver settings..
